Abstract
本发明提供一种螺旋管壳式热交换器,包括塑料管、异径接头、一根不锈钢波纹管和圆柱物体,其特征在于:将一根不锈钢波纹管制作成螺旋形状并安装在塑料管内,在不锈钢波纹管螺旋中轴线空隙中安装一根圆柱物体,在塑料管两端开口各安装一个异径接头,不锈钢波纹管两端开口露在异径接头外,塑料管与异径接头、异径接头开口与不锈钢波纹管外壁通过热熔、注塑、塑料焊接或者胶体进行密封,在塑料管一端开口附近安装第一接口,在塑料管另一端开口附近安装第二接口,不锈钢波纹管一端开口为第三接口,不锈钢波纹管另一端开口为第四接口。本发明壳程短、管程长,采用一根大口径不锈钢波纹管流废热水,不容易被堵塞,可以广泛运用于废热水余热回收。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是热交换领域,特别涉及一种螺旋管壳式热交换器。
背景技术
在日常生活和工业生产中,产生的废热水带有大量的热能,没有回收利用,主要原因是:现有的热交换器热回收率效低,且热交换器容易被堵塞。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种螺旋管壳式热交换器。
为实现上述目的,本发明应用以下技术方案:
本发明所述的一种螺旋管壳式热交换器,包括塑料管、异径接头、一根不锈钢波纹管和圆柱物体,其特征在于:将一根不锈钢波纹管制作成螺旋形状并安装在塑料管内,在不锈钢波纹管螺旋中轴线空隙中安装一根圆柱物体,在塑料管两端开口各安装一个异径接头,不锈钢波纹管两端开口露在异径接头外,塑料管与异径接头、异径接头开口与不锈钢波纹管外壁通过热熔、注塑、塑料焊接或者胶体进行密封,在塑料管一端开口附近安装第一接口,在塑料管另一端开口附近安装第二接口,不锈钢波纹管一端开口为第三接口,不锈钢波纹管另一端开口为第四接口。
进一步地,所述的塑料管为热熔塑料管,所述异径接头为热熔塑料异径接头。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下:1、采用一根内径为75毫米的PE管做为管壳,采用一根外径为20毫米、长度13米的不锈钢波纹管制作成螺旋形状,壳程短,管程长;在不锈钢波纹管螺旋中轴线空隙安装圆柱物体,能使管壳中的冷水紧贴着不锈钢波纹管管壁流动,有利于热交换;2、用不锈钢波纹管流废热水,不锈钢波纹管径大,不容易被堵塞;3、管壳采用塑料管,有很好地保温效果;4、采用一根不锈钢波纹管,不锈钢波纹管和管壳容易密封,结构简单,制作成本低。

本发明所述的一种螺旋管壳式热交换器,包括塑料管1、异径接头2、一根不锈钢波纹管3和圆柱物体4,其特征在于:将一根不锈钢波纹管3制作成螺旋形状并安装在塑料管1内,在不锈钢波纹管3螺旋中轴线空隙中安装一根圆柱物体4,在塑料管1两端开口各安装一个异径接头2,不锈钢波纹管3两端开口露在异径接头2外,塑料管1与异径接头2、异径接头2开口与不锈钢波纹管3外壁通过热熔、注塑、塑料焊接或者胶体进行密封,在塑料管1一端开口附近安装第一接口6,在塑料管1另一端开口附近安装第二接口8,不锈钢波纹管3一端开口为第三接口7,不锈钢波纹管3另一端开口为第四接口5。
进一步地,所述的塑料管1为热熔塑料管,所述异径接头2为热熔塑料异径接头。

1.一种螺旋管壳式热交换器,包括塑料管、异径接头、一根不锈钢波纹管和圆柱物体,其特征在于:将一根不锈钢波纹管制作成螺旋形状并安装在塑料管内,在不锈钢波纹管螺旋中轴线空隙中安装一根圆柱物体,在塑料管两端开口各安装一个异径接头,不锈钢波纹管两端开口露在异径接头外,塑料管与异径接头、异径接头开口与不锈钢波纹管外壁通过热熔、注塑、塑料焊接或者胶体进行密封,在塑料管一端开口附近安装第一接口,在塑料管另一端开口附近安装第二接口,不锈钢波纹管一端开口为第三接口,不锈钢波纹管另一端开口为第四接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋管壳式热交换器,其特征在于:所述的塑料管为热熔塑料管,所述异径接头为热熔塑料异径接头。
