Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于矿山机械的防锈打底涂料,由以下重量份数的组份组成:铁红7‑10份、沉淀硫酸钡4‑5份、铁钛4‑5份、云母粉2‑3份、磷酸锌4‑5份、乳液30‑40份、AMP‑95助剂0.1‑0.2份、乙二醇丁醚1‑1.2份、醇酯十二1.6‑1.7份、流平剂0.5‑0.7份、N‑氨基甲酰马来酰亚胺0.2‑0.3份、分散剂0.4‑0.5份。上述水性配方的防腐防锈涂料,可以达到很好的耐水和耐盐水性能,对矿山机械机体的金属底材具有很好的附着力,干膜厚度为40μm,具有优异的耐水性、耐盐水性,并且成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及矿山机械防锈处理技术领域,特别地,涉及一种用于矿山机械的防锈打底涂料。
背景技术
矿山机械使用环境复杂,工作强度大,需要定期的维修保养,以减少设备的磨损。对于矿山设备的防锈处理,目前市场具有防锈漆、防锈油等类型的防锈产品,防锈漆与防锈油在金属机体上上形成的防锈保护层较薄,很容易脱落流失,防锈效果较差,需要频繁的进行防锈处理,导致维护成本较高。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种用于矿山机械的防锈打底涂料,以解决现有技术中,防锈漆与防锈油防锈效果差,维护成本高的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于矿山机械的防锈打底涂料,由以下重量份数的组份组成:铁红7-10份、沉淀硫酸钡4-5份、铁钛4-5份、云母粉2-3份、磷酸锌4-5份、乳液30-40份、AMP-95助剂0.1-0.2份、乙二醇丁醚1-1.2份、醇酯十二1.6-1.7份、流平剂0.5-0.7份、N-氨基甲酰马来酰亚胺0.2-0.3份、分散剂0.4-0.5份。
进一步地,由以下重量份数的组份组成:所述铁红8份、所述沉淀硫酸钡4.3份、所述铁钛4.6份、所述云母粉2.2份、所述磷酸锌4.6份、所述乳液38份、所述AMP-95助剂0.15份、所述乙二醇丁醚1.1份、所述醇酯十二1.68份、所述流平剂0.56份、所述N-氨基甲酰马来酰亚胺0.23份、所述分散剂0.47份。
进一步地,所述铁红、所述铁钛、所述云母粉与所述磷酸锌的细度不大于30μm;所述沉淀硫酸钡的细度不大于20μm。

上述水性配方的防腐防锈涂料,可以达到很好的耐水和耐盐水性能,对矿山机械机体的金属底材具有很好的附着力,干膜厚度为40μm,具有优异的耐水性、耐盐水性,并且成本低廉。

本发明的优选实施例提供了一种用于矿山机械的防锈打底涂料,由以下重量份数的组份组成:铁红7-10份、沉淀硫酸钡4-5份、铁钛4-5份、云母粉2-3份、磷酸锌4-5份、乳液30-40份、AMP-95助剂0.1-0.2份、乙二醇丁醚1-1.2份、醇酯十二1.6-1.7份、流平剂0.5-0.7份、N-氨基甲酰马来酰亚胺0.2-0.3份、分散剂0.4-0.5份。
上述水性配方的防腐防锈涂料,可以达到很好的耐水和耐盐水性能,对矿山机械机体的金属底材具有很好的附着力,干膜厚度为40μm,具有优异的耐水性、耐盐水性,并且成本低廉。
