本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域,尤其是一种汽车轴瓦。
背景技术
汽车轴瓦是滑动轴承和轴颈接触的部分,形状为瓦状的半圆柱面,非常光滑,一般用青铜、减磨合金等耐磨材料制成。传统的大功率高转速发动机轴瓦通常采用铜铅合金滑动轴承材料,加工轴瓦后还需要在其内侧电镀减磨层才能装机使用,其中铅含量高达17~27%,铅和电镀减磨层会对生态环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种汽车轴瓦,可以解决传统的汽车轴瓦铅含量高以及电镀减磨层会对生态环境造成污染的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种汽车轴瓦,由下列重量份的原料组成:Cu:50~60份、Sn:5~8份、In:3~5份、Si:4~6份、Fe3P:1~3份、Mg:0.6~1.0份、Mo:0.2~0.6份、Mn:3~6份、Ni:0.05~0.1份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明汽车轴瓦不含铅,制成的轴瓦也不需要电镀减磨层就可以装机使用,避免对生态环境造成污染;并且提高了其抗疲劳强度,保证其耐磨及耐腐蚀性能。

实施例1
一种汽车轴瓦,由下列重量的原料组成:Cu:500公斤、Sn:50公斤、In:30公斤、Si:40公斤、Fe3P:10公斤、Mg:6公斤、Mo:2公斤、Mn:30公斤、Ni:0.5公斤。
实施例2
一种汽车轴瓦,由下列重量的原料组成:Cu: 600公斤、Sn: 80公斤、In: 50公斤、Si:60公斤、Fe3P: 30公斤、Mg: 10公斤、Mo: 6公斤、Mn: 60公斤、Ni: 1公斤。
本发明汽车轴瓦不含铅,制成的轴瓦也不需要电镀减磨层就可以装机使用,避免对生态环境造成污染;并且提高了其抗疲劳强度,保证其耐磨及耐腐蚀性能。
