本发明公开了一种天然气干燥器,它包括滤水室冷凝管,所述滤水室冷凝管两端分别安装有进气管和排气管冷凝管,所述滤水室冷凝管内设置有若干冷凝管,所述冷凝管上端开口,且与滤水室冷凝管上方设置的冷凝剂箱冷凝管底部连通;所述滤水室冷凝管底部开设有若干排水孔,排水孔位于冷凝管下方,所述排水孔下方设置有集水箱冷凝管;所述排气管冷凝管与滤水室冷凝管外的干燥腔冷凝管连通。该干燥器,该干燥器能够滤天然气中大量水分,且干燥剂使用时间长,不易失效。

技术领域
本发明涉及天然气干燥领域,特指一种天然气干燥器。
背景技术
天然气属于清洁能源,在生活和工业中应用较广,而实际中,天燃气里或多或少会含有少量水分,使用前往往需要对天然气进行干燥,出去天然气中的水分子。现有天然气干燥设备,采用干燥剂来对天然气进行干燥除水,但是当天然气中水分子含量较多时,干燥剂很容易失效,干燥剂使用时间短,且更换麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种天然气干燥器,该干燥器,该干燥器能够滤去天然气中大量水分,且干燥剂使用时间长,不易失效。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种天然气干燥器,它包括滤水室冷凝管,所述滤水室冷凝管两端分别安装有进气管和排气管冷凝管,所述滤水室冷凝管内设置有若干冷凝管,所述冷凝管上端开口,且与滤水室冷凝管上方设置的冷凝剂箱冷凝管底部连通;所述滤水室冷凝管底部开设有若干排水孔,排水孔位于冷凝管下方,所述排水孔下方设置有集水箱冷凝管;所述排气管冷凝管与滤水室冷凝管外的干燥腔冷凝管连通。
进一步的,所述冷凝管上开设有若干纵向的导流槽,所述导流槽等间隔的布满冷凝管一周。
进一步的,所述冷凝管底部为圆形凸起或尖端。
进一步的,所述滤水室冷凝管内设置有抽风机冷凝管,所述抽风机冷凝管设置在冷凝管与排气管冷凝管之间。
进一步的,所述干燥腔冷凝管内设置有若干干燥管,所述干燥管内装设置有干燥剂。
进一步的,所述排气管冷凝管上设置有截止阀。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的干燥器中的冷凝管能够滤去天然气中的大量水分,干燥剂滤去小部分的水分,避免干燥剂失效。该干燥器能够对水分含量高的天然气进行干燥,干燥效果好。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种天然气干燥器,它包括滤水室1,所述滤水室1两端分别安装有进气管和排气管4,所述滤水室1内设置有若干冷凝管7,所述冷凝管7上端开口,且与滤水室1上方设置的冷凝剂箱2底部连通;所述滤水室1底部开设有若干排水孔,排水孔位于冷凝管7下方,所述排水孔下方设置有集水箱6;所述排气管4与滤水室1外的干燥腔5连通。
当天然气从进气管进入滤水室1后,从冷凝剂箱2的进液口注入冷凝剂,使冷凝剂充满每一根冷凝管7,当天然气与冷凝管7外壁接触时,水分子会液化,而天然气分子不会,水分子附着在冷凝管7外壁上形成水滴,滤去天然气中的部分水分子,然后滴落,从排水孔流入集液箱内。然后天然气从排气管4进入干燥腔5,干燥腔5内的干燥剂进一步的除去剩下的小部分水分子。由于大部分的水都被冷凝管7滤去,小部分被干燥剂滤去,进而避免干燥剂失效。同时两次滤水能够提高干燥效果。
所述冷凝管7上开设有若干纵向的导流槽,所述导流槽等间隔的布满冷凝管7一周。
导流槽能够利于冷凝管7外壁的水滴滴落,加快其滴落至集水箱6内,避免水残留在冷凝管7外壁打湿天然气分子,同时导流槽增大了冷凝管7外壁与天然气的接触面积,能够使更多的水分子附着在冷凝管7外壁上。
所述冷凝管7底部为圆形凸起或尖端。尖端和圆形凸起,更利于液体附着。
所述滤水室1内设置有抽风机3,所述抽风机3设置在冷凝管7与排气管4之间。此处设置抽风机3是为了避免天然气从排水口跑进集水箱6内,降低输气效率。
所述干燥腔5内设置有若干干燥管,所述干燥管内装设置有干燥剂。
所述排气管4上设置有截止阀。当集水箱6内的水集满后,可以打开集水箱6上的排水阀门排水。当水没有排出,不进行天然气干燥时,可以关闭截止阀,避免水气进入干燥腔5内,使干燥剂失效。

1.一种天然气干燥器,其特征在于:它包括滤水室(1),所述滤水室(1)两端分别安装有进气管和排气管(4),所述滤水室(1)内设置有若干冷凝管(7),所述冷凝管(7)上端开口,且与滤水室(1)上方设置的冷凝剂箱(2)底部连通;所述滤水室(1)底部开设有若干排水孔,排水孔位于冷凝管(7)下方,所述排水孔下方设置有集水箱(6);所述排气管(4)与滤水室(1)外的干燥腔(5)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然气干燥器,其特征在于:所述冷凝管(7)上开设有若干纵向的导流槽,所述导流槽等间隔的布满冷凝管(7)一周。
3.根据权利要求2所述的天然气干燥器,其特征在于:所述冷凝管(7)底部为圆形凸起或尖端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的天然气干燥器,其特征在于:所述滤水室(1)内设置有抽风机(3),所述抽风机(3)设置在冷凝管(7)与排气管(4)之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的天然气干燥器,其特征在于:所述干燥腔(5)内设置有若干干燥管,所述干燥管内装设置有干燥剂。
