During operation, under the condition of power supply, the electromagnetic latch 206 is acted by tail electromagnetic force, and the latch shaft extends to pull the tension transmission shaft 204 to drive the swinging member 207 to swing around the rotating shaft 203; meanwhile, the oscillating piece 207 overcomes the action of the resetting piece 209 to drive the moving shaft 202 to move downwards along the arc-shaped groove on the supporting piece 205; then the first height adjusting member 201 and the second height adjusting member 210 are forced to move downwards along the guide shaft 208; under the condition of power loss, the electromagnetic pull pawl 206 extends out of the shaft to lose the acting force, and the spring 209 enables the swinging piece 207 to return to the initial position; the first height-adjusting member 201 and the second height-adjusting member 210 are also returned to the initial positions.
Under the action of an external control program, the electromagnetic tension cylinder 206 is frequently powered on and powered off according to the change condition of currency, so that the upper end of the paper money is flapped, and the paper money is tidied.

The upper cover 101 is connected with corresponding parts of the temporary storage device 107 through the rotating shaft hole 105 and is arranged above the temporary storage device, so that maintenance of the inner space of the temporary storage device and paper money discharge or abnormal condition treatment are facilitated, a flanging 106 for limiting the opening angle is formed in the upper cover 101, and when the upper cover 101 is rotated and opened through the rotating shaft hole 105, the limiting of the opening angle is achieved through the flanging 106.

According to the specification of the currency of the paper money, the initial positions of the first height adjusting piece 201 and the second height adjusting piece 210 which extend out are adjusted and arranged, and the initial positions can be adjusted to corresponding initial positions when mixed paper money enters, so that the original height can be recovered even if the paper money with higher height is pressed down more due to certain self-recovery performance of the paper money, and damage to the paper money is avoided.
