背景技术
《松乳菇固态发酵棉粕脱毒条件的研究》一文中提及棉籽饼粕是棉籽经压榨或浸提去油后的副产物,是重要的植物蛋白饲料资源。棉粕在我国的年产量600万顿左右,蛋白质含30-45%,富含多种氨基酸,维生素B和E 族维生素等。但由于棉籽饼粕中含有游离棉酚、抗营养因子,且氨基酸种类不平衡,限制了其在养殖业中的广泛应用。微生物发酵脱毒法是利用微生物体内强大的酶系将棉籽饼粕中的游离棉酚和抗营养因子有效降解,从而达到脱毒的目的。低聚糖类物质广泛存在于各种植物性饲料中,棉粕中的低聚糖主要是棉子糖。棉子糖不溶于水,所以它不能被单胃家畜消化吸收,其增加了小肠内容物的渗透性和液体的保持力,因而减少了营养物质的水解作用,同时由于营养物质水解作用的减弱,增加了小肠内容物的含量,刺激小肠蠕动反射,因而增加了肠道内饲料运转速度,影响了动物对营养物质的充分吸收。发酵后棉子糖完全被降解。棉子糖的降解对提高饲料的代谢能和蛋白质消化率都有好处。松乳菇是一种菌根性真菌,产生的真菌多糖具有抗癌、增强人体免疫力和抑菌等多方面的作用,且松乳菇在生长繁殖过程中产生纤维素酶、木质素 酶、蛋白酶等,加上菌丝体含有丰富的氨基酸、蛋白质、微量元素等营养物质。本发明可以明显改善动物的生长性能,增强畜禽的免疫功能与抗应激能力,改善繁殖性能,促进畜禽的生长,改善肉质,提高肉蛋白含量。

一种发酵麦芽汁制备松乳菇发酵棉粕猪中期复合饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:棉粕70-80、小麦10-12、玉米40-50、玉米蛋白粉25-30、麦饭石粉2-3、膨化大豆20-25、奶粉10-12、白糖4-5、大麦苗60-70、嗜热链球菌、松乳菇菌种、硫酸锌、氯化胆碱、磷酸氢钙、DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-赖氨酸、中性蛋白酶、水适量。
根据权利要求书1所述发酵麦芽汁制备松乳菇发酵棉粕猪中期复合饲料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-赖氨酸、硫酸锌加入适量水中搅拌均匀,密封,调节pH为8-9,在功率340-360W条件下微波处理10-15分钟,得复合氨基酸螯合锌;
(2)将棉粕、小麦烘干后制成粉末,再与氯化胆碱、磷酸氢钙、以及适量水混合均匀,接入松乳菇菌种,在28-32℃条件下发酵5-6天,烘干后,得发酵棉粕;
(3)将玉米蛋白粉加入适量水中搅拌均匀,微波处理10-12分钟,调节pH为中性,加入中性蛋白酶,50-55℃反应5-6小时,90-95℃灭酶10-15分钟,调节pH为8.5-9,加入碱性蛋白酶,50-55℃反应5-6小时,90-95℃灭酶10-15分钟,得酶解液;
(4)将玉米煮熟后捞出,加入麦饭石粉,放入搅拌机中搅拌成糊状,密封,常温下发酵4-5天,得发酵玉米糊;
(5)将大麦苗放入沸水中漂烫1-2分钟,捞出后打浆,加入奶粉、白糖混合均匀,煮沸灭菌后冷却至43-46℃,加入嗜热链球菌搅拌均匀,密封,保温发酵7-8小时,得发酵物料;
(6)将膨化大豆制成粉末,与步骤1的复合氨基酸螯合锌、步骤2的发酵棉粕、步骤3的酶解液、步骤4的发酵玉米糊、步骤5的发酵物料以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,即可。
本发明的优点是:锌是家禽体内多种酶的组成成分或是辅助因子,可以调控这些酶的结构和功能,进而影响机体的许多代谢过程,还作为胰岛素的组成成分参与体内糖类、蛋白质和脂肪的代谢。氨基酸螯合锌与无机锌添加剂相比,具有生化稳定性高,生物学效价高,增强动物体的抗菌能力、免疫力等特点,可减少抗生素的用量。棉粕中的棉子糖不溶于水,所以它不能被单胃家畜消化吸收,其增加了小肠内容物的渗透性和液体的保持力,因而减少了营养物质的水解作用,影响了动物对营养物质的充分吸收。松乳菇发酵棉粕可以有效减少棉粕中棉子糖与游离棉酚的含量,提高棉粕的营养性能与减少棉粕的毒性。利用超声波对玉米蛋白粉进行预处理,可显著地对玉米蛋白进行破壁,有利于酶发挥水解作用,提高玉米蛋白的水解度,并且缩短水解时间。双酶协同作用玉米蛋白粉增加了蛋白质催化位点,与传统的单一酶水解相比能更有效地将玉米蛋白分解成相对分子质量低的小分子玉米肽。在发酵过程中产生的微生物酶,例如蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶、淀粉酶等,可以补充动物内源酶的不足,增加动物自身不能合成的酶,这些酶可以提高动物的消化能力,提高畜禽采食量,在发酵过程中大分子蛋白降解为氨基酸和小肽,可以直接被动物吸收,使营养物质的利用效率提高,从而提高了动物的生产性能,还可以提高动物体内及血液中pH,改善胃肠功能,提高饲料的利用率。
具体实施方式
一种发酵麦芽汁制备松乳菇发酵棉粕猪中期复合饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:棉粕70、小麦10、玉米40、玉米蛋白粉25、麦饭石粉2、膨化大豆20、奶粉10、白糖4、大麦苗60、嗜热链球菌、松乳菇菌种、硫酸锌、氯化胆碱、磷酸氢钙、DL蛋氨酸、L苏氨酸、L赖氨酸、中性蛋白酶、水适量。
根据权利要求书1所述发酵麦芽汁制备松乳菇发酵棉粕猪中期复合饲料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将DL蛋氨酸、L苏氨酸、L赖氨酸、硫酸锌加入适量水中搅拌均匀,密封,调节pH为8,在功率340W条件下微波处理10分钟,得复合氨基酸螯合锌;
(2)将棉粕、小麦烘干后制成粉末,再与氯化胆碱、磷酸氢钙、以及适量水混合均匀,接入松乳菇菌种,在28℃条件下发酵5天,烘干后,得发酵棉粕;
(3)将玉米蛋白粉加入适量水中搅拌均匀,微波处理10分钟,调节pH为中性,加入中性蛋白酶,50℃反应5小时,90℃灭酶10分钟,调节pH为8.5,加入碱性蛋白酶,50℃反应5小时,90℃灭酶10分钟,得酶解液;
(4)将玉米煮熟后捞出,加入麦饭石粉,放入搅拌机中搅拌成糊状,密封,常温下发酵4天,得发酵玉米糊;
(5)将大麦苗放入沸水中漂烫1分钟,捞出后打浆,加入奶粉、白糖混合均匀,煮沸灭菌后冷却至43℃,加入嗜热链球菌搅拌均匀,密封,保温发酵7小时,得发酵物料;
(6)将膨化大豆制成粉末,与步骤1的复合氨基酸螯合锌、步骤2的发酵棉粕、步骤3的酶解液、步骤4的发酵玉米糊、步骤5的发酵物料以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,即可。
为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,实施人将200只猪按照日龄、体重、体长、健康状况相同的原则将猪平均分为实验组与对照组两组,实验组喂增添了本发明的猪饲料增味剂的饲料,对照组喂没增添本发明的饲料,试验期为3个月,试验结果为:采食量提高13%,生病率降低6%,猪增重率提高11%,皮脂率降低7%,猪肉蛋白质含量提高9%。本发明可以有效提高肉品质,显著增加生长肥猪的重量,减少料重比,饲养出来的猪肉肉质鲜嫩,口感好。
Claims (2)
1.一种发酵麦芽汁制备松乳菇发酵棉粕猪中期复合饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:棉粕70-80、小麦10-12、玉米40-50、玉米蛋白粉25-30、麦饭石粉2-3、膨化大豆20-25、奶粉10-12、白糖4-5、大麦苗60-70、嗜热链球菌、松乳菇菌种、硫酸锌、氯化胆碱、磷酸氢钙、DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-赖氨酸、中性蛋白酶、水适量。
2.根据权利要求书1所述发酵麦芽汁制备松乳菇发酵棉粕猪中期复合饲料,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-赖氨酸、硫酸锌加入适量水中搅拌均匀,密封,调节pH为8-9,在功率340-360W条件下微波处理10-15分钟,得复合氨基酸螯合锌;
(2)将棉粕、小麦烘干后制成粉末,再与氯化胆碱、磷酸氢钙、以及适量水混合均匀,接入松乳菇菌种,在28-32℃条件下发酵5-6天,烘干后,得发酵棉粕;
(3)将玉米蛋白粉加入适量水中搅拌均匀,微波处理10-12分钟,调节pH为中性,加入中性蛋白酶,50-55℃反应5-6小时,90-95℃灭酶10-15分钟,调节pH为8.5-9,加入碱性蛋白酶,50-55℃反应5-6小时,90-95℃灭酶10-15分钟,得酶解液;
(4)将玉米煮熟后捞出,加入麦饭石粉,放入搅拌机中搅拌成糊状,密封,常温下发酵4-5天,得发酵玉米糊;
(5)将大麦苗放入沸水中漂烫1-2分钟,捞出后打浆,加入奶粉、白糖混合均匀,煮沸灭菌后冷却至43-46℃,加入嗜热链球菌搅拌均匀,密封,保温发酵7-8小时,得发酵物料;
(6)将膨化大豆制成粉末,与步骤1的复合氨基酸螯合锌、步骤2的发酵棉粕、步骤3的酶解液、步骤4的发酵玉米糊、步骤5的发酵物料以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,即可。
