The intelligent print control and printing all-in-one machine of claim 1, wherein: a paper feeding optical coupler is arranged at a paper outlet, close to the printer, on the paper feeding platform, and a paper outlet optical coupler is arranged at a position, close to the transmission shaft, on the paper feeding platform.

The intelligent print control and printing all-in-one machine of claim 1, wherein: the flapping platform is characterized in that a swing groove is formed in the outer side of the flapping platform corresponding to the flapping rod, the flapping motor direct drive shaft is driven to swing outwards to lie horizontally in the swing groove in the counterclockwise direction so as to avoid interference collision, and the flapping motor direct drive shaft is driven to swing inwards in the clockwise direction so as to arrange and level irregular stacks of paper;
the flapping shafts enable four sides to synchronously drive the flapping shafts and the flapping rods to synchronously flap at the front, the back, the left and the right through the umbrella-shaped gear connecting device, and the flapping rods are movably connected with the flapping shafts;
the quantity of umbelliform gear connecting device is four, sets up respectively in patting platform below four corners.

The intelligent print control and printing all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein: the patting platform is also provided with a sticky-print-avoiding mud groove which is arranged on the patting platform close to the right side patting rod along the paper feeding direction; a balance supporting table is arranged on the right side of the middle part of the flapping platform along the paper feeding direction.

The intelligent print control and printing all-in-one machine of claim 1, wherein: the stamping mechanism further comprises a screw rod support and a motor support, the motor support is located above the screw rod support and fixed with the screw rod support, a first optocoupler for controlling the stamping height of the seal is arranged on the motor support, and a second optocoupler for controlling the upward return position of the seal is arranged at the top of the screw rod support.

The intelligent print control and printing all-in-one machine according to claim 5, wherein: the inner part of the top of the screw rod bracket is provided with a left shaft, a main shaft and a right shaft, the left shaft is connected with a left screw rod, the right shaft is connected with a right screw rod, the left shaft and the right shaft are respectively in transmission connection with the main shaft, and the main shaft is driven by a stamping motor; and the top of the screw rod support and the bottom of the motor support are respectively provided with a fixing hole matched with the seal machine body.
7. A method for using the intelligent print control and printing all-in-one machine according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) File loading
Loading relevant files required to be printed and sealed by a user, and if the files are multi-page files after loading is finished, performing respective task operation on each page by turning pages;
(2) Task generation
Selecting whether to automatically stamp a perforation seal on the whole edited document;
marking the selection of whether to use the seal, the position to use the seal, the angle to use the seal, whether to take a picture before using the seal and whether to take a picture after using the seal on any page in the whole document;
setting the number of printing and printing copies of the whole document;
(3) Task operations
(a) Printing
Printing according to the document sequence number;
(b) Paper feeding device
After receiving the printing completion signal, opening the paper feeding mechanism, and feeding the printed document into the flapping platform through the paper feeding mechanism;
(c) Finishing
After the paper is sent to the beating platform, the beating mechanism is started, and beating arrangement before printing is carried out on the paper;
(d) By taking pictures before printing
If the photo before printing is selected, the current file image is archived by automatic photo taking at the moment;
(e) Seal for riding seam
If the automatic perforation seal is selected, the equipment performs the automatic perforation seal operation on the file;
(f) Stamp for specifying position
The automatic machine printing operation is carried out by using the seal, the angle and the seal position parameters selected when the task is generated for each page of file;
(g) Take pictures after printing
If the user selects to take a picture after printing, the current file image is archived by automatic taking a picture at the moment;
(4) Task completion
After all tasks of the current page task are completed, sending the document to be printed on the next page to a printer for printing, and selectively repeating the task operation according to the task requirement of the printing page until all tasks of the document to be edited are completed; if the number of printing copies is multiple, the subsequent task is the same as the task of the current copy until the whole operation is completed; and taking out all the files after the operation is finished, and binding the files according to the number of copies respectively so as to finish the whole operation.
8. The use method of the intelligent print control and printing all-in-one machine according to claim 7, wherein: in the step (3), the specific operation of the perforation seal is as follows:
if the longitudinal diameter of the seal is 40mm, the minimum deviation of the first page is 10mm, the minimum deviation of the last page is 10mm, and the total serial number of the document is 4 pages;
calculating the perforation position according to the acquired sequence number of the current page;
if the current serial number is 1, the central position of the seal used by the automatic perforation seal on the current page is the margin on the right side of the document, and then deviates 10mm rightwards, so that one fourth of the position of the seal used is used for printing on paper;
similarly, if the current serial number is 2, which represents the second page, the central position is just the marginal position on the right side of the document, so that the effect of stamping on the paper shows that only half of the stamp is stamped;
when the serial number is 3, a quarter of three stamps are used and printed on the paper;
when the serial number is 4, the whole seal is printed on the paper;
at the moment, the whole finished document is taken out and then is arranged on the upper portion according to the number 1, the finished document is arranged in sequence from the number to the lower portion, and the finished riding seam can be seen and displayed on the right side of the document by manually unfolding according to the traditional mode of stamping the riding seam.
9. The use method of the intelligent print control and printing all-in-one machine according to claim 7, wherein: in the step (3), one of the following is selected for printing: single-page printing, double-sided printing, sequential printing and reverse-sequential printing; the saddle stitch stamp includes two forms: one saddle-stitch seal is applied to every two pages and the total number of pages of each document can be combined into one saddle-stitch seal.
