本发明涉及一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)天然植物亚麻纤维经过梳理后,烘干备用;(2)树脂乳液的配制:采用树脂经过稀释剂稀释5‑15倍,润滑剂经过稀释剂稀释20‑30倍,缓凝剂经过稀释剂稀释5‑15倍,混合上述试剂得到乳液;(3)采用浸润设备将亚麻纤维至于树脂乳液中进行浸润复合。上述亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法解决亚麻纤维的起毛问题,较少甚至消除毛羽;解决制品中树脂对纤维的浸润问题;提高树脂和纤维的结合力。

一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法
技术领域
本发明专利属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法。
背景技术
目前天然纤维增强材料中,其中植物亚麻纤维表面几乎没有经过处理,直接编织或者针刺成毡使用,在编织过程中短纤难以编织,且亚麻纤维容易起毛,毛羽较多;其次现有用于浸润亚麻纤维的乳液存在着亚麻纤维与树脂的浸润性不好的不足;此外树脂与纤维结合力比较小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述中存在的问题,提供一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,解决亚麻纤维的起毛问题,较少甚至消除毛羽;采用自制的浸润设备解决制品中树脂对纤维的浸润问题,提高树脂和纤维的结合力。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述方案得以解决的:一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)天然植物亚麻纤维经过梳理后,烘干备用;(2)树脂乳液的配制:采用树脂经过稀释剂稀释5-15倍,润滑剂经过稀释剂稀释20-30倍,缓凝剂经过稀释剂稀释5-15倍,混合上述试剂得到乳液;(3)采用浸润设备将亚麻纤维至于树脂乳液中进行浸润复合。
作为优选,所述浸润设备包括亚麻放卷装置、乳液浸润槽、热压辊、烘箱以及收卷装置,所述亚麻纤维经过放卷装置放卷后,亚麻纤维经过乳液浸润槽浸润后,经过热压辊的热压混合后,再经过烘箱烘干,至收卷装置收卷得到改性处理的亚麻纤维。采用该浸润设备将亚麻纤维置于树脂乳液中复合,解决制品中树脂对纤维的浸润问题;且提高树脂和纤维的结合力。
作为又一优选,所述烘箱的温度为45-60℃,保温处理1-3小时。
作为又一优选,所述树脂包含不饱和聚酯树脂、偶联剂、成膜剂,有效成分40%。
作为又一优选,所述稀释剂为非活性稀释剂苯乙烯。
作为又一优选,所述水溶性润滑剂为纯净水、甘油、丙烯乙二醇、香料、三氯蔗糖组成的混合物。
现有的技术相比,本发明的优点如下:解决亚麻纤维的起毛问题,较少甚至消除毛羽;上述树脂乳液解决了制品中树脂对纤维的浸润问题;提高树脂和纤维的结合力。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及其附图进一步叙述本发明,但本发明不受实施例的限制:
实施例1:
一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)天然植物亚麻纤维经过梳理后,烘干备用;(2)树脂乳液的配制:采用树脂经过稀释剂稀释5-15倍,润滑剂经过稀释剂稀释20-30倍,缓凝剂经过稀释剂稀释5-15倍,混合上述试剂得到乳液;(3)采用浸润设备将亚麻纤维至于树脂乳液中进行浸润复合。如图1所示,所述浸润设备包括亚麻放卷装置、乳液浸润槽、热压辊、烘箱以及收卷装置,所述亚麻纤维经过放卷装置放卷后,亚麻纤维经过乳液浸润槽浸润后,经过热压辊的热压混合后,再经过烘箱烘干,所述烘箱的温度为45-60℃,保温处理1-3小时,至收卷装置收卷得到改性处理的亚麻纤维。采用该浸润设备将亚麻纤维置于树脂乳液中复合,解决制品中树脂对纤维的浸润问题;且提高树脂和纤维的结合力。
最后,应当指出,以上实施例仅是本发明较有代表性的例子。显然,本发明的技术方案并不限于上述实施例,还可以有很多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)天然植物亚麻纤维经过梳理后,烘干备用;
(2)树脂乳液的配制:采用树脂经过稀释剂稀释5-15倍,水溶性润滑剂经过稀释剂稀释20-30倍,缓凝剂经过稀释剂稀释5-15倍,混合上述试剂得到乳液;
(3)采用浸润设备将亚麻纤维至于树脂乳液中进行浸润复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,其特征在于,所述浸润设备包括亚麻放卷装置、乳液浸润槽、热压辊、烘箱以及收卷装置,所述亚麻纤维经过放卷装置放卷后,亚麻纤维经过乳液浸润槽浸润后,经过热压辊的热压混合后,再经过烘箱烘干,至收卷装置收卷得到改性处理的亚麻纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,其特征在于,所述烘箱的温度为45-60℃,保温处理1-3小时。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,其特征在于,所述树脂包含不饱和聚酯树脂、偶联剂、成膜剂,有效成分40%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为非活性稀释剂苯乙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚麻纤维表面改性处理方法,其特征在于,所述水溶性润滑剂为纯净水、甘油、丙烯乙二醇、香料、三氯蔗糖组成的混合物。
