Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料,及其制备工艺,其特征在于,以双酚A型环氧树脂E‑51、B4C粉末、Al2O3、107胶、二月桂酸二丁基锡、正硅酸乙酯、氧化石墨烯、乙二胺、PTS、多壁碳纳米管、甲基六氢苯酐、乳化硅油等为原料。本发明以B4C粉末、Al2O3为填料,制备了KH550表面处理的导热硅橡胶;用乙二胺对氧化石墨烯进行氨基改性;用PTS通过化学改性的方法,制备了有机硅改性环氧树脂;制备了碳纳米管增强环氧树脂基复合材料,力学性能优异。

Description

一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复 合材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,具体涉及一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料,及其制备工艺。
背景技术
固态照明用白光LED的使用越来越广泛,但是,由于LED所处的环境温度和节点到环境的热阻对其发光效率、使用寿命具有重要影响,因此大功率LED
的高效稳定散热问题成为影响其推广应用的重要障碍。
巨虹宗在硕士学位论文《环氧复合材料粘结层对LED结温的影响》一文中,采用掺杂微米氧化铝及碳化硼的方法对环氧树脂的导热性能和粘接性能进行改进,制备了高导热的环氧树脂复合材料。为了提高粒子在环氧树脂中的分散性,减少固化后的气泡数,对填料进行干燥处理:将B4C、Al2O3粉末放入干燥箱中在100℃下干燥,加入KH-550、无水乙醇,超声分散,磁力搅拌,然后于80℃的烘箱中烘干。环氧树脂复合材料的制备:向双酚A型环氧树脂E-51中加入干燥处理后的微粒,放入80℃烘箱中,加入胺类固化剂,搅拌,加入消泡剂真空脱泡,然后放入模具于80℃的干燥箱中固化。但是存在导热性能不足。
本发明制备的环氧树脂复合材料用于大功率LED中的某一粘接层。以B4C粉末、Al2O3为填料,以正硅酸乙酯为硫化剂,以二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,制备了KH550表面处理的导热硅橡胶,提高了硅橡胶的导热性能;用乙二胺对氧化石墨烯进行氨基改性,成功接入氨基,能够显著提高环氧树脂的热学和力学性能;用聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷(PTS)通过化学改性的方法,制备了有机硅改性环氧树脂,PTS的水解物主要是与环氧树脂中的羟基发生反应,将有机硅成功引入环氧树脂;以甲基六氢苯酐为固化剂,以乳化硅油为消泡剂,通过超声分散制备了碳纳米管增强环氧树脂基复合材料,力学性能优异。得到一种LED粘接层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED粘接层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料及其制备工艺,依照该工艺制作的复合材料导热系数高,能更好的改善LED的散热。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
双酚A型环氧树脂E-51 20-35,B4C粉末5-12,Al2O34-10,107胶3-5,二
月桂酸二丁基锡2-4,正硅酸乙酯2-5,氧化石墨烯4-8,乙二胺2-3,PTS3-6,多壁碳纳米管6-10,甲基六氢苯酐5-10,乳化硅油2-3,KH550、乙醇、蒸馏水、DMF适量。
一种LED粘接层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
a. 将Al2O3、B4C粉末放入干燥箱中在90-110℃下干燥2-3h,降至室温,加入KH550、乙醇,超声分散1-2h,过滤,70-90℃真空干燥,研磨、过100-200目筛,将所得粉料与107胶、1-2份二月桂酸二丁基锡、正硅酸乙酯混合,搅拌1-2h;
b. 向氧化石墨烯中1:2-4加入DMF,再与乙二胺混合,超声处理1-2h,在110-130℃反应4-8h,过滤、醇洗水洗3-5次,70-90℃烘干,加入双酚A型环氧树脂E-51搅拌均匀,于140-160℃真空箱中加热2-3h,冷却、密封保存;
c. 将b中所得物料与PTS混合,升温至75-95℃搅拌均匀,1:2-5滴加剩余份二月桂酸二丁基锡和蒸馏水,恒温反应3-5h,加入多壁碳纳米管,超声振荡搅拌1-2h;
d. 将a、c所得物料混合,加入甲基六氢苯酐,超声分散处理1-2h,加入乳化硅油于60-80℃真空脱泡1-2h,浇注到模具中,于80-150℃的干燥箱中固化2-5h,自然冷却,得到一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料。
本发明的反应机理如下:
(1)以Al2O3、B4C为填料,以正硅酸乙酯为硫化剂,以二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,制备了KH550表面处理的导热硅橡胶,提高了硅橡胶的导热性能。
(2)氧化石墨烯具有高的径厚比,热还原后形成导热母粒在复合材料中形成导热通路,用乙二胺对氧化石墨烯进行氨基改性,成功接入氨基,能够显著提高环氧树脂的热学和力学性能。
(3)用聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷(PTS)通过化学改性的方法,制备了有机硅改性环氧树脂,PTS的水解物主要是与环氧树脂中的羟基发生反应,将有机硅成功引入环氧树脂,化学改性环氧树脂产物具有优良的拉伸强度及断裂伸长率、热稳定性。
(4)以甲基六氢苯酐为固化剂,以乳化硅油为消泡剂,通过超声分散制备了碳纳米管增强环氧树脂基复合材料,力学性能、导热性能优异。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例
一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料,由下述重量份(g)的原料制得:
双酚A型环氧树脂E-51 35,B4C粉末12,Al2O310,107胶5,二月桂酸二
丁基锡4,正硅酸乙酯5,氧化石墨烯8,乙二胺3,PTS6,多壁碳纳米管10,甲基六氢苯酐5,乳化硅油2,KH550、乙醇、蒸馏水、DMF适量。
一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
a. 将Al2O3、B4C粉末放入干燥箱中在100-110℃下干燥2h,降至室温,加入KH550、乙醇,超声分散1h,过滤,80-90℃真空干燥,研磨、过200目筛,将所得粉料与107胶、2份二月桂酸二丁基锡、正硅酸乙酯混合,搅拌2h;
b. 向氧化石墨烯中1:4加入DMF,再与乙二胺混合,超声处理1h,在120-130℃反应8h,过滤、醇洗水洗3次,70-80℃烘干,加入双酚A型环氧树脂E-51搅拌均匀,于150-160℃真空箱中加热2h,冷却、密封保存;
c. 将b中所得物料与PTS混合,升温至85-95℃搅拌均匀,1:2滴加剩余份二月桂酸二丁基锡和蒸馏水,恒温反应3h,加入多壁碳纳米管,超声振荡搅拌1h;
d. 将a、c所得物料混合,加入甲基六氢苯酐,超声分散处理1h,加入乳化硅油于70-80℃真空脱泡2h,浇注到模具中,于110-130℃的干燥箱中固化4h,自然冷却,得到一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料。
上述实施例制备的一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料的性能检测结果如下所示:
热导率≥5.4 W/m·K,拉伸强度≥75.9MPa,弯曲强度≥139.8MPa,弯曲模量≥4.5GPa,断裂伸长率≥21.9%。

Claims (2)

1.一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制得:
双酚A型环氧树脂E-51 20-35,B4C粉末5-12,Al2O34-10,107胶3-5,二
月桂酸二丁基锡2-4,正硅酸乙酯2-5,氧化石墨烯4-8,乙二胺2-3,PTS3-6,多壁碳纳米管6-10,甲基六氢苯酐5-10,乳化硅油2-3,KH550、乙醇、蒸馏水、DMF适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
a. 将Al2O3、B4C粉末放入干燥箱中在90-110℃下干燥2-3h,降至室温,加入KH550、乙醇,超声分散1-2h,过滤,70-90℃真空干燥,研磨、过100-200目筛,将所得粉料与107胶、1-2份二月桂酸二丁基锡、正硅酸乙酯混合,搅拌1-2h;
b. 向氧化石墨烯中1:2-4加入DMF,再与乙二胺混合,超声处理1-2h,在110-130℃反应4-8h,过滤、醇洗水洗3-5次,70-90℃烘干,加入双酚A型环氧树脂E-51搅拌均匀,于140-160℃真空箱中加热2-3h,冷却、密封保存;
c. 将b中所得物料与PTS混合,升温至75-95℃搅拌均匀,1:2-5滴加剩余份二月桂酸二丁基锡和蒸馏水,恒温反应3-5h,加入多壁碳纳米管,超声振荡搅拌1-2h;
d. 将a、c所得物料混合,加入甲基六氢苯酐,超声分散处理1-2h,加入乳化硅油于60-80℃真空脱泡1-2h,浇注到模具中,于80-150℃的干燥箱中固化2-5h,自然冷却,得到一种LED粘结层用多壁碳纳米管增强的高导热型环氧树脂复合材料。
