Abstract

本发明钢筋混凝土灌注桩与充气预应力钢管桩结合的复合桩主要用于建筑工程领域桩基使用,它将钢筋混凝土灌注桩与充气预应力钢管桩结合起来共同受力,提高了桩基的承载力,能充分发挥钢材的抗拉性能;它主要由充气预应力钢管桩、钢筋混凝土灌注桩、桩承台、锚固钢筋组成;钢管桩主要由传力盖、筒身、充气膜、空腔、进气管组成;钢筋混凝土灌注桩主要由竖向受力钢筋、箍筋、桩身组成;其主要施工方法是:先施工桩孔,再浇筑桩身的混凝土,将钢管桩及钢筋笼一起下沉至预定标高,随后继续浇筑桩身的混凝土至设计标高,再施工桩承台,最后向钢管桩的进气管输入高压空气,当空腔内的高压空气的压力值达到预定值后,封闭进气管,桩基施工完成。

技术领域
本发明主要用于建筑工程领域桩基使用。
背景技术
目前的钢管桩都是在钢管内灌注混凝土,由钢管和混凝土共同承受轴向压力,在这种受力状态下,钢管不能发挥抗拉强度高的优越性,钢材耗用量多,混凝土耗用量大。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述缺陷,它重量轻,承压强度高,能充分发挥钢管的抗拉性能且不需要钢管内的混凝土,施工速度快,同时本发明将钢筋混凝土灌注桩与充气预应力钢管桩结合起来共同受力,提高了桩基的承载力;本发明主要由充气预应力钢管桩、钢筋混凝土灌注桩、桩承台、锚固钢筋组成;钢管桩主要由传力盖、筒身、充气膜、空腔、进气管组成,上下两个传力盖与筒身焊接,多根锚固钢筋预先与上传力盖焊接,进气管焊接在上传力盖上并与空腔相通,充气膜有空腔;钢筋混凝土灌注桩主要由竖向受力钢筋、箍筋、桩身组成,混凝土桩身内布置有多根竖向受力钢筋及多根环形箍筋,多根竖向受力钢筋及多根环形箍筋绑扎成钢筋笼;本发明的主要施工方法是:先用桩基成孔设备施工桩孔,再浇筑桩身的混凝土,当混凝土在桩孔内上升至预定高度后,再将钢管桩固定在钢筋笼内并随钢筋笼一起下沉至预定标高,随后继续浇筑桩身的混凝土至设计标高,再施工桩承台,最后向钢管桩的进气管输入高压空气,高压空气进入空腔内,当空腔内的高压空气的压力值达到预定值后,封闭进气管,桩基施工完成;需说明:传力盖的外形是圆缺形,是半圆形;充气膜是具有延性的,不透气材料制造的;钢管桩需做防腐防锈处理;本发明所述的高压空气可以用高压液体代替;钢管桩的主要工作原理是:封闭在空腔内的高压空气向上下传力盖、筒身施加各方向均等的压应力,使筒身承受均等的环状拉应力及竖向拉应力,这种竖向拉应力就是给筒身施加了竖向预拉应力,当桩承台受到向下的轴向压力后,压力先传递给桩承台及传力盖,传力盖再把压力均匀传递给空腔内的高压空气,一小部分压力传递给筒身,因此外部的轴向压力荷载主要由高压空气承担,筒身主要承担高压空气传来的拉应力,这样就充分发挥了钢材的抗拉强度;筒身受到的环状拉应力将其中的一部分传递给钢筋混凝土灌注桩的箍筋,这样高压空气施加给筒身的环状拉应力由筒身及箍筋共同承担,因此筒身的壁厚可以设计得更薄一些,这种设计形式不断提高了桩的承载能力,还可以承受偏心受压荷载,扩大了桩的适用范围。

具体实施方式
发明内容已详细说明了本发明的具体实施方式,这里不再重复,需说明:一、锚固钢筋9的主要作用是将钢管桩与桩承台7牢固拉结;二、充气膜3的主要作用是保护高压气体不会渗漏,使高压气体保持压力不变;三、为了便于钢管桩的运输及安装,筒身2可以分段运输、分段焊接安装,当筒身2安装完后,再安装充气膜3,最后将上传力盖1与筒身2焊接;四、本发明实际上是把钢筋混凝土桩与充气预应力钢管桩结合在一起共同受力的一种复合桩,如果建筑物施工完成后需要加层或者增加荷载,继续向钢管桩补充高压空气,还可以继续提高桩基的承载力。

1.钢筋混凝土灌注桩与充气预应力钢管桩结合的复合桩,其特征是:它主要由充气预应力钢管桩、钢筋混凝土灌注桩、桩承台(7)、锚固钢筋(9)组成;钢管桩主要由传力盖(1)、筒身(2)、充气膜(3)、空腔(5)、进气管(6)组成,上下两个传力盖(1)与筒身(2)焊接,多根锚固钢筋(9)预先与上传力盖(1)焊接,进气管(6)焊接在上传力盖(1)上并与空腔(5)相通,充气膜(3)有空腔(5);钢筋混凝土灌注桩主要由竖向受力钢筋(4)、箍筋(8)、桩身(10)组成,混凝土桩身(10)内布置有多根竖向受力钢筋(4)及多根环形箍筋(8),多根竖向受力钢筋(4)及多根环形箍筋(8)绑扎成钢筋笼;所述复合桩的主要施工方法是:先用桩基成孔设备施工桩孔,再浇筑桩身(10)的混凝土,当混凝土在桩孔内上升至预定高度后,再将钢管桩固定在钢筋笼内并随钢筋笼一起下沉至预定标高,随后继续浇筑桩身(10)的混凝土至设计标高,再施工桩承台(7),最后向钢管桩的进气管(6)输入高压空气,高压空气进入空腔(5)内,当空腔(5)内的高压空气的压力值达到预定值后,封闭进气管(6),桩基施工完成;传力盖(1)的外形是圆缺形;充气膜(3)是具有延性的,不透气材料制造的;钢管桩需做防腐防锈处理;所述高压空气可以用高压液体代替。
