本发明涉及建筑材料,尤其是建筑装饰材料表面涂层,由以下原料按照重量份数制得,八甲基环四硅氧烷45~60份、乙基氯硅烷10~15份、甲基乙基酮1~5份、甲基乙基酮5~8份、钛白粉0.5~0.8份、催化剂0.5~1份、二甲基丙烷5~15份。本发明的建筑装饰材料表面涂层能在室温下固化,固化时间短,具备良好的粘结力,能粘结多种材料,耐有机溶剂性强,密封性好。

本发明涉及建筑材料,尤其是建筑装饰材料表面涂层。
背景技术
由于建筑装饰材料表面涂层独特的结构,兼备了无机材料与有机材料的性能,具有优良的耐高低温性能、耐水、耐腐蚀、耐大气老化等特性,主要应用于密封、粘合、涂层、防水、防潮、惰性表面处理等。但是现有的建筑装饰材料表面涂层固化时间长,粘结力低、耐有机溶剂性差。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种固化时间短、粘结力强的建筑装饰材料表面涂层,具体的技术方案为:
建筑装饰材料表面涂层,由以下原料按照重量份数制得,八甲基环四硅氧烷45~60份、乙基氯硅烷10~15份、甲基乙基酮1~5份、甲基乙基酮5~8份、钛白粉0.5~0.8份、催化剂0.5~1份、二甲基丙烷5~15份。
上述技术方案优选的方案为:由以下原料按照重量份数制得,八甲基环四硅氧烷55份、乙基氯硅烷13份、甲基乙基酮3份、甲基乙基酮7份、钛白粉0.6份、催化剂0.8份、二甲基丙烷11份。
本发明的建筑装饰材料表面涂层能在室温下固化,固化时间短,具备良好的粘结力,能粘结多种材料,耐有机溶剂性强,密封性好。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1
建筑装饰材料表面涂层,由以下原料按照重量份数经反应后制得:
八甲基环四硅氧烷45份、乙基氯硅烷10份、甲基乙基酮1份、甲基乙基酮5份、钛白粉0.5份、催化剂0.5份、二甲基丙烷5份。
实施例2
建筑装饰材料表面涂层,由以下原料按照重量份数经反应后制得:
八甲基环四硅氧烷60份、乙基氯硅烷15份、甲基乙基酮5份、甲基乙基酮8份、钛白粉0.8份、催化剂1份、二甲基丙烷15份。
实施例3
建筑装饰材料表面涂层,由以下原料按照重量份数经反应后制得:
八甲基环四硅氧烷55份、乙基氯硅烷13份、甲基乙基酮3份、甲基乙基酮7份、钛白粉0.6份、催化剂0.8份、二甲基丙烷11份。
以上各实施例的制备方法:
(1)将八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙基氯硅烷、甲基乙基酮、按照顺序添加到捏合机中,搅拌均匀;
(2)继续添加二甲基丙烷,升温抽真空搅拌,得到基料;
(3)将制好的基料用研磨机研磨成粉状基料;
(4)将粉状基料加到搅拌釜中,再添加甲基乙基酮、催化剂、钛白粉,真空搅拌均匀后制得有机硅胶。

1.建筑装饰材料表面涂层,其特征在于:由以下原料按照重量份数制得,
八甲基环四硅氧烷45~60份、乙基氯硅烷10~15份、甲基乙基酮1~5份、甲基乙基酮5~8份、钛白粉0.5~0.8份、催化剂0.5~1份、二甲基丙烷5~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑装饰材料表面涂层,其特征在于:由以下原料按照重量份数制得,八甲基环四硅氧烷55份、乙基氯硅烷13份、甲基乙基酮3份、甲基乙基酮7份、钛白粉0.6份、催化剂0.8份、二甲基丙烷11份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑装饰材料表面涂层,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙基氯硅烷、甲基乙基酮、按照顺序添加到捏合机中,搅拌均匀;
(2)继续添加二甲基丙烷,升温抽真空搅拌,得到基料;
(3)将制好的基料用研磨机研磨成粉状基料;
(4)将粉状基料加到搅拌釜中,再添加甲基乙基酮、催化剂、钛白粉,真空搅拌均匀后制得有机硅胶。
