Abstract

本发明涉及一种PTT与PET纤维的复合经编面料及其生产方法,其特征在于将PTT与PET原料采用双螺杆融熔后,以变频计量的方式加入到静态混合器中进行混合,按普通的复合纺丝方法进行纺丝、牵伸、卷绕,得到PTT/PET复合纤维(FDY)产品。再将该复合纤维按特定的工艺与设备要求进行经编织造与染色整理即得本发明所述面料。该面料手感、色牢度、舒适性、透气性和透湿性等都优于普通的运动面料,是目前市场上较为高档的运动型面料。同时由于采用的复合纺丝方法又大大降低了该类面料的生产成本,使其的推广应用成为可能。

Description

一种PTT与PET纤维的复合经编面料及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PTT与PET纤维的复合经编面料及其生产方法,属化学纤维及纺织技术领域。
背景技术
PTT纤维是聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维的简称,是由美国Shell Chemical(壳牌化学公司)于1995年研制成功的新型纺丝聚合物。PTT纤维与PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)纤维、PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯)纤维同属聚酯纤维,由同类聚合物纺丝而成。PTT纤维兼有涤纶和锦纶的特性,除防污性能好外,还有易于染色、手感柔软、富有弹性,伸长性同氨纶纤维一样好,与弹性纤维氨纶相比更易于加工,非常适合纺织服装面料;除此以外PTT还具有干爽、挺括等特点。PTT纤维具有涤纶的稳定性和锦纶的柔软性,其表现在:
1、PTT织物柔软而且具有优异的垂性。
2、PTT织物具有舒适的弹性(优于涤纶PET、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯PBT及聚丙烯PP纤维,与尼龙6或尼龙66纤维相当)。
3、PTT织物具有优异的伸长恢复性(伸长20%仍可恢复其原有的长度)。
4、PTT具有优异的染色及印花特性(110℃~120℃、一般分散染料可以染色);优越的染色牢度、日晒牢度及抗污性。
5、PTT织物具有鲜艳的颜色及免烫性。
6、PTT适应性比较广泛。PTT适合纯纺或与纤维素纤维及天然纤维、合成纤维复合,生产地毯、便衣、时装、内衣、运动衣、泳装及袜子。
虽然PTT纤维有上述诸多优点,但由于其受原料、生产条件及技术装备的局限,其生产成本较高,导致其应用成本高昂。为打破这种局面,现阶段有很多生产厂家开发或正在开发使用PTT与PET这两种纤维复合的混合纤维,并有一定的实际应用,但这类纤维应用于高档经编面料上作原料的很少,而且由于生产工艺与技术条件的限制,开发出的这类复合纤维面料也没有得到大规模的推广。
发明内容
本发明为解决PTT与PET纤维复合后较难应用于高档经编机上的特点,采取以下技术方案:
1、在复合纤维的纺丝过程中,将PTT与PET原料采用双螺杆融熔后,以变频计量的方式加入到静态混合器中进行混合,其混合比例为1∶2-1∶4。最后按普通的复合纺丝方法进行纺丝、牵伸、卷绕,得到PTT/PET复合纤维(FDY)产品。
在生产过程中,注意控制两种组分的熔体温度为适当,以避免造成大分子的过度降解。
2、将生产的上述复合纤维按下列要求进行经编织造与染色整理。
设备选用德国卡尔·迈耶公司的KS3-E系列经编机和DSN整经机。
染整采用前处理→预定型→染色→柔软→复定型流程。由于PTT上染较快,PET吃色稳定不同,要注意染色处方的合理性。染色设备采用高温高压松式溢流机。染色温度控制在110-120℃左右,不宜过高;温度降至80℃时一定要溢流清洗,以去除升温吃色不同时产生的浮色,pH值保持在7-7.3;为了防止布面褶皱,保证PTT的收缩均匀性和防止染色色花,要同时使用渗透剂和抗皱剂。
定型温度应保持在160-170℃,要注意纵横向弹性与门幅、克重的变化,可根据工艺定型的需要来制定超喂速度。
本发明所生产的特种复合纤维应用在经编面料上,能使织物具有很好的弹性和尺寸稳定性,且有耐碱、耐氯和耐高温的特点,克服了氨纶纤维容易老化、松弛变形的不足。同时由于PTT结合了锦纶的柔软、腈纶的蓬松、涤纶的尺寸稳定性等诸多,因此由该纤维编织的面料手感、色牢度、舒适性、透气性和透湿性等都优于普通的运动面料,是目前市场上较为高档的运动型面料。同时由于采用的复合纺丝方法又大大降低了该类面料的生产成本,使其的推广应用成为可能。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明的一个具体实施例子:
1、将市售的PTT切片与PET切片于各自的螺杆挤压机中熔融挤出,按1∶3的比例以变频计量的方式注入到复合箱体前的静态混合器中,混合均匀后按下述工艺流程进行复合FDY长丝的生产:复合纺丝箱体→计量泵→组件→外环吹风冷却→集束上油→甬道→预网络→第一导丝盘→主网络→第二导丝盘→卷绕→FDY检验→平衡→包装,最后得到合格的复合纤维。
2、将该复合纤维按要求整经后于经编机上进行织造,织造工艺为:用GB2或GB3,走针23/10/,最后得到一种PTT/PET复合经编面料(坏布)。
3、坏布的染整采用前处理→预定型→染色→柔软→复定型流程。
染料采用由安诺其纺织化工公司提供的适合PTT纤维染色的ANOCRON(安诺可隆)系列分散染料,该系列染料匀染性好,提升性高;具有优良的水洗牢度;优秀的配伍性,大小样重现性好,缸差小;用于PTT与各种纤维混纺织物的染色沾色少,易清洗;可采用110℃和98℃染色,适合不同的设备和染色条件;符合OEKO-TEXSTANDARD100的环保要求。
染色设备采用无锡前州顺达的GR202型高温高压松式溢流机。染色温度控制在115±5℃左右,不宜过高;温度降至80℃时一定要溢流清洗,以去除升温吃色不同时产生的浮色,pH值保持在7-7.3;为防止布面褶皱,保证PTT的收缩均匀性和防止染色色花,同时使用0.5%浓度的渗透剂和抗皱剂。
定型温度保持在165±3℃,结合布面纵横向弹性与门幅、克重的变化,不断调整超喂速度。
本实施例生产的面料可应用于泳衣、体操服、跳水服及内衣系列,如果再结合适当的印花花型和时尚的款式,其市场前景被普遍看好。

Claims (4)

1.本发明所述的一种PTT与PET纤维的复合经编面料及其生产方法,其特征在于:将PTT与PET原料采用双螺杆融熔后,以变频计量的方式加入到静态混合器中进行混合,按普通的复合纺丝方法进行纺丝、牵伸、卷绕,得到PTT/PET复合纤维(FDY)产品;
再将该复合纤维按特定的工艺与设备要求进行经编织造与染色整理即得本发明所述面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTT与PET纤维的复合经编面料及其生产方法,其特征在于:PTT与PET原料的混合比例为1∶2-1∶4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTT与PET纤维的复合经编面料及其生产方法,其特征在于:染整采用前处理→预定型→染色→柔软→复定型流程。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTT与PET纤维的复合经编面料及其生产方法,其特征在于,该面料在染整加工过程中应注满足以下条件:
①染色设备采用高温高压松式溢流机;
②染色温度控制在110-120℃左右,不宜过高;
③当染浴温度降至80℃时一定要溢流清洗,以去除升温吃色不同时产生的浮色;
④染浴pH值保持在7-7.3;
⑤为了防止布面褶皱,保证PTT的收缩均匀性和防止染色色花,要同时使用渗透剂和抗皱剂;
⑥定型温度应保持在160-170℃,要注意纵横向弹性与门幅、克重的变化,可根据工艺定型的需要来制定超喂速度。
