技术领域
本发明涉及车辆尾气处理技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种固体氨氨气补给系统。此外,本发明还涉及一种包括上述固体氨氨气补给系统的车辆。
背景技术
随着经济社会的进步,汽车工业快速发展,伴随着车辆的数量剧增,车辆尾气造成的环境污染也日益严重。因此汽车尾气的净化问题,日益受到人们的重视。
汽车尾气处理系统是以固体颗粒物储存氨气并在需要时释放,与催化剂反应后去除NOx危害物,用于达到净化尾气的目的。该方法安全可靠,且成本低。
然而,固体氨系统在使用后期时,因用户更换储氨罐不及时,储氨罐会存在气体压力不足,或者压力处于即将满足尾气处理压力值,所以需要补偿罐进行还原剂补充,支持固体氨系统维持标况尾气处理,使车辆能正常行驶,到储氨罐指定更换服务站进行更换。
综上所述,如何提供一种固体氨氨气补给系统,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种固体氨氨气补给系统,该固体氨氨气补给系统能够解决车辆储氨罐使用后期的压力不足问题。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述固体氨氨气补给系统的车辆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种固体氨氨气补给系统,包括用于容纳固体氨的储氨罐,还包括:
与所述储氨罐连接的补给罐,所述补给罐设有加热装置,所述补给罐与所述储氨罐的连接管路设有允许所述补给罐向所述储氨罐供气的单向阀;
用于测量所述储氨罐中气压的压力传感装置;
控制装置,所述控制装置与所述压力传感装置连接,用于当所述储氨罐气压低于预设值时,控制所述加热装置工作、并打开所述单向阀。
优选的,所述加热装置设置于所述补给罐中。
优选的,所述连接管路与所述储氨罐的氨气出口连接。
优选的,所述氨气出口设置有用于控制通气量的阀门开关。
优选的,所述补给罐设置有气压检测装置,所述气压检测装置与所述控制装置连接。
优选的,所述压力传感装置设置于所述储氨罐的氨气出口。

本发明所提供的一种固体氨氨气补给系统,包括用于容纳固体氨的储氨罐1,还包括补给罐2、压力传感装置和控制装置。
补给罐2与储氨罐1连接,补给罐2设有加热装置3,补给罐2与储氨罐1的连接管路设有单向阀4,单向阀4控制补给罐2向储氨罐1供气的单向阀4;加热装置3用于对补给罐2进行加热,以便补给罐2中的气体通过连接管路进入储氨罐1中。
压力传感装置用于测量储氨罐1中的气压。控制装置与压力传感装置连接,当储氨罐1压力低于预设值时,控制装置控制加热装置3工作、并打开单向阀4。也就是说,压力传感装置可以将压力值发送给控制装置,当压力传感装置感应到储氨罐1中的气压较低,不能满足氨气供应的要求时,控制装置控制加热装置3对补给罐2进行加热,使补给罐2中的气体膨胀增压,并通过打开单向阀4,使得膨胀的气体进入储氨罐1中,以便增加储氨罐1的压力。
可选的,单向阀4设置在补给罐出气管路5上,并且,补给罐出气管路5连接氨气出口管路6。
储氨罐使用后期,因用户更换储氨罐1不及时,会存在建立压力不足的情况,影响整个SSCR系统的正常工作,进而影响车辆的正常行驶,上述系统可通过加热补给罐2实现对储氨罐1进行氨气补偿,能协助储氨罐1共同建立压力,一定时间维持氨气的正常供给,保证SSCR系统正常工作,使氨气装置符合排放标准,保证尾气处理质量。并保证车辆能正常行驶到指定储氨罐1更换服务站进行更换。
在上述实施例的基础之上,加热装置3设置于补给罐2中。具体地,加热装置3为设置于补给罐2中的电加热棒,电加热棒可以直接或间接接触补给罐2中的气体。
可选的,上述加热装置也可以为除了电加热棒以外的其他加热装置。另外,加热装置3可以设置于补给罐2的侧壁或底部,以便与补给罐2中更多的气体接触,实现良好的加热效果。

需要说明的是,连接管路用于为储氨罐1补充气体压力,压力可以由储氨罐1的任何位置进入储氨罐1,但是考虑到储氨罐1的作用是向外部提供氨气,为了实现氨气的快速供应,可以将连接管路连接在储氨罐1的氨气出口,以最快的方式进行氨气的供应。
可选的,上述连接管路也可以连接在储氨罐1上区别于氨气出口的其他位置。
在上述任意一个实施例的基础之上,氨气出口设置有用于控制通气量的阀门开关。
考虑到使用补给罐2对储氨罐1进行压力的调整,可能导致氨气供给的压力发生不稳定变化,所以可以通过在氨气出口处设置阀门开关,并且可以将阀门开关与控制装置连接,以便控制装置根据使用情况对阀门的开闭和流通量大小进行调整。
可选的,上述阀门开关可以为自动控制阀门,通过预先设置临界数值,实现流通量的自动控制。
在上述任意一个实施例的基础之上,补给罐2设置有气压检测装置,气压检测装置与控制装置连接。由于补给罐2的作用是补足储氨罐1中的压力,所以补给罐2中气体量大小和气压状态与补给罐2的使用具有重要关系,所以在补给罐2内设置气压检测装置,以便得到补给罐2能够进行补给的时长,控制装置可以针对补给罐2的状态对用户进行提示。
具体地,控制装置可以与用于提示用户进行换罐操作的报警装置连接,报警装置包括声音报警器或灯光报警器。
可选的,报警装置可以为语音报警,并将能够补给的剩余时长播报给用户,语音报警装置具体可以为TTS语音输出装置或其他语音装置。
在上述任意一个实施例的基础之上,压力传感装置设置于储氨罐1的氨气出口。
需要说明的是,压力传感装置设置在储氨罐1的氨气出口处,有利于测量到储氨罐1的准确输出电压。
除了上述各个实施例所提供的固体氨氨气补给系统的主要结构,本发明还提供一种包括上述实施例公开的固体氨氨气补给系统的车辆,该车辆的其他各部分的结构请参考现有技术,本文不再赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (8)

1.一种固体氨氨气补给系统,包括用于容纳固体氨的储氨罐(1),其特征在于,还包括:
与所述储氨罐(1)连接的补给罐(2),所述补给罐(2)设有加热装置(3),所述补给罐(2)与所述储氨罐(1)的连接管路设有允许所述补给罐(2)向所述储氨罐(1)供气的单向阀(4);
用于测量所述储氨罐(1)中气压的压力传感装置;
控制装置,所述控制装置与所述压力传感装置连接,用于当所述储氨罐(1)气压低于预设值时,控制所述加热装置(3)工作、并打开所述单向阀(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体氨氨气补给系统,其特征在于,所述加热装置(3)设置于所述补给罐(2)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固体氨氨气补给系统,其特征在于,所述连接管路与所述储氨罐(1)的氨气出口连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的固体氨氨气补给系统,其特征在于,所述氨气出口设置有用于控制通气量的阀门开关。
5.根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的固体氨氨气补给系统,其特征在于,所述补给罐(2)设置有气压检测装置,所述气压检测装置与所述控制装置连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的固体氨氨气补给系统,其特征在于,所述压力传感装置设置于所述储氨罐(1)的氨气出口。
7.根据权利要求5所述的固体氨氨气补给系统,其特征在于,所述控制装置与用于提示用户进行换罐操作的报警装置连接,所述报警装置包括声音报警器或灯光报警器。
8.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至7任意一项所述的固体氨氨气补给系统。
