Abstract

本发明涉及一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:包括驱动机构和调速机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动机构外壳、滑杆、齿条、齿轮轴和脚踏板,所述驱动机构通过齿轮轴与调速机构的单向离合器连接,所述滑杆上端和齿条上端均与脚踏板连接,所述驱动机构外壳上设有导轨,所述滑杆与导轨滑动配合,且滑杆与驱动机构外壳之间设有复位弹簧。本发明通过一系列机械机构,设计了一个能为轮胎充气装置提供稳定驱动力的装置;使用者通过踩踏脚踏板即可为轮胎充气装置提供驱动力,解决了马达式充气泵不能在户外使用的问题。

一种机械气泵的驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械气泵的驱动装置。
背景技术
车用打气泵又叫充气机、打气机、车载充气泵,一般通过内部马达的运转来工作。向轮胎中打气时,阀门被气筒内的气压关闭,气体就进入了轮胎中,也算是使用了大气压的原理来充气,但是现有的一些汽车轮胎打气泵,结构简单,功能单一,对于充气后轮胎气压没有很好的控制调节功能,导致气压不稳定,损坏轮胎,影响轮胎的使用寿命。同时,马达运行需要电力,因此这种车用打气泵不适合户外使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种机械气泵的驱动装置的技术方案。
所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:包括驱动机构和调速机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动机构外壳、滑杆、齿条、齿轮轴和脚踏板,所述滑杆上端和齿条上端均与脚踏板连接,所述驱动机构外壳上设有导轨,所述滑杆与导轨滑动配合,且滑杆与驱动机构外壳之间设有用于滑杆复位的复位弹簧,所述齿条与齿轮轴左端啮合;所述调速机构包括调速机构外壳、单向离合器、太阳齿轮、行星小齿轮、行星架、齿圈、齿圈制动带、凸轮盘驱动轴和凸轮盘,所述太阳齿轮、行星小齿轮、行星架和齿圈构成行星齿轮机构,所述齿圈制动带套在齿圈上,所述单向离合器分别与太阳齿轮和驱动机构的输出端连接,单向离合器在驱动机构的驱动下能带动太阳齿轮转动,所述凸轮盘驱动轴左端与行星架右端连接,凸轮盘驱动轴右端与凸轮盘左端连接,所述凸轮盘驱动轴上还设有第一连接杆,所述齿圈右端设有凹槽,向左按压凸轮盘驱动轴能使第一连接杆与凹槽接触配合。
所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述凸轮盘驱动轴与凸轮盘之间设有拨叉,所述拨叉通过其A端设置的环套套接在凸轮盘驱动轴上。
所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述齿圈制动带一端设有压片,另一端设有固定片,所述压片通过第二连接杆与所述拨叉的B端连接,且第二连接杆与压片接触配合,所述固定片与压片间设有海绵弹簧,固定片与调速机构外壳固定连接,下压拨叉能够使齿圈制动带锁紧齿圈。
所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述调速装置外壳的后端设有七字型通孔,七字型通孔上端设有用于拨叉横向限位的第一限位块,七字型通孔左端设有用于拨叉竖向限位的第二限位块,所述调速装置外壳内部还设有支点环,所述拨叉从支点环中穿过。
所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构通过齿轮轴与所述调速机构的单向离合器连接。
所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述凸轮盘右端设有凸块。
所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述凸轮盘右端设有三块凸块,三块凸块构成等边三角形,每个凸块位于等边三角形的顶点。
所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述凸轮盘驱动轴左端设有连接齿轮,所述行星架右端设有连接齿圈,连接齿圈与连接齿轮啮合。
本发明通过一系列机械机构,设计了一个能为轮胎充气装置提供稳定驱动力的装置。使用者通过踩踏脚踏板即可为轮胎充气装置提供驱动力,解决了马达式充气泵不能在户外使用的问题。本发明的调速机构设计了两种驱动速度:一种为高速状态,使用者向左按压凸轮盘驱动轴能使第一连接杆与凹槽接触配合(此时齿圈制动带处于松弛状态),此时通过齿圈带动凸轮盘驱动轴转动;另一种为低速状态,使用者下压压片够使齿圈制动带锁紧齿圈,此时通过行星架带动凸轮盘驱动轴转动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作详细说明。
本发明包括驱动机构和调速机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动机构外壳18、滑杆24、齿条23、齿轮轴1和脚踏板22,所述驱动机构通过齿轮轴1与调速机构的单向离合器4连接,单向离合器4在驱动机构的驱动下能带动太阳齿轮6转动,单向离合器4只能朝一个方向转动,单向离合器4属于现有技术,在此不再赘述。所述滑杆24上端和齿条23上端均与脚踏板22连接,所述驱动机构外壳18上设有导轨,所述滑杆24与导轨滑动配合,且滑杆24与驱动机构外壳18之间设有用于滑杆24复位的复位弹簧16,所述齿条23与齿轮轴1左端啮合;所述齿轮轴1与驱动机构外壳18通过第一轴承相连。
所述调速机构包括调速机构外壳25、单向离合器4、太阳齿轮6、行星小齿轮5、行星架3、齿圈2、齿圈制动带9、凸轮盘驱动轴7和凸轮盘20,所述太阳齿轮6、行星小齿轮5、行星架3和齿圈2构成行星齿轮机构,所述齿圈制动带9套在齿圈2上,所述单向离合器4分别与太阳齿轮6和驱动机构的输出端连接,单向离合器4在驱动机构的驱动下能带动太阳齿轮6转动,所述凸轮盘驱动轴7左端与行星架3右端连接,凸轮盘驱动轴7右端与凸轮盘20左端连接。所述凸轮盘驱动轴7上还设有第一连接杆8,所述齿圈2右端设有凹槽19,向左按压凸轮盘驱动轴7能使第一连接杆8与凹槽19接触配合,即此时凸轮盘驱动轴7能随齿圈2一起转动。
所述凸轮盘驱动轴7与凸轮盘20之间设有拨叉10,所述拨叉10通过其A端15设置的环套17套接在凸轮盘驱动轴7上,环套17与凸轮盘驱动轴7滑动配合,使用者通过拨叉10将向左按压凸轮盘驱动轴7,能使第一连接杆8与凹槽19接触配合。
所述齿圈制动带9一端设有压片13,另一端设有固定片11,所述压片13通过第二连接杆14与所述拨叉10的B端连接,且第二连接杆14与压片13接触配合,所述固定片11与压片13间设有海绵弹簧12,固定片11与调速机构外壳25固定连接,下压拨叉10能够使齿圈制动带9锁紧齿圈2。
所述调速装置外壳的后端设有七字型通孔27,七字型通孔27上端设有用于拨叉10横向限位的第一限位块28,七字型通孔27左端设有用于拨叉10竖向限位的第二限位块29,所述调速装置外壳内部还设有支点环26,所述拨叉10从支点环26中穿过。向右摆动拨叉10并把拨叉10置于第一限位块28右侧,可以使第一连接杆8与凹槽19处于接触配合状态;向下摆动拨叉10并把拨叉10置于第二限位块29下侧,可以使齿圈制动带9处于锁紧齿圈状态。
所述凸轮盘右端设有三块凸块21,三块凸块21构成等边三角形,每个凸块21位于等边三角形的顶点,凸块21用于按压供气装置的活塞。所述凸轮盘驱动轴7左端设有连接齿轮,所述行星架3右端设有连接齿圈,连接齿圈与连接齿轮啮合。
一种与本发明配合的供气装置,包括活塞、气缸、气管和单向阀,所述气缸上设有行程空间、进气口和出气口,所述进气口和出气口均与行程空间连通,所述单向阀设置在行程空间和出气口之间,所述活塞设置在行程空间中且活塞左端与凸轮盘的凸块配合设置,凸块随凸轮盘转动时能向右挤活塞,从而使活塞向右移动。活塞与气缸之间设有用于活塞回位的回位弹簧,活塞向右移动能把行程空间内的气体压到出气口,所述气管与出气口连接。
本发明的运行步骤:
(1)高速状态
G1:将拨叉向右摆动并置于第一限位块右侧,使第一连接杆与凹槽处于接触配合状态;
G2:踩踏脚踏板,齿条带动齿轮轴转动,齿轮轴转动带动单向离合器转动;
G3:单向离合器转动带动行星齿轮机构的齿圈转动,齿圈转动带动凸轮盘驱动轴转动;
G4:凸轮盘驱动轴转动带动凸轮盘转动,凸块随凸轮盘转动时向右挤活塞,从而使活塞向右移动;
G5:活塞向右移动将行程空间内的气体压到气管。
(2)低速状态
D1:将拨叉向下摆动并置于第二限位块下侧,使齿圈制动带处于锁紧齿圈状态;
D2:踩踏脚踏板,齿条带动齿轮轴转动,齿轮轴转动带动单向离合器转动;
D3:单向离合器转动带动行星齿轮机构的行星架转动,行星架转动带动凸轮盘驱动轴转动;
D4:凸轮盘驱动轴转动带动凸轮盘转动,凸块随凸轮盘转动时向右挤活塞,从而使活塞向右移动;
D5:活塞向右移动将行程空间内的气体压到气管。

Claims (8)

1.一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:包括驱动机构和调速机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动机构外壳、滑杆、齿条、齿轮轴和脚踏板,所述滑杆上端和齿条上端均与脚踏板连接,所述驱动机构外壳上设有导轨,所述滑杆与导轨滑动配合,且滑杆与驱动机构外壳之间设有用于滑杆复位的复位弹簧,所述齿条与齿轮轴左端啮合;所述调速机构包括调速机构外壳、单向离合器、太阳齿轮、行星小齿轮、行星架、齿圈、齿圈制动带、凸轮盘驱动轴和凸轮盘,所述太阳齿轮、行星小齿轮、行星架和齿圈构成行星齿轮机构,所述齿圈制动带套在齿圈上,所述单向离合器分别与太阳齿轮和驱动机构的输出端连接,单向离合器在驱动机构的驱动下能带动太阳齿轮转动,所述凸轮盘驱动轴左端与行星架右端连接,凸轮盘驱动轴右端与凸轮盘左端连接,所述凸轮盘驱动轴上还设有第一连接杆,所述齿圈右端设有凹槽,向左按压凸轮盘驱动轴能使第一连接杆与凹槽接触配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述凸轮盘驱动轴与凸轮盘之间设有拨叉,所述拨叉通过其A端设置的环套套接在凸轮盘驱动轴上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述齿圈制动带一端设有压片,另一端设有固定片,所述压片通过第二连接杆与所述拨叉的B端连接,且第二连接杆与压片接触配合,所述固定片与压片间设有海绵弹簧,固定片与调速机构外壳固定连接,下压拨叉能够使齿圈制动带锁紧齿圈。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述调速机构外壳的后端设有七字型通孔,七字型通孔上端设有用于拨叉横向限位的第一限位块,七字型通孔左端设有用于拨叉竖向限位的第二限位块,所述调速机构外壳内部还设有支点环,所述拨叉从支点环中穿过。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构通过齿轮轴与所述调速机构的单向离合器连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述凸轮盘右端设有凸块。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种机械气泵的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述凸轮盘右端设有三块凸块,三块凸块构成等边三角形,每个凸块位于等边三角形的顶点。
