Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水印花面料,其包括:面料基层,第一印花层,第二印花层和防水层,所述第一印花层和第二印花层分别设置于面料基层的两侧,在所述第一印花层和所述第二印花层的外部分别设置有一层防水层,所述防水层为聚氨酯疏水层,所述印花层由氨纶纤维和疏水改性竹纤维复合而成,所述面料基层,第一印花层,第二印花层和防水层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂固定。本发明的防水印花面料在印花层中复配了疏水改性的竹纤维,使得印花层本身具备了一定疏水性能,此外,本发明的印花面料的外部设置了聚氨酯疏水层,加强了印花面料的防水性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,特别是涉及一种防水印花面料。
背景技术
面料在服装,家纺,家装等多个领域都有广泛应用。随着人们生活水平的提高,对面料的要求也不仅仅是牢固和美观这双重要求,在一些特殊场合,如一些特殊的工作环境下需要防水性能好的面料,以及在用于防雨场合的布料都需要有较高的防水性能。现有的防水面料大多没有印花或印花效果较差,难以满足人们的实际需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:本发明提供了一种防水效果好且美观度高的印花面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:本发明提供了一种防水印花面料,其包括:面料基层,第一印花层,第二印花层和防水层,所述第一印花层和第二印花层分别设置于面料基层的两侧,在所述第一印花层和所述第二印花层的外部分别设置有一层防水层,所述防水层为聚氨酯疏水层,所述印花层由氨纶纤维和疏水改性竹纤维复合而成,所述面料基层,第一印花层,第二印花层和防水层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂固定。
较佳的,所述疏水改性竹纤维为经过有机硅改性的竹纤维。
较佳的,所述疏水改性的竹纤维的纤维长度不小于100微米。
较佳的,所述印花层厚度不小于1mm。
较佳的,所述防水层的厚度不超过0.3mm。
较佳的,所述面料基层为氨纶纤维层或棉质面料层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的防水印花面料在印花层中复配了疏水改性的竹纤维,使得印花层本身具备了一定疏水性能,此外,本发明的印花面料的外部设置了聚氨酯疏水层,加强了印花面料的防水性能。本发明的防水印花面料将外部防水层的厚度控制在不超过0.3mm的厚度,不会对印花效果有较大影响。

请参阅图1,作为本发明的一个较佳实施例,所述防水印花面料,其包括:面料基层1,第一印花层21,第二印花层22和防水层3,所述第一印花层21和第二印花层22分别设置于面料基层1的两侧,在所述第一印花层21和所述第二印花层22的外部分别设置有一层防水层3,所述防水层3为聚氨酯疏水层,所述印花层21和22由氨纶纤维和疏水改性竹纤维复合而成,所述面料基层1,第一印花层21,第二印花层22和防水层3通过聚氨酯胶粘剂固定。
进一步的,所述疏水改性竹纤维为经过有机硅改性的竹纤维,因而印花层具有一定的疏水性能。所述疏水改性的竹纤维的纤维长度不小于100微米,所述印花层厚度不小于1mm,因而印花层的印染效果均匀。
更进一步的,所述防水层3的厚度不超过0.3mm,不会因为设置了防水层3而影响印花面料的美观度。
更进一步的,所述面料基层为氨纶纤维层或棉质面料层。

1.一种防水印花面料,其特征在于,包括:面料基层,第一印花层,第二印花层和防水层,所述第一印花层和第二印花层分别设置于面料基层的两侧,在所述第一印花层和所述第二印花层的外部分别设置有一层防水层,所述防水层为聚氨酯疏水层,所述印花层由氨纶纤维和疏水改性竹纤维复合而成,所述面料基层,第一印花层,第二印花层和防水层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水印花面料,其特征在于,所述疏水改性竹纤维为经过有机硅改性的竹纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水印花面料,其特征在于,所述疏水改性的竹纤维的纤维长度不小于100微米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防水印花面料,其特征在于,所述印花层厚度不小于1mm。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项权利要求所述的一种防水印花面料,其特征在于,所述防水层的厚度不超过0.3mm。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项权利要求所述的一种防水印花面料,其特征在于,所述面料基层为氨纶纤维层或棉质面料层。
