Abstract

本发明公开了一种可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹,其特征在于所述螺纹包括间隔设置的高牙螺纹和低牙螺纹,所述螺纹的尾部设置束尾结构;所述高牙为底牙角度大顶牙角度小的双角度牙;所述低牙的牙纹角度与高牙螺纹的底牙角度一致;相邻的高牙和低牙之间通过底面圆弧连接。本发明采用高低牙设计能减轻锁附时与混凝土孔壁的摩擦力,降低安装时候遇到的阻力;高牙用于攻牙,低牙用于锁附;牙纹底部采用圆弧过渡,使得牙纹的应力分散,在遇到大扭矩和阻力作用下,可以使得相关的力进行分散,因此牙纹不会产生机械断裂或者氢脆断裂的风险。

一种可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹
技术领域
本发明涉及紧固件领域,具体是说是一种可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹。
背景技术
自攻螺丝是一种带有钻头的螺丝,一般用于非金属或较软的金属,不用打底孔和攻丝;自攻螺丝是尖头的,这样才能"自攻";自攻螺丝的螺纹一般是三角形螺纹,自锁性较好。目前市场上通用的国标或非标螺纹只能适用木材,钢材,塑料等基材的锁附安装;而由于混凝土基材的基本特性,之前还没有可以适用混凝土基材的自攻螺纹。
场上通用的国标或非标牙纹底径采用“V”字过渡,在遇到大扭矩和阻力作用下,由于应力原因容易产生机械断裂或者氢脆断裂的风险,所以在摩擦力较大混凝土基材上不适用。目前市场上通用的国标或非标牙纹角度为30°或者60°,30°牙太薄,容易在安装时由于阻力大将牙破坏;60°牙太厚,容易在安装时由于摩擦力过大,很难自攻锁附混凝土。因此需要设计一种可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹,以克服现有技术的缺点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:一种可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹,其特征在于所述螺纹包括间隔设置的高牙螺纹和低牙螺纹;
所述螺纹的尾部设置束尾结构;
所述高牙为底牙角度大顶牙角度小的双角度牙;
所述低牙的牙纹角度与高牙螺纹的底牙角度一致;
相邻的高牙和低牙之间通过圆弧底面连接。
根据本发明的优选实施例,所述高牙的90°底牙连接过渡到40°顶牙,低牙为90°牙。
本发明的特点如下:
采用高低牙设计能减轻锁附时与混凝土孔壁的摩擦力,降低安装时候遇到的阻力;高牙用于攻牙,低牙用于锁附(同时兼顾安装时将混凝土孔壁内排灰的功能);
牙纹底部采用圆弧底面过渡,使得牙纹的应力分散,在遇到大扭矩和阻力作用下,可以使得相关的力进行分散,因此牙纹不会产生机械断裂或者氢脆断裂的风险;
采用高牙为双角度牙,顶牙40°便于攻击自攻锁附混凝土,在不容易将牙破坏情况下,减轻了安装阻力;底牙90°和低牙90°可以有效的锁附住混凝土孔壁,使得牙纹能牢牢的卡住混凝土孔壁;
采用尾部束尾结构,便于在安装时快速校准定位到所需要的安装的混凝土孔内。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作出详细说明。
一种可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹,其特征在于所述螺纹包括间隔设置的高牙螺纹和低牙螺纹,所述高牙螺纹和低牙螺纹的牙距相等,且相邻高牙和低牙之间的间距相等,间隔设置的高牙螺纹和低牙螺纹可以减轻锁附时与混凝土孔壁的摩擦力,降低安装时候遇到的阻力;
所述螺纹的尾部设置束尾结构4,所述束尾结构4为从最后一圈螺纹至自攻螺丝底部的锥形结构,其锥形角的角度一般为35°~45°,束尾结构4的设置便于在安装时快速校准定位到所需要的安装的混凝土孔内;
所述高牙1为底牙角度大顶牙角度小的双角度牙,顶牙便于攻击自攻锁附混凝土,底牙和低牙2可以有效的锁附住混凝土孔壁;
所述低牙2的牙纹角度与高牙螺纹的底牙角度一致;
相邻的高牙和低牙之间通过圆弧底面3连接,使得牙纹的应力分散,在遇到大扭矩和阻力作用下,可以使得相关的力进行分散,因此牙纹不会产生机械断裂或者氢脆断裂的风险。所述圆弧底面为相邻的高牙和低牙以及底径的内切圆。
根据本发明的优选实施例,所述高牙的90°底牙连接过渡到40°顶牙,低牙为90°牙,高牙的底牙的高度和低牙的高度一致, 顶牙和底牙镶嵌过渡。
根据本发明的优选实施例,为了保证较低的安装阻力和较高的强度,所述高压的顶牙宽度和低牙的宽度与所述螺纹的外径之比为1:25~30。
根据本发明的优选实施例,为了保证较好的锁附力,所述低牙的高度和所述螺纹的外径之比为1:40~45。
下表为本发明具体实施例的尺寸规范,以下尺寸单位均为mm。

1.一种可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹,其特征在于所述螺纹包括间隔设置的高牙螺纹和低牙螺纹,所述螺纹的尾部设置束尾结构;
所述高牙为底牙角度大顶牙角度小的双角度牙;
所述低牙的牙纹角度与高牙螺纹的底牙角度一致;
相邻的高牙和低牙之间通过底面圆弧连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹,其特征在于,所述高牙的90°底牙连接过渡到40°顶牙,低牙为90°牙。
3.如权利要求1所述的可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹,其特征在于,所述高压的顶牙宽度和低牙的宽度与所述螺纹的外径之比为1:25~30。
4.如权利要求1所述的可用于混凝土的自攻锁附螺纹,其特征在于,所述低牙的高度和所述螺纹的外径之比为1:40~45。
