Abstract
本发明公开了钢结构技术领域的具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构,包括地枕基,所述地枕基的顶部安装有下安装板,所述竖向轻钢龙骨上通过螺栓固定连接有横向轻钢龙骨,所述竖向轻钢龙骨和横向轻钢龙骨组成的框架上铆接有墙板,所述外墙板的底部连接有隔音板,所述隔音板的底部设有内墙板,所述墙板上设有加强肋板,所述墙板的左右两侧分别设有连接槽和连接板,所述加强肋板的左侧开有螺孔,且螺孔贯穿墙板与连接槽连通,本发明在地枕基上安装墙体,能够防止墙根处受潮,采用横向轻钢龙骨和竖向轻钢龙骨组成的框架,并在框架上安装墙体,其施工方便快捷,安装周期短,且在安装过程中无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构技术领域,具体为具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构。
背景技术
轻型钢组件和薄壁轻钢混合组件广泛应用于住宅、宿舍楼、办公楼以及医院等建筑墙体上。现阶段,一般采用在建筑上设置轻型钢组件作为支撑件,后采用拉结筋连接薄壁轻钢混合组件或砌体墙组成完整的墙体。这是方法施工复杂,安装工时长,且容易产生噪声,对环境影响较大,为此,我们提出了具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构投入使用,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构,包括地枕基,所述地枕基的顶部安装有下安装板,所述下安装板通过竖向轻钢龙骨与上安装板连接,且竖向轻钢龙骨均匀排列在上安装板和下安装板之间,所述竖向轻钢龙骨上通过螺栓固定连接有横向轻钢龙骨,所述竖向轻钢龙骨和横向轻钢龙骨组成的框架上铆接有墙板,所述墙板包括外墙板,所述外墙板的底部连接有隔音板,所述隔音板的底部设有内墙板,所述墙板上设有加强肋板,且加强肋板的顶部开有铆接孔,所述墙板的左右两侧分别设有连接槽和连接板,所述加强肋板的左侧开有螺孔,且螺孔贯穿墙板与连接槽连通。
优选的,所述下安装板上开有与竖向轻钢龙骨相适配的凹槽,所述竖向轻钢龙骨通过凹槽与下安装板活动连接。
优选的,所述竖向轻钢龙骨的侧壁设有与横向轻钢龙骨的宽度相适配的安装槽,且安装槽上开有螺栓孔。
优选的,所述外墙板为松木板,所述内墙板为石膏板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在地枕基上安装墙体,能够防止墙根处受潮,采用横向轻钢龙骨和竖向轻钢龙骨组成的框架,并在框架上安装墙体,其施工方便快捷,安装周期短,且在安装过程中无污染。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构,包括地枕基1,所述地枕基1的顶部安装有下安装板2,所述下安装板2通过竖向轻钢龙骨4与上安装板3连接,且竖向轻钢龙骨4均匀排列在上安装板3和下安装板2之间,所述竖向轻钢龙骨4上通过螺栓固定连接有横向轻钢龙骨5,所述竖向轻钢龙骨4和横向轻钢龙骨5组成的框架上铆接有墙板6,所述墙板6包括外墙板61,所述外墙板61的底部连接有隔音板62,所述隔音板62的底部设有内墙板63,所述墙板6上设有加强肋板64,且加强肋板64的顶部开有铆接孔65,所述墙板6的左右两侧分别设有连接槽66和连接板67,所述加强肋板64的左侧开有螺孔68,且螺孔68贯穿墙板6与连接槽66连通。
其中,所述下安装板2上开有与竖向轻钢龙骨4相适配的凹槽,所述竖向轻钢龙骨4通过凹槽与下安装板2活动连接,所述竖向轻钢龙骨4的侧壁设有与横向轻钢龙骨5的宽度相适配的安装槽41,且安装槽41上开有螺栓孔42,所述外墙板61为松木板,所述内墙板63为石膏板。
工作原理:在对框架进行组装时,竖向轻钢龙骨4通过下安装板2上开设的凹槽与下安装板2滑动连接,多组竖向轻钢龙骨4的位置固定后,将横向轻钢龙骨5通过安装槽41安装在多组竖向轻钢龙骨4上,并使用紧固螺栓使其固定,完成框架的组装后,将墙板6铆接在框架上,实现墙体的快速安装,墙板6采用组合式结构,通过连接板67和连接槽66的配合使用,将多组墙板6组合成一个墙体,可根据建筑面积调整其组合成的墙体大小,在墙板6上设置加强肋板64,能够显著的增加其强度,延长使用寿命,并且在墙板6的中间安装隔音板62,能够减小施工造成的噪音污染,本发明结构简单,设计合理,具有很强的实用价值。

1.具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构,包括地枕基(1),其特征在于:所述地枕基(1)的顶部安装有下安装板(2),所述下安装板(2)通过竖向轻钢龙骨(4)与上安装板(3)连接,且竖向轻钢龙骨(4)均匀排列在上安装板(3)和下安装板(2)之间,所述竖向轻钢龙骨(4)上通过螺栓固定连接有横向轻钢龙骨(5),所述竖向轻钢龙骨(4)和横向轻钢龙骨(5)组成的框架上铆接有墙板(6),所述墙板(6)包括外墙板(61),所述外墙板(61)的底部连接有隔音板(62),所述隔音板(62)的底部设有内墙板(63),所述墙板(6)上设有加强肋板(64),且加强肋板(64)的顶部开有铆接孔(65),所述墙板(6)的左右两侧分别设有连接槽(66)和连接板(67),所述加强肋板(64)的左侧开有螺孔(68),且螺孔(68)贯穿墙板(6)与连接槽(66)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构,其特征在于:所述下安装板(2)上开有与竖向轻钢龙骨(4)相适配的凹槽,所述竖向轻钢龙骨(4)通过凹槽与下安装板(2)活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构,其特征在于:所述竖向轻钢龙骨(4)的侧壁设有与横向轻钢龙骨(5)的宽度相适配的安装槽(41),且安装槽(41)上开有螺栓孔(42)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有轻钢墙板的墙体结构,其特征在于:所述外墙板(61)为松木板,所述内墙板(63)为石膏板。
