背景技术
棉纤维是由β—D葡萄糖残基通过1,4糖苷键连接起来的纤维大分子组成。在纤维素分子中每个葡萄糖环上都保留有3个可以形成氢键的自由羟基,它们都具有一般醇羟基的化学特性。在分子链右侧的葡萄糖端基上,因为氧环式和开链式的互变异构,含有一个潜在的醛基,所以,纤维素也具有还原性。但与纤维素的相对分子质量相比,醛基的数量太少,因此还原性并不显著,而当纤维素受到损伤或破坏,相对分子量降低时,其还原性就会逐渐变得明显。纤维素分子中的羟基和糖苷键,是发生各种化学变化的主要基团。
织物上产生折皱,从微观角度看,主要是因为在外力作用下,纤维发生形变,外力去除后,形变不能消失,不能恢复原状或只能部分恢复所至。当纤维受到外力时,在规整度高的结晶区,分子链排列整齐,形成的氢键较多,而且能共同承受外力的作用。所以,在不超过弹性极限的外力作用下,一般只发生较小的可逆形变,即普弹形变。在规整度较低的无定形区,羟基大多处于游离状态,形成的氢键较少,在洗涤或穿着过程中经受外力作用时,纤维素分子沿着外力的方向发生一定的形变,基本结构单元相对滑移,而羟基在新的位置又会产生新的氢键而使变形固定下来,当外力去除后,系统发生蠕变回复,若新形成的氢键产生的阻力大于回复力,使系统形变不能恢复,便出现了永久形变。由于氢键排列的多样性而产生多种形态变化,这种不均一而且不可逆形变的表现就是织物的折皱。
长期以来,棉织物的抗皱整理主要使用的是醛胺缩合树脂,特别是热固性N-羟甲基树脂或N-羟甲基酞胺类化合物。但是树脂有多个羟基,不同位置的羟基性质不同,因此它们的反应活性也不同,最终导致抗皱效果不均匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,获得一种抗皱性好,功能稳定,且保证处理后的棉纺织品具有免烫性能的整理液,本发明提供了一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液,由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白26~50份、纳米二氧化钛12~26份、艾蒿提取液8~19份、壳聚糖12~20份、柠檬酸8~22份、硫酸铝3~12份、硫酸镁4~14份、环氧基改性硅油6~17份、碳酸氢钠5~18份、乙二醇7~16份。
优选的,所述含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白42份、纳米二氧化钛22份、艾蒿提取液13份、壳聚糖16份、柠檬酸17份、硫酸铝8份、硫酸镁11份、环氧基改性硅油13份、碳酸氢钠12份、乙二醇13份。
一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡24~48小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:2~6,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡12~36小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:1.5~6,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;
(2)丝胶粗提取:将预处理后的茧壳置于1~3.5%碳酸钠溶液中,煮沸45~80分钟,收集粗提液;
(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔6~12小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌25~60分钟;
(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1~1.5混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.1~0.13MPa处理0.5~1小时;
(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、艾蒿提取液、壳聚糖、柠檬酸、硫酸铝、硫酸镁、环氧基改性硅油、碳酸氢钠和乙二醇加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,38~60℃搅拌反应1~5小时。
优选的,步骤(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡35小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:3,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡26小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:4,蒸馏水洗净、晾干。
优选的,步骤(2)丝胶粗提取:将预处理后的茧壳置于2.6%碳酸钠溶液中,煮沸65分钟,收集粗提液。
优选的,步骤(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔8小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌45分钟。
优选的,步骤(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1.2混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.12MPa处理0.7小时。
优选的,步骤(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、艾蒿提取液、壳聚糖、柠檬酸、硫酸铝、硫酸镁、环氧基改性硅油、碳酸氢钠和乙二醇加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,52℃搅拌反应4小时。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液抗皱性好,功能稳定;(2)所述整理液能够保证处理后的棉纺织品具有免烫性能;(3)本发明所述整理液能够维持织物的断裂强力、撕破强度和耐磨性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液,由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白26份、纳米二氧化钛12份、艾蒿提取液8份、壳聚糖12份、柠檬酸8份、硫酸铝3份、硫酸镁4份、环氧基改性硅油6份、碳酸氢钠5份、乙二醇7份。
一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡24小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:2,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡12小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:1.5,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;
(2)丝胶粗提取:将预处理后的茧壳置于1%碳酸钠溶液中,煮沸45分钟,收集粗提液;
(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔6小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌25分钟;
(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.1MPa处理0.5小时;
(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、艾蒿提取液、壳聚糖、柠檬酸、硫酸铝、硫酸镁、环氧基改性硅油、碳酸氢钠和乙二醇加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,38℃搅拌反应1小时。
实施例2
一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液,由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白42份、纳米二氧化钛22份、艾蒿提取液13份、壳聚糖16份、柠檬酸17份、硫酸铝8份、硫酸镁11份、环氧基改性硅油13份、碳酸氢钠12份、乙二醇13份。

实施例3
一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液,由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白50份、纳米二氧化钛26份、艾蒿提取液19份、壳聚糖20份、柠檬酸22份、硫酸铝12份、硫酸镁14份、环氧基改性硅油17份、碳酸氢钠18份、乙二醇16份。
一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡48小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:6,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡36小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:6,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;
(2)丝胶粗提取:将预处理后的茧壳置于3.5%碳酸钠溶液中,煮沸80分钟,收集粗提液;
(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔12小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌60分钟;
(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1.5混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.13MPa处理1小时;
(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、艾蒿提取液、壳聚糖、柠檬酸、硫酸铝、硫酸镁、环氧基改性硅油、碳酸氢钠和乙二醇加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,60℃搅拌反应5小时。
对实施例1~3制备获得的含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液进行检测,结果如下表所示:

Claims (8)
1.一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白26~50份、纳米二氧化钛12~26份、艾蒿提取液8~19份、壳聚糖12~20份、柠檬酸8~22份、硫酸铝3~12份、硫酸镁4~14份、环氧基改性硅油6~17份、碳酸氢钠5~18份、乙二醇7~16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白42份、纳米二氧化钛22份、艾蒿提取液13份、壳聚糖16份、柠檬酸17份、硫酸铝8份、硫酸镁11份、环氧基改性硅油13份、碳酸氢钠12份、乙二醇13份。
3.权利要求1所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡24~48小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:2~6,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡12~36小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:1.5~6,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;
(2)丝胶粗提取:将预处理后的茧壳置于1~3.5%碳酸钠溶液中,煮沸45~80分钟,收集粗提液;
(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔6~12小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌25~60分钟;
(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1~1.5混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.1~0.13MPa处理0.5~1小时;
(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、艾蒿提取液、壳聚糖、柠檬酸、硫酸铝、硫酸镁、环氧基改性硅油、碳酸氢钠和乙二醇加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,38~60℃搅拌反应1~5小时。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡35小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:3,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡26小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:4,蒸馏水洗净、晾干。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)丝胶粗提取:将预处理后的茧壳置于2.6%碳酸钠溶液中,煮沸65分钟,收集粗提液。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔8小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌45分钟。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1.2混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.12MPa处理0.7小时。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的抗皱整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)成品:将纳米二氧化钛、艾蒿提取液、壳聚糖、柠檬酸、硫酸铝、硫酸镁、环氧基改性硅油、碳酸氢钠和乙二醇加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,52℃搅拌反应4小时。
