本发明涉及的是机械制造行业,具体为一种大行程辅助支承。包括辅助支承缸、推进缸活塞杆、前端盖、推进缸体、后端盖,辅助支承缸安装在推进缸活塞杆上,推进缸活塞杆置于前端盖及后端盖中,前端盖、后端盖安装在推进缸体的两端,并置于推进缸活塞杆上,本发明将辅助支承缸安装在推进缸中,推进缸加大行程,辅助支承缸实现辅助支承,通过改变推进缸的行程,从而可以满足不同行程的辅助支承。

本发明涉及的是机械制造行业,具体为一种大行程辅助支承。
背景技术:
在机械设计中,对于辅助支承,无论是机械式的还是液压式的,其辅助支承伸出的长度都是在10毫米左右,对于规则类部件,行程是可以的。但对于异型零件,特别是自动线中这类辅助支承不能满足要求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单合理、易于加工、便于操作、定位精度高的大行程辅助支承。
本发明的技术方案为:一种大行程辅助支承,其包括辅助支承缸、推进缸活塞杆、前端盖、推进缸体、后端盖,辅助支承缸安装在推进缸活塞杆上,推进缸活塞杆置于前端盖及后端盖中,前端盖、后端盖安装在推进缸体的两端,并置于推进缸活塞杆上。
所述的辅助支承缸与推进缸活塞杆相配;
所述的推进缸活塞杆中间有通孔;
本发明的优点如下:将辅助支承缸安装在推进缸中,推进缸加大行程,辅助支承缸实现辅助支承,通过改变推进缸的行程,从而可以满足不同行程的辅助支承。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,一种大行程辅助支承,其包括辅助支承缸(1)、推进缸活塞杆(2)、前端盖(3)、推进缸体(4)、后端盖(5),辅助支承缸(1)置于推进缸活塞杆(2)的前端螺纹孔中,推进缸活塞杆(2)安装在前端盖(3)和后端盖(5)孔中,前端盖(3)置于推进缸体(4)中,并与推进缸体(4)法兰连接,后端盖(5)安装于前端盖(3)的定位孔中,并与推进缸体(4)法兰连接。具体工作原理:通过在推进缸体(4)上小孔通入流体介质,流体介质通过前端盖(3)上小孔进入其内腔,推动推进缸活塞杆(2)沿前端盖(3)与后端盖(5)组成的缸内前进,前端的流体介质通过推进缸体(4)小孔回流循环,推进缸活塞杆(2)到位后保压,从而加大行程。然后通过推进缸活塞杆(2)中间的通孔为辅助支承缸(1)供入流体介质,使辅助支承缸(1)前进,实现辅助支承的作用。

1.一种大行程辅助支承,其包括辅助支承缸(1)、推进缸活塞杆(2)、前端盖(3)、推进缸体(4)、后端盖(5),辅助支承缸(1)置于推进缸活塞杆(2)的前端螺纹孔中,推进缸活塞杆(2)安装在前端盖(3)和后端盖(5)孔中,前端盖(3)置于推进缸体(4)中,并与推进缸体(4)法兰连接,后端盖(5)安装于前端盖(3)的定位孔中,并与推进缸体(4)法兰连接;
所述推进缸活塞杆中间有通孔,推进缸活塞杆中间的通孔与辅助支承缸相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大行程辅助支承,其特征在于,辅助支承缸(1)与推进缸活塞杆(2)相配。
