本发明公开了一种防脱落金属软管用接头,包括有螺母部、连接部,连接部由两个圆弧段组成,圆弧段内壁呈锥面状,圆弧段外壁具有外螺纹,连接座端面具有卡槽,卡槽上内壁具有与圆弧段外壁相匹配的螺纹,卡槽下内壁具有与圆弧段相匹配的内壁;本发明采用锥面配合方式,密封性更加优良,同时耐磨损性能明显改善。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属软管领域,具体属于一种防脱落金属软管用接头。
背景技术
金属软管是现代工业设备连接管线中的重要组成部件。金属软管用作电线、电缆、自动化仪表信号的电线电缆保护管和民用淋浴软管,规格从3mm到150mm。小口径金属软管(内径3mm-25mm)主要用于精密光学尺之传感线路保护、工业传感器线路保护。金属软管产品包括输吸油胶管、蒸气胶管、喷砂胶管、输吸酸碱胶管、食品胶管、吹氧胶管及各种异型胶管等。广泛应用于机械、化工、石油、冶金、食品等行业。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防脱落金属软管用接头,采用锥面配合方式,密封性更加优良,同时耐磨损性能明显改善。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防脱落金属软管用接头,包括有螺母部、连接部,连接部由两个圆弧段组成,圆弧段内壁呈锥面状,圆弧段外壁具有外螺纹,连接座端面具有卡槽,卡槽上内壁具有与圆弧段外壁相匹配的螺纹,卡槽下内壁具有与圆弧段相匹配的内壁;所述的接头具体制备步骤如下:
a、制备铝合金熔液
在中频炉内冶炼钢熔液,以质量百分比计各化学成分范围分别为: C:1.42~1.55%、Mo:1.2~1.8%、Si:0.8~1.1%、Cr:0.9~1.2%,S≤0.05%、P≤0.05%,Co:0.9~1.2%,冶炼温度达到980~1020℃,加入合金炉料调整成分至合格范围;
b、铸造成型后进行热处理
对经过铸造成形的接头加热至550-580℃并保温2-2.3h,油冷至不高于70℃后重新加热至500℃-520℃的温度范围并保温1-1.2h,之后水冷,经过回火处理后,然后喷雾冷却处理;
d、磷化处理,在常温下将接头工件在热火封闭温度为150-180℃,采用PH值为7-8.5的表面调整剂处理5-8min,最后将接头工件置于80-90℃的热水中处理1.5-1.8min。
所述步骤b中,铸造成型后进行热处理,对经过铸造成形的接头加热至565℃并保温2.1h,油冷至不高于70℃后重新加热至510℃的温度范围并保温1.1h,之后水冷,经过回火处理后,然后喷雾冷却处理。
本发明连接座端面具有卡槽,卡槽上内壁具有与圆弧段外壁相匹配的螺纹,卡槽下内壁具有与圆弧段相匹配的内壁,使得连接螺母与管件连接强度和密封性明显改善,采用锥面配合方式,密封性更加优良,同时耐磨损性能明显改善。

1.一种防脱落金属软管用接头,包括有螺母部、连接部,其特征在于,连接部由两个圆弧段组成,圆弧段内壁呈锥面状,圆弧段外壁具有外螺纹,连接座端面具有卡槽,卡槽上内壁具有与圆弧段外壁相匹配的螺纹,卡槽下内壁具有与圆弧段相匹配的内壁;所述的接头具体制备步骤如下:
a、制备铝合金熔液
在中频炉内冶炼钢熔液,以质量百分比计各化学成分范围分别为: C:1.42~1.55%、Mo:1.2~1.8%、Si:0.8~1.1%、Cr:0.9~1.2%,S≤0.05%、P≤0.05%,Co:0.9~1.2%,冶炼温度达到980~1020℃,加入合金炉料调整成分至合格范围;
b、铸造成型后进行热处理
对经过铸造成形的接头加热至550-580℃并保温2-2.3h,油冷至不高于70℃后重新加热至500℃-520℃的温度范围并保温1-1.2h,之后水冷,经过回火处理后,然后喷雾冷却处理;
d、磷化处理,在常温下将接头工件在热火封闭温度为150-180℃,采用PH值为7-8.5的表面调整剂处理5-8min,最后将接头工件置于80-90℃的热水中处理1.5-1.8min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防脱落金属软管用接头,其特征在于,所述步骤b中,铸造成型后进行热处理,对经过铸造成形的接头加热至565℃并保温2.1h,油冷至不高于70℃后重新加热至510℃的温度范围并保温1.1h,之后水冷,经过回火处理后,然后喷雾冷却处理。
