本发明涉及一种LED路灯;LED路灯含有LED 光源板、散热器、灯罩、电源模块和灯壳,灯罩安装在灯壳底面的发光窗口处,LED光源板、散热器和电源模块设在灯壳中,电源模块为 LED 光源板上的LED灯供电,灯罩密封安装在发光窗口的下表面,LED 光源板密封安装在发光窗口的上表面,LED 光源板与灯罩之间形成一个密封空间,灯罩上含有 N 个凸透镜,该 N 个凸透镜的位置与 LED光源板上的N个LED灯的位置对应,散热器含有水平设置的底板,底板的侧边上连接有一定个数的散热鳍片,散热鳍片向底板的上方伸展,底板设置在 LED 光源板的上表面上;本发明提供了一种结构简单、散热效果好的 LED 路灯。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯具,特别涉及一种LED路灯。
背景技术
传统道路的照明常使用高压钠灯, 高压钠灯存在着能耗大, 寿命短两大致命缺点, 随着 LED 制造技术的日益成熟, LED 路灯照明便应运而生, 其克服了高压钠灯的缺点, 具有能耗低、 寿命长的显著特点。现有技术中的大功率 LED 灯大多数存在散热问题,散热能力的好坏直接影响大功率LED灯的工作寿命和可靠性, 虽然有些LED路灯的散热效果较好, 但其结构较复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是 : 针对现有技术不足, 提供一种结构简单、 散热效果好的 LED 路灯。
本发明的技术方案 :
一种 LED 路灯, 含有 LED 光源板、 散热器、 灯罩、 电源模块和灯壳, 灯罩安装在灯壳底面的发光窗口处, LED 光源板、 散热器和电源模块设在灯壳中, 电源模块为 LED光源板上的 LED 灯供电, 灯罩密封安装在发光窗口的下表面, LED 光源板密封安装在发光窗口的上表面, LED 光源板与灯罩之间形成一个密封空间, 灯罩上含有 N 个凸透镜,该 N 个凸透镜的位置与 LED 光源板上的 N 个 LED 灯的位置对应, 散热器含有水平设置的底板, 底板的侧边上连接有一定个数的散热鳍片, 散热鳍片向底板的上方伸展, 底板设置在LED 光源板的上表面上, N 为大于等于 1 的自然数。
灯壳内还设有路灯杆固定夹, 灯壳的侧面设有路灯杆安装通孔, 路灯杆固定夹靠近路灯杆安装通孔设置, 路灯杆固定夹含有上夹体和下夹体, 上夹体和下夹体的两端通过紧固螺钉连接, 路灯杆被夹在上夹体和下夹体之间。 实际使用时, 可将路灯杆的上端从路灯杆安装通孔处插入灯壳中, 使路灯杆位于上夹体和下夹体之间, 然后再将紧固螺钉拧紧, 即可将路灯固定在路灯杆的上端。
散热鳍片分内、 外两排设置, 内排散热鳍片和外排散热鳍片的根部都连接在底板的侧边上, 且内排散热鳍片和外排散热鳍片的根部交错设置, 外排散热鳍片向上竖直伸展,内排散热鳍片向底板的内上方斜向伸展 ; 内排散热鳍片和外排散热鳍片为长条形散热鳍片 ; 底板为长方形底板或正方形底板, 底板的两个相对的侧边上连接有散热鳍片, 并且该两个相对的侧边向上翻起。散热器采用高导材料一体冲压成型。
灯壳是由上壳体、 下壳体、 左挡板和右挡板组合而成的方形壳体, LED 光源板、电源模块、 路灯杆固定夹和灯罩均固定在下壳体上。 上壳体和下壳体由高强度铝合金冲压成型。
灯壳的表面设有散热孔或散热缝。
本发明的有益效果 :
1、 本发明采用模块化设计、 结构简单可靠, LED 光源板、 电源模块、 路灯杆固定夹和灯罩均固定在下壳体上, 维修时无需把整灯拆下来, 只需把上盖打开更换器件, 使用方便。
2、 本发明的散热器采用高导材料一体冲压成型, 不仅生产效率高,而且散热性好, 散热器与灯壳上的散热孔或散热缝配合, 较好地实现了热气流自下而上的流通, 使整个灯的散热通风性好。

具体实施方式
参见图 1 ~图 3, 图中, LED 路灯含有 LED 光源板 9、 散热器 10、 灯罩 6、电源模块 11 和灯壳, 灯罩 6 安装在灯壳底面的发光窗口处, LED 光源板 9、 散热器10和电源模块 11 设在灯壳中, 电源模块 11 为 LED 光源板 9 上的 LED 灯供电, 灯罩 6密封安装在发光窗口的下表面, LED 光源板 9 密封安装在发光窗口的上表面, LED 光源板 9 与灯罩 6 之间形成一个密封空间, 灯罩 6 上含有 N 个凸透镜 7, 该 N 个凸透镜7 的位置与 LED 光源板 9 上的 N 个 LED 灯的位置对应, 散热器 10 含有水平设置的底板, 底板的侧边上连接有一定个数的散热鳍片, 散热鳍片向底板的上方伸展, 底板设置在 LED 光源板 9 的上表面上,N 为大于等于 1 的自然数。
灯壳内还设有路灯杆固定夹, 灯壳的侧面设有路灯杆安装通孔 5, 路灯杆固定夹靠近路灯杆安装通孔 5 设置, 路灯杆固定夹含有上夹体 12 和下夹体 13, 上夹体 12和下夹体 13 的两端通过紧固螺钉 14 连接, 路灯杆被夹在上夹体 12 和下夹体 13 之间。实际使用时, 可将路灯杆的上端从路灯杆安装通孔 5 处插入灯壳中, 使路灯杆位于上夹体 12 和下夹体 13 之间, 然后再将紧固螺钉 14 拧紧,即可将路灯固定在路灯杆的上端。本路灯适合于安装在外径为 40 ~ 60mm 的灯竿上, 安装简单可靠。散热鳍片分内、外两排设置, 内排散热鳍片和外排散热鳍片的根部都连接在底板的侧边上, 且内排散热鳍片和外排散热鳍片的根部交错设置, 外排散热鳍片向上竖直伸展,内排散热鳍片向底板的内上方斜向伸展 ; 内排散热鳍片和外排散热鳍片为长条形散热鳍片 ; 底板为长方形底板, 底板的两个相对的侧边上连接有散热鳍片, 并且该两个相对的侧边向上翻起。散热器 10 采用高导材料一体冲压成型。
灯壳是由上壳体1、下壳体2、左挡板3和右挡板4组合而成的方形壳体, LED 光源板 9、 电源模块 11、 路灯杆固定夹和灯罩 6 均固定在下壳体 2 上。上壳体 1 和下壳体2 由高强度铝合金冲压成型。灯壳的表面设有散热孔 8。

Claims (5)

1.一种 LED 路灯, 含有 LED 光源板、 散热器、 灯罩、 电源模块和灯壳, 灯罩安装在灯壳底面的发光窗口处, LED 光源板、 散热器和电源模块设在灯壳中, 电源模块为LED 光源板上的LED 灯供电, 其特征是 : 灯罩密封安装在发光窗口的下表面, LED 光源板密封安装在发光窗口的上表面, LED 光源板与灯罩之间形成一个密封空间, 灯罩上含有 N 个凸透镜, 该 N 个凸透镜的位置与 LED 光源板上的 N 个 LED 灯的位置对应, 散热器含有水平设置的底板, 底板的侧边上连接有一定个数的散热鳍片, 散热鳍片向底板的上方伸展, 底板设置在 LED 光源板的上表面上, N 为大于等于 1 的自然数。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的 LED 路灯, 其特征是 : 所述灯壳内还设有路灯杆固定夹, 灯壳的侧面设有路灯杆安装通孔, 路灯杆固定夹靠近路灯杆安装通孔设置, 路灯杆固定夹含有上夹体和下夹体, 上夹体和下夹体的两端通过紧固螺钉连接, 路灯杆被夹在上夹体和下夹体之间。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的 LED 路灯, 其特征是 : 所述散热鳍片分内、 外两排设置, 内排散热鳍片和外排散热鳍片的根部都连接在底板的侧边上, 且内排散热鳍片和外排散热鳍片的根部交错设置, 外排散热鳍片向上竖直伸展, 内排散热鳍片向底板的内上方斜向伸展 ; 内排散热鳍片和外排散热鳍片为长条形散热鳍片 ; 底板为长方形底板或正方形底板, 底板的两个相对的侧边上连接有散热鳍片, 并且该两个相对的侧边向上翻起。
