技术领域
本发明涉及负荷开关领域,具体是一种水平安装的高压负荷开关。
背景技术
负荷开关是介于断路器和隔离开关之间的一种开关电器,其能切断额定负荷电流和一定的过载电流。现有技术负荷开关多为竖直安装的,其安装很不方便,无法适用于一些竖直空间有限的安装场合。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种水平安装的高压负荷开关,以解决现有技术负荷开关无法适用竖直空间有限的安装场合的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种水平安装的高压负荷开关,其特征在于:包括水平设置的框架,框架上左侧竖直安装有绝缘体,绝缘体内部设为活塞缸,绝缘体顶端设为喷气口,绝缘体内竖向滑动安装有活塞,绝缘体顶端位于喷气口侧部还安装有静触头,框架上位于绝缘体左方还设有进线端子,且进线端子与静触头电连接,框架中间竖直安装有中间连接座,框架上右侧设有出线端子,中间连接座、出线端子之间安装有熔断器,且熔断器分别与中间连接座、出线端子电连接,框架上方水平设有主刀闸,主刀闸底部转动安装在中间连接座上端,且主刀闸与中间连接座电连接,主刀闸左端连接有动触头,且动触头与绝缘体顶端静触头电接触,框架上位于主刀闸右方还竖直滑动安装有齿条,齿条左侧面为齿面,齿条上端连接有水平的压杆,压杆左端压在主刀闸右端上,齿条下端穿过框架伸入框架下方,框架下方通过支架转动安装有主轴,主轴中间固定有齿轮,且齿轮与位于框架下方的齿条左侧传动啮合,主轴轴向两端分别安装有主链轮,框架左侧下方通过支架转动安装有曲轴,曲轴中间安装有曲柄,曲柄上铰接有曲柄连杆,曲柄连杆上端伸入绝缘体内并铰接在活塞底部,曲轴轴向两端分别安装有从链轮,同侧的主链轮、从链轮之间通过传动链传动连接。
所述的一种水平安装的高压负荷开关,其特征在于:框架上位于齿条右方竖直安装有导杆,所述压杆右端滑动装配在导杆上。
所述的一种水平安装的高压负荷开关,其特征在于:所述压杆底部与框架之间连接有套在齿条外的弹簧。
所述的一种水平安装的高压负荷开关,其特征在于:所述主刀闸右端向下成型有弯折部,压杆左端压在主刀闸右端弯折部上。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明整体安装在水平的框架上,当主轴转动时,齿轮带动齿条下移,进而使压杆压在主刀闸右端,使主刀闸左端翘起实现动触头和静触头的分离,同时主链轮转动带动从链轮转动,使活塞在绝缘体内上移,实现向静触头处的喷气灭弧。
本发明结构简单,可实现对电流的快速切断,且整体结构为水平安装,能适用于竖直空间有限的安装场合。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种水平安装的高压负荷开关,包括水平设置的框架1,框架1上左侧竖直安装有绝缘体2,绝缘体2内部设为活塞缸,绝缘体2顶端设为喷气口,绝缘体2内竖向滑动安装有活塞3,绝缘体2顶端位于喷气口侧部还安装有静触头4,框架1上位于绝缘体2左方还设有进线端子5,且进线端子5与静触头4电连接,框架1中间竖直安装有中间连接座6,框架1上右侧设有出线端子7,中间连接座6、出线端子7之间安装有熔断器8,且熔断器8分别与中间连接座6、出线端子7电连接,框架1上方水平设有主刀闸9,主刀闸9底部转动安装在中间连接座6上端,且主刀闸9与中间连接座6电连接,主刀闸9左端连接有动触头10,且动触头10与绝缘体2顶端静触头4电接触,框架1上位于主刀闸9右方还竖直滑动安装有齿条11,齿条11左侧面为齿面,齿条11上端连接有水平的压杆12,压杆12左端压在主刀闸9右端上,齿条11下端穿过框架1伸入框架1下方,框架1下方通过支架转动安装有主轴13,主轴13中间固定有齿轮14,且齿轮14与位于框架1下方的齿条11左侧传动啮合,主轴13轴向两端分别安装有主链轮15,框架1左侧下方通过支架转动安装有曲轴16,曲轴16中间安装有曲柄17,曲柄17上铰接有曲柄连杆18,曲柄连杆18上端伸入绝缘体2内并铰接在活塞3底部,曲轴16轴向两端分别安装有从链轮19,同侧的主链轮15、从链轮19之间通过传动链20传动连接。
框架1上位于齿条11右方竖直安装有导杆21,压杆12右端滑动装配在导杆21上。
压杆12底部与框架1之间连接有套在齿条11外的弹簧22。
主刀闸9右端向下成型有弯折部,压杆12左端压在主刀闸9右端弯折部上。

1.一种水平安装的高压负荷开关,其特征在于:包括水平设置的框架,框架上左侧竖直安装有绝缘体,绝缘体内部设为活塞缸,绝缘体顶端设为喷气口,绝缘体内竖向滑动安装有活塞,绝缘体顶端位于喷气口侧部还安装有静触头,框架上位于绝缘体左方还设有进线端子,且进线端子与静触头电连接,框架中间竖直安装有中间连接座,框架上右侧设有出线端子,中间连接座、出线端子之间安装有熔断器,且熔断器分别与中间连接座、出线端子电连接,框架上方水平设有主刀闸,主刀闸底部转动安装在中间连接座上端,且主刀闸与中间连接座电连接,主刀闸左端连接有动触头,且动触头与绝缘体顶端静触头电接触,框架上位于主刀闸右方还竖直滑动安装有齿条,齿条左侧面为齿面,齿条上端连接有水平的压杆,压杆左端压在主刀闸右端上,齿条下端穿过框架伸入框架下方,框架下方通过支架转动安装有主轴,主轴中间固定有齿轮,且齿轮与位于框架下方的齿条左侧传动啮合,主轴轴向两端分别安装有主链轮,框架左侧下方通过支架转动安装有曲轴,曲轴中间安装有曲柄,曲柄上铰接有曲柄连杆,曲柄连杆上端伸入绝缘体内并铰接在活塞底部,曲轴轴向两端分别安装有从链轮,同侧的主链轮、从链轮之间通过传动链传动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水平安装的高压负荷开关,其特征在于:框架上位于齿条右方竖直安装有导杆,所述压杆右端滑动装配在导杆上。
