本发明公开一种建筑保温内墙,包括发泡水泥墙体、第一加强筋、第二加强筋和砂浆层,所述第一加强筋和第二加强筋设在发泡水泥墙体内,所述砂浆层设在发泡水泥墙体内侧,所述砂浆层内侧依次设置有网格布层、玻璃纤维层、岩棉层和聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层上设置有孔槽,所述孔槽内安装螺杆,所述螺杆末端安装在发泡水泥墙体内,所述螺杆末端外侧安装有化学药管,所述螺杆一端的孔槽内设置有挡块,所述聚氨酯层内侧涂抹有保温涂料层,本发明的建筑保温内墙保温效果好,结构紧凑,外形美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑保温内墙。
背景技术
如今对于内墙保温,大家很关注的是几个问题,一:占用室内面积。二:因为是内墙保温在房间里施工,所以环保问题也是大家关注的。三:就是防火的性能。对于这些问题现在市面上很做内墙保温的一种膏体的材料得到了大家的认可,因为是膏料的属于抹灰型材料它可以代替粉刷层不仅不占用室内面积而且还节约一笔费用。膏料类的环保上也能通过,砂浆类的材料现在就不准用于内墙保温,因为其对人体有伤害。膏料类的材料防火性能是A级的就是说不燃性的。这种膏体的材料现在在上海内墙保温做得非常的好。重庆慢慢的也将重视这种材料,重庆的高层也非常的多,这种材料一般高层贴面都喜欢做内保温,安全。内墙保温耐碱玻纤网是以中碱或无碱玻璃纤维网格布为基材再经涂覆改性丙烯酸酯共聚胶液而成。具有质轻、高强、耐温、耐碱、防水、耐腐蚀、抗龟裂、尺寸稳定等特点。能有效避免抹灰层整体表面张力收缩以及外力引起的开裂,轻薄的网格布经常使用于墙面翻新和内墙保温。网眼:5mm*5mm,4mm*4mm克重:80g---165g/㎡ 宽度:1000mm----2000mm 长 度:50m—300m或者根据客户要求。安平县腾达玻璃纤维制品有限公司:外墙保温网格布外墙保温网格布(玻璃纤维网格布)是以中碱或无碱玻璃纤维纱为原料,织成玻璃纤维网格布为基材,再经涂覆丙烯酸共聚液烘干后而成的一种新型耐碱产品。该产品具有结构稳定,强度高,耐碱性能好,防腐,抗裂等特点,增强效果最佳,而且施工简单,易行。主要适用于水泥,石膏,墙体,建筑物和其它构筑物内外表面增强,防裂,是外墙保温工程的一种新型建材。
目前现有的保温内墙保温效果不好,结构不紧凑,外形不美观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温效果好,结构紧凑,外形美观的建筑保温内墙。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种建筑保温内墙,包括发泡水泥墙体、第一加强筋、第二加强筋和砂浆层,所述第一加强筋和第二加强筋设在发泡水泥墙体内,所述砂浆层设在发泡水泥墙体内侧,所述砂浆层内侧依次设置有网格布层、玻璃纤维层、岩棉层和聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层上设置有孔槽,所述孔槽内安装螺杆,所述螺杆末端安装在发泡水泥墙体内,所述螺杆末端外侧安装有化学药管,所述螺杆一端的孔槽内设置有挡块,所述聚氨酯层内侧涂抹有保温涂料层。
作为优选,所述第一加强筋和第二加强筋呈垂直交错焊接分布,第一加强筋和第二加强筋采用钢筋制成。
作为优选,所述第一加强筋设有两根,第一加强筋呈竖直设置。
作为优选,所述第二加强筋设有多根且呈等距分布,第二加强筋呈水平设置。
作为优选,所述螺杆依次贯穿过岩棉层、玻璃纤维层和网格布层,岩棉层、玻璃纤维层和网格布层相应的位置进行钻孔。
作为优选,所述保温涂料层厚度大于2mm,具有保温效果。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的发泡水泥墙体、玻璃纤维层、岩棉层和聚氨酯层均具有保温效果,使得内墙保温效果好;设置的螺杆使得结构紧凑;采用的挡块使得聚氨酯层表面平整,涂抹保温涂料层后,外形美观,还具备保温效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种建筑保温内墙,包括发泡水泥墙体1、第一加强筋2、第二加强筋3和砂浆层4,所述第一加强筋2和第二加强筋3设在发泡水泥墙体1内,先架设好第一加强筋2和第二加强筋3,再使用发泡水泥进行浇注,得到发泡水泥墙体,使用发泡水泥制做保温层,用于屋面保温和外墙保温,替代聚苯乙烯(苯板)等其他隔热材料,具有无可比拟的保温性能和结构层的附着性能,还有方便施工、环保、节时、增效等诸多优越性。此技术在韩国非常普及,在中国的北方沿海城市也大量采用,取得了很好的保温效果。
所述砂浆层4设在发泡水泥墙体1内侧,所述砂浆层4内侧依次设置有网格布层5、玻璃纤维层6、岩棉层7和聚氨酯层8,所述聚氨酯层8上设置有孔槽9,所述孔槽9内安装螺杆10,所述螺杆10依次贯穿过岩棉层7、玻璃纤维层6和网格布层5,所述螺杆10末端安装在发泡水泥墙体1内,所述螺杆10末端外侧安装有化学药管11,化学药管11组成:乙烯基树脂,石英颗粒,固化剂。抗酸碱、耐热、防火、温度敏感度低,对基材无膨胀挤压应力,适用于重荷及各种震动荷载。其中型号为M30*380,化学药管型号为M30。根据工程设计要求,在基材(发泡水泥墙体1)中相应位置钻孔,孔径、孔深及螺杆10直径应由专业技术人员或现场试验确定,用冲击钻或水钻钻孔,用专用气筒、毛刷或压缩空气机清理钻孔中的灰尘,建议重复进行不少于3次,孔内不应有灰尘与明水,保证螺杆10表面洁净、干燥、无油圬,确认学药管11无外观破损、药剂凝固等异常现象,将其圆头朝内放入锚固孔并推至孔底,使用电钻及专用安装夹具,将螺杆10强力旋转插入直至孔底,不应采用冲击方式。当旋至孔底或螺杆10上标志位置时,立刻停止旋转,取下安装夹具,凝胶后至完全固化前避免扰动。超时旋转导致胶液流失,影响锚固力。(旋转时间不应超过30秒,转速不应低于300转/分,不大于750转/分,螺杆10推进速度约为2cm/秒,不允许采用冲击方式。
所述螺杆10一端的孔槽9内设置有挡块12,挡块12外侧与聚氨酯层8连接处采用环氧树脂胶水进行粘合。所述聚氨酯层8内侧涂抹有保温涂料层13,保温涂料选用特质溶液,纳米陶瓷空心颗粒、硅铝纤维、各种反射材料为主要原料,导热系数只有0.03W/m.K,耐温幅度在-80—1800℃,能有效抑制并屏蔽红外线的辐射热和热量的传导,隔热抑制效率可达90%左右,可抑制高温物体的热辐射和热量的散失,对室内热量可保持70%不散失,对低温物体可有效保冷并能抑制环境辐射热而引起的冷量损失,可防止冷凝发生。在1100℃的物体表面涂上8mm高温隔热保温涂料温度就能降低到100℃以内。在高温管道、设备、容器的外表面喷涂,可以有效抑制热辐射和热量的损失,经测试:在工业窑炉外表面仅涂6mm厚的高温隔热保温涂料就可以减少热量损失30%以上,涂刷在窑炉内壁会比任何材料表面平整光滑和火焰红外线反射功能,减少炉壁的吸热,使炉膛的火焰温度生高。在零下30℃的箱体涂10mm厚的高温隔热保温涂料,24小时箱体里的温度不低于0℃。另外该高温隔热保温涂料氯离子含量为零,还可防止空气或工艺中湿的氯化物进入, 接触金属表面,不会导致金属焊接的焊缝脆化。涂料的绝缘系数很高,有很好的高温下绝缘效果。保温涂料主要成分:主要成分纳米空心陶瓷微珠和无机聚合物溶液。涂刷方式:可采用刷子、辊子、抹子或高压无气喷涂的方式施工。施工温度:涂料施工温度在10-60℃之间施工,不要在过高或是过低。涂刷对象:涂料可涂刷在各种无机材质上。固化方式:常温自固化。开桶搅拌:开桶后把塑料包装里的所有涂料完全倒进铁桶里。所述第一加强筋2和第二加强筋3呈垂直交错焊接分布。所述第一加强筋2设有两根。所述第二加强筋3设有多根且呈等距分布。所述保温涂料层13厚度大于2mm。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的发泡水泥墙体、玻璃纤维层、岩棉层和聚氨酯层均具有保温效果,使得内墙保温效果好;设置的螺杆使得结构紧凑;采用的挡块使得聚氨酯层表面平整,涂抹保温涂料层后,外形美观,还具备保温效果。

1.一种建筑保温内墙,其特征在于:包括发泡水泥墙体、第一加强筋、第二加强筋和砂浆层,所述第一加强筋和第二加强筋设在发泡水泥墙体内,所述砂浆层设在发泡水泥墙体内侧,所述砂浆层内侧依次设置有网格布层、玻璃纤维层、岩棉层和聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层上设置有孔槽,所述孔槽内安装螺杆,所述螺杆末端安装在发泡水泥墙体内,所述螺杆末端外侧安装有化学药管,所述螺杆一端的孔槽内设置有挡块,所述聚氨酯层内侧涂抹有保温涂料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑保温内墙,其特征在于:所述第一加强筋和第二加强筋呈垂直交错焊接分布。
