Abstract
本发明公开了一种呼吸器回油阀,包括回油管、阀体、上阀芯、连杆、下阀芯、弹簧和阀盖;所述阀体设有内腔,所述内腔上端开设有上通孔,内腔下端为下出口;所述上阀芯分布在所述上通孔上方,所述下阀芯内侧覆盖在所述下出口外侧;所述连杆穿过所述上通孔以及内腔将所述上阀芯与下阀芯连结;所述阀盖分布在所述下阀芯下方;所述弹簧分布在所述下阀芯与所述阀盖之间,并对所述下阀芯挤压,使所述下阀芯上端面紧压所述内腔下出口;所述回油管结合在所述阀体上,并与所述内腔相通;所述下阀芯将所述内腔与外界相隔。本发明适用性强,不需要根据各机型压差的不同来调整回油高度,使用效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及发动机技术领域,具体涉及一种用于油气分离的呼吸器回油阀。
技术背景
用于迷宫式油气分离器的单向回油阀,可防止曲轴箱气体从回油口窜出,当回油高度达到一定值时,阀门打开,机油回到气缸盖罩内部。对于集成在气缸盖罩上的油气分离器,现有技术是通过单向回油阀,将分离的机油回流到气缸盖上。此种单向回油阀,一侧是油气分离器中的气体,一侧是曲轴箱中的气体,曲轴箱中的气体压力>油气分离器中的气体压力。为了防止曲轴箱中的气体从回油通道窜出,因此设计单向回油阀,只能油气分离中的分离出来的机油通过单向阀回到曲轴箱内。但是机油通过单向阀回到曲轴箱内必须满足ΔP=ρgh的条件,即机油高度h必须能克服曲轴箱气体与油气分离器内部气体之间的压差ΔP。(当ΔP=1kpa时,h=123mm。)实际应用时,由于空间限制,实际高度h往往不能克服压差ΔP,使用中机油很难回油,使油气分离器窜油量增加。如果降低ΔP,则会降低油气分离器的分离效率。

发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题提供一种适用性强,不需要根据各机型压差的不同来调整回油高度的呼吸器回油阀。为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
呼吸器回油阀,包括回油管、阀体、上阀芯、连杆、下阀芯、弹簧和阀盖;所述阀体设有内腔,所述内腔上端开设有上通孔,内腔下端为下出口;所述上阀芯分布在所述上通孔上方,所述下阀芯内侧覆盖在所述内腔下出口外侧;所述连杆穿过所述上通孔以及内腔将所述上阀芯与下阀芯连结,在阀芯上下移动时,可整体上下移动;所述阀盖分布在所述下阀芯下方;所述弹簧分布在所述下阀芯与所述阀盖之间,并对所述下阀芯挤压,使所述下阀芯上端面紧压所述内腔下出口;所述回油管结合在所述阀体上,并与所述内腔相通;所述下阀芯将所述内腔与外界相隔。
进一步的,所述上阀芯与所述下阀芯端面面积相同。
进一步的,所述回油管通过螺纹连接在所述阀体一侧。
进一步的,所述连杆与所述上阀芯通过螺纹连接。
进一步的,所述连杆与所述下阀芯通过螺纹连接。
进一步的,所述阀盖通过螺纹与所述阀体连接。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果:本方案通过设有上下阀芯,并通过将上下阀芯的面积设成相同,以平衡曲轴箱的压力,通过弹簧支撑下阀芯进行密封,即只通过机油重力来克服弹簧力即可使阀芯向下运动,从而使机油回到曲轴箱内。采用该原理,不会受到曲轴箱气体与油气分离器内部气体压差的影响,不需要根据各机型压差的不同来调整回油高度,适用性强。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本呼吸器回油阀,包括回油管1、阀体2、上阀芯7、连杆3、下阀芯4、弹簧5和阀盖6;所述阀体2设有内腔,所述内腔上端开设有上通孔,内腔下端为下出口;所述上阀芯7分布在所述上通孔上方,所述下阀芯4内侧覆盖在所述内腔下出口外侧;所述连杆3穿过所述上通孔以及内腔将所述上阀芯7与下阀芯4连结;所述阀盖6分布在所述下阀芯4下方,并通过螺纹与所述阀体2连接固定;所述弹簧5分布在所述下阀芯4与所述阀盖6之间,并对所述下阀芯4挤压,使所述内腔在没有机油的情况下,所述下阀芯4上端面紧压在所述内腔下出口;所述回油管1通过螺纹结合在所述阀体2的一侧,并与所述内腔相通;所述下阀芯4将所述内腔与外界相隔。所述上阀芯7与所述下阀芯4端面面积相同。所述连杆3与所述上阀芯7以及下阀芯4通过螺纹连接。在使用时,由于上阀芯7和下阀芯4组成的阀芯上下面积相同,受到的曲轴箱压力相互平衡,而使流至所述内腔中的机油只需要克服所述弹簧5的弹力即可使阀芯4向下运动,从而使机油回流到曲轴箱内,待机油回流后,在弹簧5的弹力作用下,所述阀芯4又被挤压紧贴所述内腔下出口进行密封。

1.呼吸器回油阀,其特征在于:包括回油管、阀体、上阀芯、连杆、下阀芯、弹簧和阀盖;所述阀体设有内腔,所述内腔上端开设有上通孔,内腔下端为下出口;所述上阀芯分布在所述上通孔上方,所述下阀芯内侧覆盖在所述下出口外侧;所述连杆穿过所述上通孔以及内腔将所述上阀芯与下阀芯连结;所述阀盖分布在所述下阀芯下方;所述弹簧分布在所述下阀芯与所述阀盖之间,并对所述下阀芯挤压,使所述下阀芯上端面紧压所述内腔下出口;所述回油管结合在所述阀体上,并与所述内腔相通;所述下阀芯将所述内腔与外界相隔;所述上阀芯与所述下阀芯的端面面积相同;
使用时,由于上阀芯和下阀芯组成的阀芯上下面积相同,受到的曲轴箱压力相互平衡,而使流至所述内腔中的机油只需要克服所述弹簧的弹力即可使阀芯向下运动,从而使机油回流到曲轴箱内,待机油回流后,在弹簧的弹力作用下,所述阀芯又被挤压紧贴所述内腔下出口进行密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的呼吸器回油阀,其特征在于:所述回油管通过螺纹连接在所述阀体一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的呼吸器回油阀,其特征在于:所述连杆与所述上阀芯通过螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的呼吸器回油阀,其特征在于:所述连杆与所述下阀芯通过螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的呼吸器回油阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖通过螺纹与所述阀体连接。
