技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,特别是一种智能消毒杀菌空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇;空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。
在现有的技术中,专利号为202792313U,名称为空气净化器,此专利可根据空间即房间大小使用不同段的空气净化器,房间小的可打开一个,三个可相互独立工作,互不干扰,若其中一个坏了,别的两个还可继续使用,但是造价昂贵,并不能进行消毒杀菌。
现有的空气净化器多采为复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。现有的空气净化器不具有过滤网和杀菌功能,因此设计一种智能消毒杀菌空气净化器很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种智能消毒杀菌空气净化器。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种智能消毒杀菌空气净化器,包括六边形壳体,所述六边形壳体,所述六边形壳体下表面两侧加工有多个进气口,所述六边形壳体内且靠近进气口处设有隔板,所述隔板上表面中心处加工有圆形通孔,所述圆形通孔内设有吸风风扇,所述六边形壳体内上表面加工有灯槽,所述灯槽内设有紫外杀菌灯,所述六边形壳体内下表面加工有存放槽,所述存放槽内设有微型静电除尘器,所述六边形壳体内且位于隔板上方设有初级过滤层,所述六边形壳体内且位于初级过滤层上方设有高级过滤层,所述高级过滤层内设有HEAP高效过滤网,所述六边形壳体内设有定时器,所述六边形壳体上表面中心处加工有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有微型空气检测仪,所述六边形壳体下表面设有电接口,所述六边形壳体侧表面设有电容触摸屏和开关,所述六边形壳体上表面两侧加工有出风口。
所述进气口4-8个。
所述初级过滤层内设有呈蜂窝状的活性炭。
所述进气口与出风口内设有保护网。
所述六边形壳体材质为塑料。
所述六边形壳体下表面设有支撑架。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的一种智能消毒杀菌空气净化器,本装置造价低廉,净化效果好,可以对空气进行杀菌消毒,可以自动定时使用,功能多样化,适合推广使用。

下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1-2所示,一种智能消毒杀菌空气净化器,包括六边形壳体(1),其特征在于,所述六边形壳体(1),所述六边形壳体(1)下表面两侧加工有多个进气口(2),所述六边形壳体(1)内且靠近进气口(2)处设有隔板(3),所述隔板(3)上表面中心处加工有圆形通孔(4),所述圆形通孔(4)内设有吸风风扇(5),所述六边形壳体(1)内上表面加工有灯槽(6),所述灯槽(6)内设有紫外杀菌灯(7),所述六边形壳体(1)内下表面加工有存放槽(8),所述存放槽(8)内设有微型静电除尘器(9),所述六边形壳体(1)内且位于隔板(3)上方设有初级过滤层(10),所述六边形壳体(1)内且位于初级过滤层(10)上方设有高级过滤层(11),所述高级过滤层(11)内设有HEAP高效过滤网(12),所述六边形壳体(1)内设有定时器(13),所述六边形壳体(1)上表面中心处加工有凹槽(14),所述凹槽(14)内设有微型空气检测仪(15),所述六边形壳体(1)下表面设有电接口(16),所述六边形壳体(1)侧表面设有电容触摸屏(17)和开关(18),所述六边形壳体(1)上表面两侧加工有出风口(19);所述进气口(2)数量为4-8个;所述初级过滤层(10)内设有呈蜂窝状的活性炭(20);所述进气口(2)与出风口(19)内设有保护网(21);所述六边形壳体(1)材质为塑料;所述六边形壳体(1)下表面设有支撑架(22)。
本实施方案的特点为,进气口的作用用于空气在从进气口进入,微型静电除尘器会对空气中的灰尘进行处理,吸风风扇会把空气从隔板下方吸到隔板上方,初级过滤层内的活性炭会对空气进行除异味,高级过滤层内的LEAP过滤网会对细菌等进行处理,紫外杀菌灯会再次对空气进行杀菌消毒,出气口用于空气通过出气口流出,定时器可以让装置可以定时循环,空气检测仪会时刻对空气进行检测,电接口通电对装置内的元件进行能源供应,以保证装置能正常运行,本装置造价低廉,净化效果好,可以对空气进行杀菌消毒,可以自动定时使用,功能多样化,适合推广使用。
在本实施方案中,通过接通电源,打开开关,装置启动,隔板内的吸风风扇开始工作,会把空气从隔板下方吸到隔板上方,空气在从进气口进入时,微型静电除尘器会对空气中的灰尘进行处理,之后空气被吸到初级过滤层,初级过滤层内的活性炭会对空气进行除异味,之后空心会被风扇进行吹到高级过滤层,高级过滤层内的LEAP过滤网会对细菌等进行处理,之后紫外杀菌灯会再次对空气进行杀菌消毒,最后空气通过出气口流出,装置可以定时循环,让使用者腾出时间休息或做别的工作,装置循环对空气进行净化,装置上有空气检测仪,会时刻对空气进行检测,当发现空气质量等问题,这时装置就会自动运行,对空气进行净化,当装置进行待机状态时,只有电容触摸屏和空气检测仪进行休眠式工作,并不会浪费电资源,保护网会对出风口和进气口进行保护,避免杂货进入装置损坏内部的元件。
实施案例2:六边形壳体材质替换成金属材质也可以达到同样的效果,其余与实施案例1相同。
