本发明公开了活塞式双刮刀双向硬密封旋球阀,包括阀体、阀座、上阀杆、下阀杆和阀芯,所述阀芯与阀座接触处相对于阀座表面形成90°夹角,所述阀座与阀体之间设置有第一密封圈,所述阀座在靠近阀体的一侧设有凹入部,所述阀座靠近阀座密封面处可拆卸式固定连接有挡圈,靠近阀体顶部的阀体上设置有台阶,上阀杆上设置有与台阶配合的台肩,位于台肩上方且靠近阀体顶部处的阀体内设置有填料盖,所述填料盖内设置有若干个填料环,所述下阀杆靠近阀座一端设有球面。通过阀座与第一密封圈配合及阀座靠近凹入部与阀体的配合保证双向密封,所述阀芯与阀座接触处相对于阀座表面形成90°夹角从而形成双刮刀、能够在使用过程中切除阀芯上的结垢物。

技术领域
本发明涉及活塞式双刮刀双向硬密封旋球阀。
背景技术
目前市场上比较通用的是三偏心多层次蝶阀,但是这种阀门反向承压能力比较差,因此想到采用旋球阀。旋球阀同时兼具蝶阀、半球阀、闸阀和截止阀的功能和优点,又有自身完全与众不同的强大功能和优点,旋球阀不但能在正向压力中可靠地关断,在受到反向压力或反向压力远大于正向压力的情况下同样能可靠地关断。但是现有的旋球阀长时间使用,阀杆的摩擦力增大、阀芯表面容易结垢、阀门密封容易磨损,这些都会影响阀门的启闭以及密封。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有的旋球阀长时间使用,阀杆的摩擦力增大、阀芯表面容易结垢、阀门密封容易磨损的问题,提供一种适应管网系统要求且在复杂工况下能够使用的旋球阀。
本发明采用的技术方案是:活塞式双刮刀双向硬密封旋球阀,包括阀体、阀座、上阀杆、下阀杆和阀芯,所述阀芯与阀座接触处相对于阀座表面形成90°夹角,所述阀座与阀体之间设置有第一密封圈,所述阀座在靠近阀体的一侧设有凹入部,所述阀座靠近阀座密封面处可拆卸式固定连接有挡圈,所述挡圈朝向阀芯表面的一面设有若干凹入使得该面呈锯齿形,靠近阀体顶部的阀体上设置有台阶,上阀杆上设置有与台阶配合的台肩,位于台肩上方且靠近阀体顶部处的阀体内设置有填料盖,所述填料盖内设置有若干个填料环,所述下阀杆靠近阀座一端设有球面,所述阀座上设有与下阀杆球面接触的自润滑调整垫,朝向阀杆球面的自润滑调整垫表面上设有复合涂层,所述阀体靠近上阀杆和下阀杆处分别设有与上阀杆和下阀杆配合的第二密封圈。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述阀座与阀体通过弹簧连接。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了这种结构后,通过阀座与第一密封圈配合及阀座靠近凹入部与阀体的配合保证双向密封,所述阀芯与阀座接触处相对于阀座表面形成90°夹角从而形成双刮刀、能够在使用过程中切除阀芯上的结垢物。阀门启闭阻力小,密封性能好,可靠性高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:活塞式双刮刀双向硬密封旋球阀,包括阀体1、阀座2、上阀杆3、下阀杆4和阀芯5,所述阀芯与阀座接触处相对于阀座表面形成90°夹角,所述阀座与阀体之间设置有第一密封圈6,所述阀座在靠近阀体的一侧设有凹入部7,所述阀座靠近阀座密封面处可拆卸式固定连接有挡圈8,所述挡圈朝向阀芯表面的一面设有若干凹入使得该面呈锯齿形,靠近阀体顶部的阀体上设置有台阶,上阀杆上设置有与台阶配合的台肩9,位于台肩上方且靠近阀体顶部处的阀体内设置有填料盖,所述填料盖内设置有若干个填料环10,所述填料环为楔形、若干个楔形填料环相互配合,所述下阀杆靠近阀座一端设有球面,所述阀座上设有与下阀杆球面接触的自润滑调整垫11,朝向阀杆球面的自润滑调整垫表面上设有复合涂层,所述阀体靠近上阀杆和下阀杆处设有第二密封圈12。
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:所述阀座与阀体通过弹簧连接。
本发明中,阀座能够在阀体内活塞运动,具体的可以采用阀座与阀体通过弹簧连接的方式实现(弹簧的弹性系数不宜过大)。阀芯与阀座接触处相对于阀座表面形成90°夹角,当阀芯开启或关闭旋转运动时能够直接切除阀芯表面的结垢物。
为了更方便阀座的更换与维修且防止反向承压时阀座吹出,在阀座前设计可更换挡圈,挡圈可以通过螺钉固定于阀体,这样方便挡圈和阀座的更换与维修且防止反向承压时阀座吹出。挡圈朝向阀芯表面的一面设有若干凹入使得该面呈锯齿形、这种设计增加了过流面积且制造挡圈时也比较方便、制造出的挡圈不易断裂。
为了更好的的减轻摩擦力,在下阀杆上设计球面与自润滑调整垫形成点接触,接触面更小,从而摩擦力更小。自润滑调整垫上的复合涂层最好是由304不锈钢与聚四氟乙烯复合而成。
所述阀座在靠近阀体的一侧设有凹入部(或者说阀座尾部设有水线),阀座靠近凹入部处与阀体接触,阀座与阀体之间设置有第一密封圈,采用这种设计减小了轴向密封笔压且与第一密封圈形成双重密封,使阀座更易阻断介质。
由于上下轴承与上下阀杆间隙配合,使用过程中如果流体中有颗粒状介质沉淀其中容易造成阀杆卡死、无法满足启闭要求,故在阀体上下阀杆处设置第二密封圈,便于防尘,同时第二密封圈也起到第一道密封的作用。第一密封圈和第二密封圈最好均采用O型圈。
普通的阀门设计仅考虑销钉防飞,遗漏了当嵌于阀芯的阀杆断裂后无法防飞,因此在上阀杆上设置台肩,与填料盖配合使用保证阀门安全。
填料盖内设置有若干个填料环、若干个填料环相互配合,填料环为最好为楔形,填料环可以分为第一填料环和第二填料环,第一填料环有两个、第二填料环有若干个,第二填料环的纵截面为等腰梯形或等腰三角形、两个腰形成的夹角或两个腰的延长线的夹角最好为45°,第一填料环位于填料盖内轴线两端、且在第二填料环的纵截面为等腰梯形或等腰三角形的前提下第一填料环为与第二填料环形状配合的直角梯形或直角三角形、若干个第二填料环位于两个第一填料环之间相互配合。
本领域技术人员应当知晓,本发明的保护方案不仅限于上述的实施例,还可以在上述实施例的基础上进行各种排列组合与变换,例如所述阀芯密封面为球面,阀芯背部设有弧形凸起(弓形凸起),弧形凸起与阀芯背部之间留有使得流体通过、降低了流阻,为了稳固、在弧形凸起内设置与阀芯背部连接的加强筋。在不违背本发明精神的前提下,对本发明进行的各种变换均落在本发明的保护范围内。

1.活塞式双刮刀双向硬密封旋球阀,包括阀体、阀座、上阀杆、下阀杆和阀芯,其特征在于所述阀芯与阀座接触处相对于阀座表面形成90°夹角,所述阀座与阀体之间设置有第一密封圈,所述阀座在靠近阀体的一侧设有凹入部,所述阀座靠近阀座密封面处可拆卸式固定连接有挡圈,所述挡圈朝向阀芯表面的一面设有若干凹入使得该面呈锯齿形,靠近阀体顶部的阀体上设置有台阶,上阀杆上设置有与台阶配合的台肩,位于台肩上方且靠近阀体顶部处的阀体内设置有填料盖,所述填料盖内设置有若干个填料环,所述下阀杆靠近阀座一端设有球面,所所述阀座上设有与下阀杆球面接触的自润滑调整垫,朝向阀杆球面的自润滑调整垫表面上设有复合涂层,所述阀体靠近上阀杆和下阀杆处分别设有与上阀杆和下阀杆配合的第二密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活塞式双刮刀双向硬密封旋球阀,其特征在于所述阀座与阀体通过弹簧连接。
