本发明公开了一种厚壁零件三层三工位注塑的实现方法,注塑的顺序是:先注塑中间层,再注塑所述中间层外围的上侧,最后注塑所述中间层外围的下侧;设置定模和动模来实现注塑;定模呈三位均匀排列,互相之间间距120°,动模呈三位均匀排列,互相之间间距120°。本发明通过反复旋转,产品动定模交换停留,减少注塑周期,提高了零件精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造领域,具体涉及模具一种厚壁光导分层的实现方案..
背景技术
光导件是汽车照明的重要组成部分。近年来,越来越多的汽车车灯采用光导作为内配光镜使用,采用光导作为内配光镜不仅能降低车灯的成本,而且可在保证相同的功能条件下降低能源消耗,另外,车灯样式也因为导光条的使用而变得美观。
而作为光导件的一种,厚壁光导是一种把发光二极管发出的光从线路板上导向发光位置的结构件,此结构件一般采用PC(聚碳酸酯)材料,或者PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)材料制成。
厚壁零件由于冷却周期长,吸壁控制难,应对超厚零件,通常采用的单层注塑方案,周期长,精度差。为加强车灯前后灯的照明、外观等效果,用于车灯内配光镜的部分超厚壁光导的壁厚可达到18mm以上。然而,迄今为止,对于类似厚壁光导产品的注塑生产周期为10~15分钟一模,这样,即使可采用一模多腔的生产方法,以缩短生产时间,但是,过长的生产周期往往会导致产品最终的合格率下降。
为控制注塑周期,常采用多层注塑。通常的多层注塑方式采用层层包裹的方式(见图1),这种方式为控制吸壁(吸壁是指产品表面凹陷或内部出现空泡),单次注塑周期较长,适用范围受限。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种厚壁零件三层三工位注塑的实现方法。
本发明的技术方案是,一种厚壁零件三层三工位注塑的实现方法,
注塑的顺序是:先注塑中间层,再注塑所述中间层外围的上侧,最后注塑所述中间层外围的下侧;设置定模和动模来实现注塑;
该方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)利用1号定模、1号动模注塑中间层;
(2)中间层留在1号动模侧,旋转120度,合模;
(3)1号定模和3号动模注塑中间层;开模中间层留在3号动模侧;2号定模和1号动模注塑定模侧上表面,开模产品留在2号定模上;反向旋转120度;
(4)1号定模、1号动模注塑中间层,开模中间层留在1号动模侧;2号定模、2号动模注塑动模下表面,开模留在2号动模侧顶出或旋转后顶出;3号定模和3号动模注塑定模侧上表面,开模产品留在3号定模上;正转120度;
(5)1号定模、3号动模注塑中间层开模中间层留在3号动模侧;3号定模、2号动模注塑动模下表面,开模留在2号动模侧顶出或旋转后顶出;2号定模和1号动模注塑定模侧上表面,开模产品留在2号定模上;反转120度。
模具排列是本发明的改进之处,分层是依据实现方式来实施的
模具上的三个部件统称定模、动模。
设置成均匀三位,旋转120°,方便连续生产,利于厚壁零件的注塑。
根据本发明的一种厚壁零件三层三工位注塑的实现方法,优选的是,所述定模呈三位均匀排列,互相之间间距120°。
根据本发明的一种厚壁零件三层三工位注塑的实现方法,优选的是,所述动模呈三位均匀排列,互相之间间距120°。
根据本发明的一种厚壁零件三层三工位注塑的实现方法,优选的是,所述注塑周期为100-300s。停留时间要求依据产品具体形状来判断。
进一步地,所述注塑周期为150-250s。
一般而言6MM以上即可认为厚壁,塑料凝固时间和壁厚是平方的关系。本发明的主要特征是,反复旋转;产品动定模交换停留。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过设置定模和动模,通过模具的反复旋转、产品动定模交换停留来实现注塑,通过这种方式,交替停留,使得注塑等待时间减少,旋转过程也缩短了注塑成型时间。时间是最厚的产品决定的,通过先注塑中间,再包裹2侧的方式,中间可以采用较少的时间,有表面吸壁,可以通过2侧包裹,掩盖吸壁.采用交换停留的方式,是为实现这种分层方式的一种方法.
1、与传统覆盖的技术相比,本发明可以减少注塑周期。现有技术中单层注塑的工艺中,注塑周期约为12分钟,多层注塑的注塑周期约为5-6分钟,本发明的注塑周期为3-4分钟,大大减少了注塑周期。
2、通过分层注塑,可以提高零件精度。

具体实施方式
先注塑中间层(序号1),再注塑所述中间层外围的上侧(序号2),最后注塑所述中间层外围的下侧(序号3);设置定模和动模来实现注塑(见图2);
具体步骤是:
(1)1号定模、1号动模注塑中间层;
(2)中间层留在1号动模侧,旋转120度,合模;
(3)1号定模和3号动模注塑中间层;开模中间层留在3号动模侧;2号定模和1号动模注塑定模侧上表面,开模产品留在2号定模上;反向旋转120度;
(4)1号定模、1号动模注塑中间层开模中间层留在1号动模侧;2号定模、2号动模注塑动模下表面,开模留在2号动模侧顶出或旋转后顶出;3号定模和3号动模注塑定模侧上表面,开模产品留在3号定模上;正转120度;
(5)1号定模、3号动模注塑中间层开模中间层留在3号动模侧;3号定模、2号动模注塑动模下表面,开模留在2号动模侧顶出或旋转后顶出;2号定模和1号动模注塑定模侧上表面,开模产品留在2号定模上;反转120度。
具体的旋转方式请见图3。
本发明通过反复旋转,产品动定模交换停留,减少注塑周期,提高了零件精度。

1.一种厚壁零件三层三工位注塑的实现方法,其特征在于:
注塑的顺序是:先注塑中间层,再注塑所述中间层外围的上侧,最后注塑所述中间层外围的下侧;设置定模和动模来实现注塑;
该方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)利用1号定模、1号动模注塑中间层;
(2)中间层留在1号动模侧,旋转120度,合模;
(3)1号定模和3号动模注塑中间层;开模中间层留在3号动模侧;2号定模和1号动模注塑定模侧上表面,开模产品留在2号定模上;反向旋转120度;
(4)1号定模、1号动模注塑中间层,开模中间层留在1号动模侧;2号定模、2号动模注塑动模下表面,开模留在2号动模侧顶出或旋转后顶出;3号定模和3号动模注塑定模侧上表面,开模产品留在3号定模上;正转120度;
(5)1号定模、3号动模注塑中间层开模中间层留在3号动模侧;3号定模、2号动模注塑动模下表面,开模留在2号动模侧顶出或旋转后顶出;2号定模和1号动模注塑定模侧上表面,开模产品留在2号定模上;反转120度。
