本实用新型公开了一种具有报警功能的除尘空气净化器,该除尘空气净化器包括壳体、进风口、出风口、初级过滤器、负离子发生器、静电除尘器、报警模块、检测模块、出气管、次级过滤器,其中初级过滤器、负离子发生器、静电除尘器、报警模块、气体检测模块、出气管和次级过滤器均设置于所述壳体内,所述进风口和出风口分别设于壳体两侧,所述进风口与所述初级过滤器连接,所述负离子发生器分别与初级过滤器和静电除尘器连接,所述出气管上安装有气体检测模块和报警器,所述气体检测模块与报警器电连接,所述次级过滤器与出气管连接。本实用新型通过气体检测器检测气体是否超标,报警器启动报警。

背景技术
[0002] 工业生产中很多行业都需要进行高温加热处理,加热过程中排放大量的废气,这 些废气中,都夹杂着有害的杂质,不仅对人体造成很大的危害,还会对大气环境造成污染, 因此需要空气净化器来净化空气。但是传统的空气净化器结构复杂,除尘方式单一,除尘效 果差,也没有安装报警器,无法及时了解除尘情况,检修或清洁都会困难。 实用新型内容
[0003] 为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有报警功能的除尘 空气净化器,其能解决除尘效果差、不能够及时知道除尘情况的问题。

[0005] 一种具有报警功能的除尘空气净化器,其除尘空气净化器包括壳体、进风口、出风 口、初级过滤器、负离子发生器、静电除尘器、报警模块、气体检测模块、出气管、次级过滤 器,其中初级过滤器、负离子发生器、静电除尘器、报警模块、气体检测模块、出气管和次级 过滤器均设置于所述壳体内,所述进风口和出风口分别设于壳体两侧,所述进风口与所述 初级过滤器连接,所述负离子发生器分别与初级过滤器和静电除尘器连接,所述出气管上 安装有气体检测模块和报警器,所述气体检测模块与报警器电连接,所述次级过滤器与出 气管连接。

[0011]相比现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果至少如下:通过初级过滤器将由室外引进 p空气中的灰尘、有毒气体和细菌过滤掉,清洁了空气,提供了干净的无尘环境;设置有负 离子发生器,产生有利于人的身体健康的负离子,使得空气更清新;通过静电除尘装置内安 装的集尘极,集尘极表面安装的电晕极,能够将空气中的微小灰尘大面积的吸附千净,保持 空气的清洁度;当气体检测器检测气体超标,报警器启动报警,次级过滤器将气体再次进行 过滤,保证输出的空气千净无毒。

[0015]请参见图丨,本实用新型涉及一种具有报警功能的除尘空气净化器,该除尘空气净 化器包括壳体2以及设置在壳体2两端的进风口丨和出风口^,该壳体2的底端设有支撑脚架 10;其中壳体2内设置有初级过滤器3和静电除尘器5,初级过滤器3和静电除尘器5之间设置 有产生有利于人健康的负离子的负离子发生器4,初级过滤器3的左侧与进风口丨连接,静电 除尘器5右侧连接有出气管6,出气管6上方设置有气体检测模块7和报警器8,气体检测模块 7和报警器8电性连接;出气管6右侧连接有次级过滤器9,次级过滤器9右侧连接着出风口 11;其中该报警器8为发音器或发光器。当壳体2内的气体检测模块7检测到气体超过一定值 时,报警器8就会启动报警,次级过滤器9会对气体再一次进行过滤,保证输出的空气为新鲜 的空气。
[0016]为了达到更好的技术效果,在本实施例中,初级过滤器3包括前置滤网31、甲醛除 臭过滤网32及生物酶杀菌过滤网33。其中前置滤网31、甲醛除臭过滤网32及生物酶杀菌过 滤网33沿气流流动方向依次设置。其中前置滤网3丨用于清除空气中的灰尘;甲醛除臭过滤 网32用于清除空气中的甲醛气体和难闻的气味;生物酶杀菌过滤网33用于杀死空气中之前 环节未能消灭的对人体有害的微小细菌和病毒,避免室内用户因此而感染上病毒;提供给 用户干净的无尘、无菌的环境。
[0017]为了达到更好的技术效果,在本实施例中,静电除尘器5内设有电晕极51和与之相 对的集尘板52,电晕极51放电时壳体2中的灰尘等固体小颗粒带上静电,然后被吸附在集尘 板52上;其中集尘板52采用纳米级电介质材料制成,通电情况下具有静电作用,可以增加集 尘板52的集尘能力。
[0018]工作原理:空气从进风口进入,首先经过初级过滤器过滤掉颗粒大的灰尘、有毒气 体和细菌,然后流经负离子发生器和静电除尘器,在静电场的作用下电离,负离子发生器能 够产生大量的负离子,将室外的新鲜空气杀菌消毒,同时能使灰尘颗粒带电,因集尘板上的 电晕极带静电,流经集尘板时被吸附于集尘板上,静电除尘后的新鲜空气从出气管流出,出 气管上的检测模块检测空气的浓度超过一定值时,报警器就会启动报警,此时次级过滤器 会对有毒气体进行过滤,新鲜的空气从出气口流出。

1. 一种具有报警功能的除尘空气净化器,其特征在于,所述除尘空气净化器包括壳体、 进风口、出风口、初级过滤器、负离子发生器、静电除尘器、报警模块、气体检测模块、出气 管、次级过滤器,其中初级过滤器、负离子发生器、静电除尘器、报警模块、气体检测模块、出 气管和次级过滤器均设置于所述壳体内,所述进风口和出风口分别设于壳体两侧,所述进 风口与所述初级过滤器连接,所述负离子发生器分别与初级过滤器和静电除尘器连接,所 述出气管上安装有气体检测模块和报警器,所述气体检测模块与报警器电连接,所述次级 过滤器与出气管连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有报警功能的除尘空气净化器,其特征在于,所述初级过滤 器包括前置滤网、甲醛除臭过滤网和生物酶杀菌过滤网,所述前置滤网、甲醛除臭过滤网和 所述生物酶杀菌过滤网沿气流流动方向依次设置。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有报警功能的除尘空气净化器,其特征在于,所述静电除尘 器内安装有集尘板,且集尘板表面上设置有电晕极。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有报警功能的除尘空气净化器,其特征在于,所述集尘板是 由纳米级电介质材料制成。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有报警功能的除尘空气净化器,其特征在于,所述壳体下方 设有支撑脚架。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有报警功能的除尘空气净化器,其特征在于,所述报警器为 发音器或发光器。
