背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器，是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物（一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等），有效提高空气清洁度的产品，主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。现有的空气净化器存在不节能、净化效果差等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种设计简单、节能环保和净化效果好的环保空气净化器。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种环保空气净化器，包括有外壳，所述外壳内部设置有旋风分离装置和净化室，所述旋风分离装置与净化室连通，所述旋风分离装置上设置有进气管，所述进气管上设置有引风机，所述引风机上连有太阳能电池板，所述净化室内部设置有初滤层、HEPA集尘滤层、除甲醛滤层、除臭滤层和杀菌层，所述初滤层、HEPA集尘滤层、除甲醛滤层、除臭滤层和杀菌层依次排列，所述杀菌层上设置有出气管和紫外线杀菌灯。
作为优选，所述外壳上设置有控制箱，利于设备的控制，使用方便。
作为优选，所述控制箱上设置有空气质量传感器和粉尘传感器，可以自动检测空气的质量状况。
作为优选，所述控制箱内部设置有微处理器，所述微处理器分别与引风机、空气质量传感器和粉尘传感器连接，实现智能化净化空气的功能。

如图1所示，一种环保空气净化器，包括有外壳1，所述外壳1内部设置有旋风分离装置2和净化室3，所述旋风分离装置2与净化室3连通，所述旋风分离装置2上设置有进气管14，所述进气管14上设置有引风机5，所述引风机5上连有太阳能电池板6，所述净化室3内部设置有初滤层7、HEPA集尘滤层8、除甲醛滤层9、除臭滤层10和杀菌层11，所述初滤层7、HEPA集尘滤层8、除甲醛滤层9、除臭滤层10和杀菌层11依次排列，所述杀菌层11上设置有出气管13和紫外线杀菌灯12。
所述外壳1上设置有控制箱4，利于设备的控制，使用方便。
所述控制箱4上设置有空气质量传感器17和粉尘传感器18，可以自动检测空气的质量状况。
所述控制箱4内部设置有微处理器16，所述微处理器16分别与引风机5、空气质量传感器17和粉尘传感器18连接，实现智能化净化空气的功能。
所述外壳1底部设置有滚轮15，使设备的搬运更加方便。
