本发明涉及金属用涂料,具体为铝合金表面亲水涂料,由以下原料按照质量份数配制:聚丙烯酰胺0.1~0.3,高分子树脂乳液0.5~4.0,润湿剂0.1~0.5,消泡剂0.05~0.1,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.1~0.3,硅酸乙酯15~40,去离子水55~94;本发明提供的铝合金表面亲水涂料,适用于制备铝合金表面亲水涂层,该亲水涂层具有亲水性、耐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属用涂料,具体为铝合金表面亲水涂料。
背景技术
随着世界能源的日趋紧张,以节约能源和金属材料为主要目的,采用新工艺、新技术开发高效换热器已成为传热界一个重要的研究方向,换热器作为热电厂、制冷空调等领域不可缺少的设备,在企业的投资、金属耗量和能源消耗中占据了较大比例。影响放热或冷却效果的主要因素是放热部及冷却部的表面积,而且现今换热导管主要是以焊接结合,腐蚀问题也就成了换热器致命的损伤。
如何提高铝合金的换热速度、增强其耐腐蚀性,为企业节约成本及能源,对推动经济发展及提升企业竞争力具有重大而深远意义。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种适用于铝合金表面耐腐蚀的亲水涂料。具体技术方案为:
铝合金表面亲水涂料,由以下原料按照质量份数配制:
聚丙烯酰胺0.1~0.3,高分子树脂乳液0.5~4.0,润湿剂0.1~0.5,消泡剂0.05~0.1,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.1~0.3,硅酸乙酯15~40,去离子水54~94;
制备方法为:在反应釜中先加入去离子水,边搅拌边加入高分子树脂乳液,再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌10min;再加入润湿剂,搅拌10min;加入消泡剂,搅拌5min,加入硅酸乙酯,搅拌10~15min;加入聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌60min,得到铝合金表面亲水涂料。
高分子树脂乳液为水性甲基丙烯酸乳液,使得膜层与基体结合牢固,提高了涂膜的附着力、抗腐蚀性及耐水性。
润湿剂是含聚氧醚表面活性剂。
本发明提供的铝合金表面亲水涂料,采用浸泡方式将其涂料敷于铝合金表面,自然晾干。
本发明提供的铝合金表面亲水涂料,适用于制备铝合金表面亲水涂层,该亲水涂层具有亲水性、耐蚀性。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
铝合金表面亲水涂料,由以下原料按照质量份数配制:
聚丙烯酰胺0.1,高分子树脂乳液0.5,润湿剂0.1,消泡剂0.08,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.2,硅酸乙酯40,去离子水54;
制备方法为:在反应釜中先加入去离子水,边搅拌边加入高分子树脂乳液,再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌10min;再加入润湿剂,搅拌10min;加入消泡剂,搅拌5min,加入硅酸乙酯,搅拌10~15min;加入聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌60min,得到铝合金表面亲水涂料。
高分子树脂乳液为水性甲基丙烯酸乳液,使得膜层与基体结合牢固,提高了涂膜的附着力、抗腐蚀性及耐水性。
润湿剂是含聚氧醚表面活性剂。
实施例2
铝合金表面亲水涂料,由以下原料按照质量份数配制:

制备方法为:在反应釜中先加入去离子水,边搅拌边加入高分子树脂乳液,再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌10min;再加入润湿剂,搅拌10min;加入消泡剂,搅拌5min,加入硅酸乙酯,搅拌10~15min;加入聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌60min,得到铝合金表面亲水涂料。

制备方法为:在反应釜中先加入去离子水,边搅拌边加入高分子树脂乳液,再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌10min;再加入润湿剂,搅拌10min;加入消泡剂,搅拌5min,加入硅酸乙酯,搅拌10~15min;加入聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌60min,得到铝合金表面亲水涂料。
高分子树脂乳液为水性甲基丙烯酸乳液,使得膜层与基体结合牢固,提高了涂膜的附着力、抗腐蚀性及耐水性。
润湿剂是含聚氧醚表面活性剂。

1.铝合金表面亲水涂料,其特征在于:由以下原料按照质量份数配制:
聚丙烯酰胺0.1~0.3,高分子树脂乳液0.5~4.0,润湿剂0.1~0.5,消泡剂0.05~0.1,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.1~0.3,硅酸乙酯15~40,去离子水55~94;
制备方法为:在反应釜中先加入去离子水,边搅拌边加入高分子树脂乳液,再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌10min;再加入润湿剂,搅拌10min;加入消泡剂,搅拌5min,加入硅酸乙酯,搅拌10~15min;加入聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌60min,得到铝合金表面亲水涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金表面亲水涂料,其特征在于:高分子树脂乳液为水性甲基丙烯酸乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金表面亲水涂料,其特征在于:润湿剂是含聚氧醚表面活性剂。
