技术领域
本发明属于饰面装饰材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种艺术墙布。
背景技术
墙布是现在装饰房间必不可缺的,很多墙布比较单一,不能实现随时更换图画,而且颜色比较单调,墙布之间容易出现缝隙,在传统的壁纸上,儿童的卧室总是杂乱无章,墙上的绘画图总是不能清除,影响房间的整体美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种艺术墙布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种艺术墙布,包括第一墙布主体和第二墙布主体,所述第一墙布主体外表层通过EVA胶膜粘合抗紫外线喷涂层,所述述第一墙布主体为易于粘贴的墙布面料,所述面料,由上下经纱和纬纱交织而成,上下纬纱和上经纱是120D FDY亮光丝,下经纱是120D复合丝,所述面料正面为由上经纱与上纬纱交织的平纹组织,反面为由下经纱与下纬纱交织的蜂巢组织。
艺术墙布通过UV在优质环保绸布上喷绘彩色图案,产生丰富多彩的立体图案,可以把一幅幅摄影、绘画等艺术作品通过艺术再加工转换成墙面艺术,具有生动形象、活灵活现的感觉。改变了普通墙布死板、粗糙的通病。再者就是:艺术墙布是利用一种油性抗紫外性的墨水,在室外可保3年,实际可达到5年不褪色,室内的话可以做到10年不褪色,突破了普通墙布色牢度欠佳的瓶颈。还有就是艺术墙布是用工业用的UV喷绘机生产的,生产一米和生产一千米出来的色彩都是一样的,改变了普通墙布的色差困境。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种艺术墙布,包括第一墙布主体1和第二墙布主体2,所述第一墙布主体1外表层通过EVA胶膜4粘合抗紫外线喷涂层5,所述述第一墙布主体1为易于粘贴的墙布面料,所述面料,由上下经纱和纬纱交织而成,上下纬纱和上经纱是120D FDY亮光丝,下经纱是120D复合丝,所述面料正面为由上经纱与上纬纱交织的平纹组织,反面为由下经纱与下纬纱交织的蜂巢组织。
墙面布料,正面是平纹组织,便于提花,且表面光亮、平整,具有仿麻风格效果,反面是蜂巢组织,形成凹陷结构,吸收糯米胶可直接粘贴于墙上,同时反面经线为复合丝产生起绒,更易于涂胶粘贴。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种艺术墙布,包括第一墙布主体(1)和第二墙布主体(2),其特征在于:所述第一墙布主体(1)外表层通过EVA胶膜(4)粘合抗紫外线喷涂层(5),所述述第一墙布主体(1)为易于粘贴的墙布面料,所述面料,由上下经纱和纬纱交织而成,上下纬纱和上经纱是120D FDY亮光丝,下经纱是120D复合丝,所述面料正面为由上经纱与上纬纱交织的平纹组织,反面为由下经纱与下纬纱交织的蜂巢组织。
