本发明公开了一种45KW压缩机结构。所述电动机通过皮带轮与主机连接,所述油气冷却器与风机连为一体,所述油气冷却器上设置有进油口、出油口、进气口、出气口,所述主机通过油管路分别与进油口、出油口连接,所述主机通过气管路与进气口连接;所述主机、油气冷却器、风机上分别设置有控制信号接入点。本发明主机内的润滑油和空气进入油气冷却器,风机启动进行冷却,冷却后的油返回主机内循环利用,空气进入后续冷却工序,较低的稳定减少了能量的浪费,节能环保。

本发明属于压缩机技术领域,特别涉及一种45KW压缩机结构。
背景技术:
目前,航空用空气压缩机在工作时,主机内部油温较高,排出的空气温度也较高,在后续冷却器内会消耗更多的能量,不节能环保。

发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种45KW压缩机结构,从而克服上述现有技术中的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种45KW压缩机结构,包括:电动机、主机、油气冷却器、风机,所述电动机通过皮带轮与主机连接,所述油气冷却器与风机连为一体,所述油气冷却器上设置有进油口、出油口、进气口、出气口,所述主机通过油管路分别与进油口、出油口连接,所述主机通过气管路与进气口连接;所述主机、油气冷却器、风机上分别设置有控制信号接入点,当主机内润滑油和空气需要冷却时,控制信号接入点获取信号,油管路、风管路开启,主机内的润滑油经油管路在油气冷却器内冷却后循环回流,空气经气管路在油气冷却器内冷却后排出。
优选地,技术方案中,主机与出油口间的油管路上设置有油过滤器。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
主机内的润滑油和空气进入油气冷却器,风机启动进行冷却,冷却后的油返回主机内循环利用,空气进入后续冷却工序,较低的温度减少了能量的浪费,节能环保。

如图1-3所示,一种45KW压缩机结构,包括:电动机1、主机2、油气冷却器3、风机4,所述电动机1通过皮带轮与主机2连接,所述油气冷却器3与风机4连为一体,所述油气冷却器3上设置有进油口5、出油口6、进气口7、出气口8,所述主机2通过油管路10分别与进油口5、出油口6连接,所述主机2与出油口6间的油管路10上设置有油过滤器,所述主机2通过气管路11与进气口7连接;所述主机2、油气冷却器3、风机4上分别设置有控制信号接入点9,当主机2内润滑油和空气需要冷却时,控制信号接入点9获取信号,油管路10、气管路11开启,主机2内的润滑油经油管路10在油气冷却器3内冷却后循环回流,空气经气管路11在油气冷却器3内冷却后排出。

1.一种45KW压缩机结构,其特征在于:包括电动机、主机、油气冷却器、风机,所述电动机通过皮带轮与主机连接,所述油气冷却器与风机连为一体,所述油气冷却器上设置有进油口、出油口、进气口、出气口,所述主机通过油管路分别与进油口、出油口连接,所述主机通过气管路与进气口连接;所述主机、油气冷却器、风机上分别设置有控制信号接入点,当主机内润滑油和空气需要冷却时,控制信号接入点获取信号,油管路、风管路开启,主机内的润滑油经油管路在油气冷却器内冷却后循环回流,空气经气管路在油气冷却器内冷却后排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的45KW压缩机结构,其特征在于:所述主机与出油口间的油管路上设置有油过滤器。
