以往单排球结构滚轮轴承的钢球与滚轮外部内侧圆周面上的滚道是点接触,轴向能够承载较大轴向力,但是这样设计径向载荷能力不高,不能满足一些设备使用,例如叉车门架升降系统,采用其他类型的轴承,成本太高,不经济。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种线性接触式单排球结构滚轮轴承,设计巧妙,尺寸精确合理,轴承具有较高的轴向载荷,同时也具有较高的径向载荷,满足市场需求。

一种线性接触式单排球结构滚轮轴承,它包括滚轮外部、滚轮内部、密封盖、钢球,滚轮外部的内周面中间设计有上弧形滚道,滚轮内部的外周面中间设计有下弧形滚道,滚轮外部和滚轮内部中间装有若干钢球,钢球两侧分别装有密封盖且密封盖位于滚轮外部和滚轮内部之间,钢球上面位于上弧形滚道内,钢球下面位于下弧形滚道,上弧形滚道的弧长为R,钢球上面与上弧形滚道呈线性接触且接触的长度和上弧形滚道的弧长R相同。
