技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,涉及一种纺织整理液,尤其涉及一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液及其制备方法。
背景技术
过去的十几年中,有关纳米TiO2的制备方法取得了许多突破性研究进展,这也使得纳米TiO2在许多领域都有着广泛的应用。纳米TiO2具有十分宝贵的光学性质,在汽车工业及诸多领域都显示出良好的发展前景。纳米TiO2还具有很高的化学稳定性、热稳定性、无毒性、超亲水性、非迁移性,且完全可以与食品接触,被广泛应用于抗紫外材料、纺织、光催化触媒、自洁玻璃、防晒霜、涂料、油墨、食品包装材料、造纸工业、航天工业中。
在纺织领域中的应用,纳米TiO2因具有价廉无毒、粒径小、比表面积大、磁性强、催化活性高、吸收性能好,吸收紫外线能力强,表面活性大、热导性好、分散性好、稳定性好等优点而倍受关注,它在纺织品中主要有抗紫外线、抗菌、抗静电、消光、抗老化、自清洁和隔热等主要服用优点。
超支化聚合物由于其独特的结构和优异的性能,在纺织上表现出诱人的应用前景。目前,在纺织上的应用研究已经在改善纤维染色性能、印染废水处理、织物防水整理以及改善聚合物熔体可纺性几个方面展开。本课题组Zhang等利用二乙烯三胺和丙烯酸甲酯制备出端氨基超支化聚合物(HBP-NH2),并将其对棉纤维进行改性处理,结果表明改性后的棉纤维能实现活性染料的无盐染色。本课题组周婷婷等自制了一种超支化聚合物,并应用其制备了纳米银胶溶液整理到真丝织物,整理后的真丝织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抑菌作用。
其在纺织上其它方面的应用还有待进一步研发,由于超支化聚合物具有丰富的端基,也可对其端基进行功能化改生,制备功能超支化聚合物。利用其对织物进行处理,可使织物表面形成大量密集的功能性基团,赋予织物特定的功能。
然后面前纺织品多数对太阳光辐照敏感,从而导致纺织品受到不可逆转的损伤。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,获得一种能够提高纺织品的抗紫外线性能,且保证其对太阳光紫外辐射具有可逆转的能力,本发明提供了一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液,由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白26~52份、纳米二氧化钛12~26份、钛酸正四丁酯11~23份、冰醋酸8~19份、无水乙醇7~15份、磷酸钠2~11份、硫酸镁2~8份、硫酸铵7~19份、硫酸锌2~9份。
优选的,所述含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白41份、纳米二氧化钛21份、钛酸正四丁酯17份、冰醋酸12份、无水乙醇13份、磷酸钠8份、硫酸镁6份、硫酸铵13份、硫酸锌7份。
一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡28~54小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:2~8,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡15~38小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:1.5~5,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;
(2)丝胶粗提取:将预处理后的茧壳置于1~5%碳酸钠溶液中,煮沸30~70分钟,收集粗提液;
(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔8~13小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌35~70分钟;
(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1~1.8混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.11~0.15MPa处理0.5~1.3小时;
(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、钛酸正四丁酯、冰醋酸、无水乙醇、磷酸钠、硫酸镁、硫酸铵和硫酸锌加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,22~45℃搅拌反应1.5~5小时。
优选的,步骤(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡44小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:6,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡34小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:4,蒸馏水洗净、晾干。

优选的,步骤(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、钛酸正四丁酯、冰醋酸、无水乙醇、磷酸钠、硫酸镁、硫酸铵和硫酸锌加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,38℃搅拌反应4小时。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述的含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液能够提高纺织品的抗紫外线性能;(2)本发明所述含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液对纺织品太阳辐照的损伤具有可逆性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液,由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白26份、纳米二氧化钛12份、钛酸正四丁酯11份、冰醋酸8份、无水乙醇7份、磷酸钠2份、硫酸镁2份、硫酸铵7份、硫酸锌2份。

(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡28小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:2,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡15小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:1.5,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;

(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡54小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:8,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡38小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:5,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;

(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1.8混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.15MPa处理1.3小时;
(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、钛酸正四丁酯、冰醋酸、无水乙醇、磷酸钠、硫酸镁、硫酸铵和硫酸锌加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,45℃搅拌反应5小时。
对实施例1~3制备获得的含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液进行检测,结果如下表所示:

6.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔11小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌55分钟。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1.4混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.13MPa处理1小时。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的提高纺织品抗紫外线的整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、钛酸正四丁酯、冰醋酸、无水乙醇、磷酸钠、硫酸镁、硫酸铵和硫酸锌加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,38℃搅拌反应4小时。
