本发明公开了一种蜈蚣箱养用瓦片清洗剂及其制备方法,涉及蜈蚣养殖技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:发酵豆腐渣15‑20份、麦秸秆干粉10‑15份、苦荞麸皮粉5‑10份、樒树叶4‑8份、木质纤维素4‑8份、花生粕3‑6份、钠基膨润土3‑6份、桑叶粉2‑4份、太白粉2‑4份、聚季铵盐‑7 2‑4份、聚氧化乙烯1‑2份、交联聚维酮1‑2份、水解聚马来酸酐1‑2份、艾叶1‑2份、肉桂油0.5‑1份、漆脂0.5‑1份、石棉绒0.5‑1份、水150‑200份。本发明所制清洗剂的清洗效果好,能有效清除瓦片上附着的蜈蚣排泄物及青苔和滋生的细菌,兼具消毒功效,从而避免因瓦片清洗不净而影响蜈蚣的正常生长。

技术领域:
本发明涉及蜈蚣养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种蜈蚣箱养用瓦片清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
蜈蚣,属于珍贵的二类中药材,入药主治风毒疥肿、恶血积聚等症,具有怯风、镇惊、抗癌、解毒、抗惊厥等作用,有极高的药用价值。蜈蚣畏热喜寒,主要繁衍地区在北回归线以北,适应性强。由于经济价值很高,我国开始大规模人工养殖,养殖品种多为绿头少棘蜈蚣,生长快且繁殖能力强。
箱养法是蜈蚣养殖的主要方法之一,主要步骤为:用木屑板外加板条钉成长木箱,上面盖上铁纱。注意箱内光滑,防止蜈蚣逃跑,最好在箱上沿装上玻璃或薄膜胶带纸之类。把瓦片四角用水泥做成1.5cm左右高的小脚垫,把瓦片叠起来有一定的空隙,便于蜈蚣活动。事先把瓦片用清水洗干净,吸足水,保持潮湿环境,瓦片要经常洗,更换,保持清洁,潮湿。在实际养殖过程中,用清水清洗瓦片不能有效清除瓦片上附着的蜈蚣排泄物,并且由于瓦片长时间保持潮湿,因此极易滋生青苔和细菌,从而影响蜈蚣的健康生长。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种清洗效果好且兼具消毒功效的蜈蚣箱养用瓦片清洗剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种蜈蚣箱养用瓦片清洗剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
发酵豆腐渣15-20份、麦秸秆干粉10-15份、苦荞麸皮粉5-10份、樒树叶4-8份、木质纤维素4-8份、花生粕3-6份、钠基膨润土3-6份、桑叶粉2-4份、太白粉2-4份、聚季铵盐-72-4份、聚氧化乙烯1-2份、交联聚维酮1-2份、水解聚马来酸酐1-2份、艾叶1-2份、肉桂油0.5-1份、漆脂0.5-1份、石棉绒0.5-1份、水150-200份。
所述钠基膨润土使用前经过改性处理,其处理方法为:向15-20份钠基膨润土中加入2-3份氢化棕榈油和1-2份氢化松香季戊四醇酯,先加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,再继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入2-3份C5石油树脂和0.2-0.5份硅烷偶联剂,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,微波结束后立即转入0-5℃环境中密封静置3h,随后再次加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,所得混合物以10-15℃/min的速度冷却降温,待温度降至40-50℃后转入煅烧炉中,并于450-500℃下煅烧3h,所得固体送入球磨机中研磨,最后过300目筛,即得改性后的钠基膨润土。
钠基膨润土经过上述改性处理后,不仅有效增大其比表面积,还能显著提高其亲脂性,从而利于通过吸附作用来清除瓦片上的污物。
所述C5石油树脂使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:向10-15份C5石油树脂中加入2-3份松节油和0.5-1份纳米氧化铝,充分混合后静置30min,再加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,然后加入1-2份羊毛醇和0.5-1份磷酸二氢钾,继续维持在熔融状态保温混合10min,最后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温即可。
C5石油树脂经过上述预处理后,不仅有效降低其熔融温度,而且大大增强其与其余原料的共混性,从而利于减少熔融所需的能耗和提高原料的均匀混合。
一种蜈蚣箱养用瓦片清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向发酵豆腐渣中加入麦秸秆干粉、苦荞麸皮粉、木质纤维素和花生粕,并加热至110-120℃保温混合10-15min,所得混合物经超微粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,即得粉料I;
(2)将樒树叶和艾叶经冷冻脱水干燥至含水量低于5%,再经超微粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛,即得粉料II;
(3)将太白粉加热至70-80℃保温混合15-30min,再加入聚氧化乙烯、漆脂和石棉绒,并加热至110-120℃保温混合10-15min,所得混合物转入-5-0℃环境中静置2-3h,然后经超微粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛,即得粉料III;
(4)向钠基膨润土中加入聚季铵盐-7和水解聚马来酸酐,加热至100-110℃保温混合10-15min,即得粉料IV;
(5)向水中加入粉料III、桑叶粉和交联聚维酮,并加热至回流状态保温混合5-10min,再加入粉料IV和肉桂油,继续回流保温混合5-10min,然后加入粉料I和粉料II,所得混合物转入砂磨机中磨细,最后过200目筛,所得滤液即为清洗剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以发酵豆腐渣为主要原料,辅以多种农副产品及助剂制得蜈蚣箱养用瓦片清洗剂,原料易得,制备成本低,所制清洗剂的清洗效果好,能有效清除瓦片上附着的蜈蚣排泄物及青苔和滋生的细菌,兼具消毒功效,从而避免因瓦片清洗不净而影响蜈蚣的正常生长。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向15份发酵豆腐渣中加入10份麦秸秆干粉、5份苦荞麸皮粉、4份木质纤维素和3份花生粕,并加热至110-120℃保温混合15min,所得混合物经超微粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,即得粉料I;
(2)将6份樒树叶和1份艾叶经冷冻脱水干燥至含水量低于5%,再经超微粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛,即得粉料II;
(3)将2份太白粉加热至70-80℃保温混合30min,再加入1份聚氧化乙烯、0.5份漆脂和1份石棉绒,并加热至110-120℃保温混合15min,所得混合物转入-5-0℃环境中静置3h,然后经超微粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛,即得粉料III;
(4)向4份钠基膨润土中加入2份聚季铵盐-7和1份水解聚马来酸酐,加热至100-110℃保温混合15min,即得粉料IV;
(5)向200份水中加入粉料III、2份桑叶粉和2份交联聚维酮,并加热至回流状态保温混合5min,再加入粉料IV和0.5份肉桂油,继续回流保温混合5min,然后加入粉料I和粉料II,所得混合物转入砂磨机中磨细,最后过200目筛,所得滤液即为清洗剂。

实施例2
(1)向20份发酵豆腐渣中加入10份麦秸秆干粉、8份苦荞麸皮粉、4份木质纤维素和3份花生粕,并加热至110-120℃保温混合15min,所得混合物经超微粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,即得粉料I;
(2)将8份樒树叶和1份艾叶经冷冻脱水干燥至含水量低于5%,再经超微粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛,即得粉料II;
(3)将4份太白粉加热至70-80℃保温混合30min,再加入1份聚氧化乙烯、0.5份漆脂和0.5份石棉绒,并加热至110-120℃保温混合15min,所得混合物转入-5-0℃环境中静置3h,然后经超微粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛,即得粉料III;
(4)向5份钠基膨润土中加入2份聚季铵盐-7和1份水解聚马来酸酐,加热至100-110℃保温混合15min,即得粉料IV;
(5)向200份水中加入粉料III、2份桑叶粉和1份交联聚维酮,并加热至回流状态保温混合5min,再加入粉料IV和0.5份肉桂油,继续回流保温混合5min,然后加入粉料I和粉料II,所得混合物转入砂磨机中磨细,最后过200目筛,所得滤液即为清洗剂。
钠基膨润土的改性处理:向20份钠基膨润土中加入3份氢化棕榈油和1份氢化松香季戊四醇酯,先加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,再继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入2份C5石油树脂和0.2份硅烷偶联剂,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,微波结束后立即转入0-5℃环境中密封静置3h,随后再次加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,所得混合物以10-15℃/min的速度冷却降温,待温度降至40-50℃后转入煅烧炉中,并于450-500℃下煅烧3h,所得固体送入球磨机中研磨,最后过300目筛,即得改性后的钠基膨润土。
C5石油树脂的预处理:向15份C5石油树脂中加入3份松节油和0.5份纳米氧化铝,充分混合后静置30min,再加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,然后加入1份羊毛醇和0.5份磷酸二氢钾,继续维持在熔融状态保温混合10min,最后将所得混合物自然冷却至室温即可。
