Abstract
本发明公开了一种适用于铜芯线的快速插接用连接器,包括一体注塑成型的连接器外壳,所述连接器外壳内并列设有至少两个端子容置槽,所述端子容置槽内设有卡接端子,所述卡接端子的尾部均设有倒勾式端子卡片,所述卡接端子的首部均设有扭曲的端子弹片,所述连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的上方均设有扣接卡头,连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的下方均设有与所述扣接卡头相适配的扣接卡孔。未插入预定铜芯线时所述倒勾式端子卡片的端部与端子容置槽的两侧内壁之间的距离小于或等于预定铜芯线的铜芯的直径。卡接端子的背面设有增强弹片,所述连接器外壳的内侧设有阻止拔出卡位,增强弹片顶住阻止拔出卡位。本发明电连接更加方便快捷,且稳定可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子连接器件,特别是一种适用于铜芯线的快速插接用连接器。
背景技术
现有的应用于电子连接的连接器件,通常都需要采用焊锡或者用螺钉来紧固连接,以达到稳定的电连接,但是这些方式都非常繁琐,需要用到焊锡工具或者螺钉或其它工具,需要进行缠绕等,连接起来非常耗费时间,不便捷。因此,有必要研发一种新的快速插接用连接器,以克服上述这些不足之处。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种电连接更加方便快捷的适用于铜芯线的快速插接用连接器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种适用于铜芯线的快速插接用连接器,包括一体注塑成型的连接器外壳,所述连接器外壳内并列设有至少两个端子容置槽,所述端子容置槽内设有卡接端子,所述卡接端子的尾部均设有倒勾式端子卡片,所述卡接端子的首部均设有扭曲的端子弹片,所述连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的上方均设有扣接卡头,连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的下方均设有与所述扣接卡头相适配的扣接卡孔;所述端子弹片的扭曲角度为90度。
优选的,未插入预定铜芯线时所述倒勾式端子卡片的端部与端子容置槽的两侧内壁之间的距离小于或等于预定铜芯线的铜芯的直径。
优选的,所述卡接端子的背面设有增强弹片,所述连接器外壳的内侧设有阻止拔出卡位,增强弹片顶住阻止拔出卡位。
本发明的有益效果是:由于所述连接器外壳内并列设有至少两个端子容置槽,所述端子容置槽内设有卡接端子,所述卡接端子的尾部均设有倒勾式端子卡片,所述卡接端子的首部均设有扭曲的端子弹片,所述连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的上方均设有扣接卡头,连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的下方均设有与所述扣接卡头相适配的扣接卡孔,所以可以将连接器外壳翻转180度后再与另一个连接器外壳对接,将扣接卡头与对方的扣接卡孔相扣接,使两个相对的卡接端子的扭曲的端子弹片相互对接压紧,从而实现两个连接器的轻松快捷的对接电连接,然后只需将预定的铜芯线剥去外皮,将铜芯插入倒勾式端子卡片与连接器外壳的内侧壁之间即可,即实现了连接器与电线的轻松快捷的插接电连接,由于倒勾式端子卡片将铜芯卡紧固定,所以电连接稳定可靠。所以本发明电连接更加方便快捷,且稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
参照图1-图4,本发明一种适用于铜芯线的快速插接用连接器,包括一体注塑成型的连接器外壳1,所述连接器外壳内并列设有至少两个端子容置槽2,所述端子容置槽内设有卡接端子3,所述卡接端子的尾部均设有倒勾式端子卡片31,所述卡接端子的首部均设有扭曲的端子弹片32,所述连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的上方均设有扣接卡头11,连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的下方均设有与所述扣接卡头相适配的扣接卡孔12。可以将连接器外壳翻转180度后再与另一个连接器外壳对接,将扣接卡头与对方的扣接卡孔相扣接,使两个相对的卡接端子的扭曲的端子弹片相互对接压紧,从而实现两个连接器的轻松快捷的对接电连接,然后只需将预定的铜芯线剥去外皮,将铜芯插入倒勾式端子卡片与连接器外壳的内侧壁之间即可,即实现了连接器与电线的轻松快捷的插接电连接,由于倒勾式端子卡片将铜芯卡紧固定,所以电连接稳定可靠。
优选的方案,所述端子弹片的扭曲角度为90度,这样可以利用弹片的扭曲角度实现两两互相对接压紧,且利用中间扭曲的弹性,仿照桥的拉索的扭力进行力度对接,保证电连接的稳定性。未插入预定铜芯线时所述倒勾式端子卡片的端部与端子容置槽的两侧内壁之间的距离小于或等于预定铜芯线的铜芯的直径,这样可以保证有足够的抗拉阻力阻止铜芯被拔出。所述卡接端子的背面设有增强弹片33,所述连接器外壳的内侧设有阻止拔出卡位13,增强弹片顶住阻止拔出卡位,这样一方面可以阻止卡接端子被从端子容置槽内拔出,另一方面增强弹片有向反方向的弹力,增强倒勾式端子卡片与铜芯之间的卡紧力,进一步保证铜芯不被拔出,达到稳定的电连接。
此外,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,只要其以基本相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种适用于铜芯线的快速插接用连接器,其特征在于:包括一体注塑成型的连接器外壳(1),所述连接器外壳内并列设有至少两个端子容置槽(2),所述端子容置槽内设有卡接端子(3),所述卡接端子的尾部均设有倒勾式端子卡片(31),所述卡接端子的首部均设有扭曲的端子弹片(32),所述连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的上方均设有扣接卡头(11),连接器外壳的首部左右两侧的下方均设有与所述扣接卡头相适配的扣接卡孔(12);所述端子弹片的扭曲角度为90度;
所述卡接端子的背面设有增强弹片(33),所述连接器外壳的内侧设有阻止拔出卡位(13),增强弹片顶住阻止拔出卡位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于铜芯线的快速插接用连接器,其特征在于:未插入预定铜芯线时所述倒勾式端子卡片的端部与端子容置槽的两侧内壁之间的距离小于或等于预定铜芯线的铜芯的直径。
