一种烟用印银卡纸及其制作方法,包括白卡纸和一层铝膜,白卡纸在三色柔版印刷机上,第一次通过柔版印刷一层高光涂料作为底色;第二次通过柔版印刷底层镜面银浆涂料,第三次通过柔版印刷面层镜面银浆涂料,白卡纸为全木浆纤维,白卡纸的表面粗糙度用PPS法(um)≤1.5,单位面积纸张克重150~300g/m2;用铝量为0.1~0.12g/m2,为银色。本产品的有益效果是,1、更具有绿色环保,产品易降解;2、因烟用印银卡纸产品生产工艺工序少,相比烟用转移铝箔卡纸减少了3道生产工序,降低了电能消耗,减少了热气和废气排放;3、减少生产成本,为公司创造效益。

一种烟用印银卡纸及其制作方法
技术领域
本产品涉及烟用纸张生产行业,即一种烟用印银卡纸及其制作方法,该卡纸可替代传统的烟用转移铝箔卡纸,该产品为可降解的新型绿色包装材料,其生产方法具有减少资源消耗和空气污染(包括余热排放)的特点。
背景技术
目前在烟用纸张生产行业,大量生产烟用转移铝箔卡纸,它的生产工艺是:哑银转移膜通过涂布转移胶后与白卡纸进行复合,通过转移剥离工艺而成,该产品生产工艺环节多和消耗大量资源和原材料,同时在产品过程中,排放出热气和废气,对环境有一定的污染。
发明内容
为了改善环境、减少消耗,本发明提出能替代转移铝箔卡纸的一种烟用印银卡纸及其制作方法。
这种烟用印银卡纸,其特征在于,包括白卡纸和一层铝膜,白卡纸在三色柔版印刷机上,第一次通过柔版印刷一层高光涂料作为底色;第二次通过柔版印刷底层镜面银浆涂料,第三次通过柔版印刷面层镜面银浆涂料,白卡纸为全木浆纤维,白卡纸的表面粗糙度用PPS法(um)≤1.5,单位面积纸张克重150~300g/m2;用铝量为0.1~0.12g/ m2,为银色。
这种烟用印银卡纸的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
一、用三色柔版印刷机,在白卡纸上柔版涂布一层高光涂料,烘干;
二、用三色柔版印刷机,在高光涂层上柔版涂布底层镜面银浆涂料,
烘干;
三、用三色柔版印刷机,在镜面银浆底层上柔版涂布面层镜面银浆涂料,
烘干;
四、冷却、收卷,为成品。
所述步骤一中的高光涂料的重量组分为:
A、纳米级颗粒的苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物60-80,
B、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂20-40,
C、有机膨润土5-6,
D、增稠剂为疏水改性碱溶胀型的丙烯酸类0.1-0.2,消泡剂为硅氧烷类0.1-0.2,流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-0.2。
E、水200-220,将上述5种原材料投入内部为240-260 摄氏度的反应釜中,混匀,回流搅拌11-12 小时,制成高光涂料;
所述步骤二中的底层镜面银浆涂料,是在步骤一中的高光涂料中添加经过改性以后的铝粉,高光涂料和改性铝粉的重量比为1:0.2-0.3。
所述步骤三中的面层镜面银浆涂料,是在步骤一中的高光涂料中添加经过改性以后的铝粉,高光涂料和改性铝粉的重量比为1:0.4-0.6。
改性铝粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一,按质量百分比称量下述各组分,
A、铝粉,其颗粒粒度为3-5μm ;
B、按照铝粉与乙酸乙酯重量比为3∶5 的比例称取乙酸乙酯,
将称取的乙酸乙酯加入铝粉中,用磁力搅拌器搅拌2-3h,静置2-3h 后过滤,在40-60℃干燥2-3h,得到预处理过的铝粉;
二、A、在反应容器中加入适量0.5-1%浓度的碳酸钠溶液,按重量份数,加入4-6份的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,500-600r/min 搅拌5-15min;
B、再加入上述预处理过的铝粉50-60份,同样转速下搅拌5-10min,过滤并将滤饼在适量0.5-1%浓度的碳酸钠溶液中超声波分散,加入羧甲基纤维素6-8份,500-600r/min搅拌5-10min,
C、再加入叶蜡石粉1-2份、伊利石粉1-2份和聚苯乙烯磺酸钠0.1-0.2份,同样转速下搅拌10-20min,过滤得滤饼;
三、在容器中加入上述中得到的滤饼以及三聚磷酸钠0.5-1份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.1-0.2份、明胶0.1-0.2份、钠基蒙脱土0.1-0.2份,于室温条件下400-600r/min 搅拌15-30min 后真空干燥,即得。
本产品的有益效果是,1、更具有绿色环保,产品易降解;2、因烟用印银卡纸产品生产工艺工序少,相比烟用转移铝箔卡纸减少了3道生产工序,降低了电能消耗,减少了热气和废气排放;3、减少生产成本,为公司创造效益。
具体实施方式
下面通过本发明具体实施例对本新产品进行详细的说明。
这种烟用印银卡纸,其特征在于,包括白卡纸和一层铝膜,白卡纸在三色柔版印刷机上,第一次通过柔版印刷一层高光涂料作为底色;第二次通过柔版印刷底层镜面银浆涂料,第三次通过柔版印刷面层镜面银浆涂料,白卡纸为全木浆纤维,白卡纸的表面粗糙度用PPS法(um)≤1.5,单位面积纸张克重250g/m2;用铝量为0.11g/ m2,为银色。
这种烟用印银卡纸的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
一、用三色柔版印刷机,在白卡纸上柔版涂布一层高光涂料,烘干;
二、用三色柔版印刷机,在高光涂层上柔版涂布底层镜面银浆涂料,
烘干;
三、用三色柔版印刷机,在镜面银浆底层上柔版涂布面层镜面银浆涂料,
烘干;
四、冷却、收卷,为成品。
所述步骤一中的高光涂料的重量组分为:
A、纳米级颗粒的苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物70,
B、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂30,
C、有机膨润土5.5,
D、增稠剂为疏水改性碱溶胀型的丙烯酸类0.15,消泡剂为硅氧烷类0.15,流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷0.15。
E、水210,将上述5种原材料投入内部为250摄氏度的反应釜中,混匀,回流搅拌11-12 小时,制成高光涂料;
所述步骤二中的底层镜面银浆涂料,是在步骤一中的高光涂料中添加经过改性以后的铝粉,高光涂料和改性铝粉的重量比为1:0.25。
所述步骤三中的面层镜面银浆涂料,是在步骤一中的高光涂料中添加经过改性以后的铝粉,高光涂料和改性铝粉的重量比为1:0.5。
改性铝粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一,按质量百分比称量下述各组分,
A、铝粉,其颗粒粒度为5μm ;
B、按照铝粉与乙酸乙酯重量比为3∶5 的比例称取乙酸乙酯,
将称取的乙酸乙酯加入铝粉中,用磁力搅拌器搅拌2-3h,静置2-3h 后过滤,在50℃干燥2-3h,得到预处理过的铝粉;
二、A、在反应容器中加入适量0.5-1%浓度的碳酸钠溶液,按重量份数,加入5份的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,500-600r/min 搅拌5-15min;
B、再加入上述预处理过的铝粉55份,同样转速下搅拌5-10min,过滤并将滤饼在适量0.5-1%浓度的碳酸钠溶液中超声波分散,加入羧甲基纤维素7份,500-600r/min 搅拌5-10min,
C、再加入叶蜡石粉1.5份、伊利石粉1.5份和聚苯乙烯磺酸钠0.15份,同样转速下搅拌10-20min,过滤得滤饼;
三、在容器中加入上述中得到的滤饼以及三聚磷酸钠0.8份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.15份、明胶0.15份、钠基蒙脱土0.15份,于室温条件下400-600r/min 搅拌15-30min 后真空干燥,即得。
本实施例制得烟用印银卡纸银浆印刷光泽度为75,其印刷光泽度高于传统的烟用转移铝箔卡纸的光泽度1度,完全可以代替。

Claims (2)

1. 一种烟用印银卡纸的制作方法,该烟用印银卡纸包括白卡纸和一层铝膜,白卡纸在三色柔版印刷机上,第一次通过柔版印刷一层高光涂料作为底色;第二次通过柔版印刷底层镜面银浆涂料,第三次通过柔版印刷面层镜面银浆涂料,白卡纸为全木浆纤维,白卡纸的表面粗糙度用PPS法(um)≤1.5,单位面积纸张克重150~300g/m2;用铝量为0.1~0.12g/m2,为银色;
其制作方法步骤如下:
一、用三色柔版印刷机,在白卡纸上柔版涂布一层高光涂料,烘干;
二、用三色柔版印刷机,在高光涂层上柔版涂布底层镜面银浆涂料,
烘干;
三、用三色柔版印刷机,在镜面银浆底层上柔版涂布面层镜面银浆涂料,
烘干;
四、冷却、收卷,为成品;
其特征在于,步骤一中的高光涂料的重量组份为:
A、纳米级颗粒的苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物60-80,
B、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂20-40,
C、有机膨润土5-6,
D、增稠剂为疏水改性碱溶胀型的丙烯酸类0.1-0.2,消泡剂为硅氧烷类0.1-0.2,流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-0.2,
E、水200-220,将上述5种原材料投入内部为240-260 摄氏度的反应釜中,混匀,回流搅拌11-12 小时,制成高光涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用印银卡纸的制作方法,步骤二中的底层镜面银浆涂料,是在步骤一中的高光涂料中添加经过改性以后的铝粉,高光涂料和改性铝粉的重量比为1:0.2-0.3;
步骤三中的面层镜面银浆涂料,是在步骤一中的高光涂料中添加经过改性以后的铝粉,高光涂料和改性铝粉的重量比为1:0.4-0.6;
其特征在于,改性铝粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、按重量比称量下述各组分,
A、铝粉,其颗粒粒度为3-5μm ;
B、按照铝粉与乙酸乙酯重量比为3∶5 的比例称取乙酸乙酯,
将称取的乙酸乙酯加入铝粉中,用磁力搅拌器搅拌2-3h,静置2-3h 后过滤,在40-60℃干燥2-3h,得到预处理过的铝粉;
二、A、在反应容器中加入适量0.5-1%浓度的碳酸钠溶液,按重量份数,加入4-6份的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,500-600r/min 搅拌5-15min;
B、再加入上述预处理过的铝粉50-60份,同样转速下搅拌5-10min,过滤并将滤饼在适量0.5-1%浓度的碳酸钠溶液中超声波分散,加入羧甲基纤维素6-8份,500-600r/min 搅拌5-10min,
C、再加入叶蜡石粉1-2份、伊利石粉1-2份和聚苯乙烯磺酸钠0.1-0.2份,同样转速下搅拌10-20min,过滤得滤饼;
三、在容器中加入上述中得到的滤饼以及三聚磷酸钠0.5-1份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.1-0.2份、明胶0.1-0.2份、钠基蒙脱土0.1-0.2份,于室温条件下400-600r/min 搅拌15-30min后真空干燥,即得。
