Abstract

本发明提供了一种抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法,涉及纺织品整理技术领域,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)将苯酚溶于乙醇中;(2)将纳米二氧化钛分散到乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至40~60ºC,保温持续5~30min;(4)最后分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物。本制备技术过程简单,不需要高温条件和复杂的反应设备;制备的抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的耐久性好。

抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品整理技术领域,具体涉及一种抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法。
背景技术
过量紫外线对人体的辐射危害已引起人们的关注。纳米二氧化钛是一种无机紫外线吸收剂,可有效地吸收紫外线中会对人体造成伤害的UVA和UVB。纳米二氧化钛具有无毒、无味、刺激性小、热稳定性好、安全环保、屏蔽范围宽且能透过可见光等众多优点,被美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)列为防晒剂,是一种重要且广泛使用的抗紫外剂。在日光照射下,纳米二氧化钛的超氧化能力可破坏粘着在织物上的有色有机物,使有色有机物失去颜色,达到织物自清洁的目的。因此,采用纳米二氧化钛对涤纶织物进行整理可得到具有抗紫外自清洁性能的功能纺织品。以涤纶为基底的复合抗紫外自清洁织物由于质量轻,原料易得,价格便宜,稳定性好等特点,是最有前途的抗紫外自清洁织物之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种制备工艺简单,稳定性好的抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法,本发明采取如下技术方案。
一种抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将苯酚溶于乙醇中;(2)将纳米二氧化钛分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC,保温持续5~30min;(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得纳米二氧化钛抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物。
进一步的,所述的乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的乙醇与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
进一步的,所述的纳米二氧化钛与乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:100~1000。
本发明的有益效果在于,抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法简单,不需要高温条件和复杂的反应设备;制备的抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的耐久性好。

下文将结合具体实施例详细描述本发明。应当注意的是,下述实施例中描述的技术特征或者技术特征的组合不应当被认为是孤立的,它们可以被相互组合从而达到更好的技术效果。
实施例1
抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将20g苯酚溶于180g乙醇中;
(2)将0.2g纳米二氧化钛分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至40ºC,保温持续30min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物。
实施例2
抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将300g苯酚溶于100g乙醇中;
(2)将4g纳米二氧化钛分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至60ºC,保温持续5min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物。
实施例3
抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将50g苯酚溶于250g乙醇中;
(2)将2g纳米二氧化钛分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至50ºC,保温持续10min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物。
实施例4
抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将200g苯酚溶于200g乙醇中;
(2)将3g纳米二氧化钛分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至40ºC,保温持续15min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物。
本文虽然已经给出了本发明的一些实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明精神的情况下,可以对本文的实施例进行改变。上述实施例只是示例性的,不应以本文的实施例作为本发明权利范围的限定。

Claims (3)

1.一种抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将苯酚溶于乙醇中;
(2)将纳米二氧化钛分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至40~60ºC,保温持续5~30min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法,所述的乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的乙醇与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗紫外自清洁涤纶织物的制备方法,所述的纳米二氧化钛与乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:100~1000。
