本发明公开了一种水性真空电镀UV涂料,是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液20~40%、UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液10~20%、UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液20~30%、光引发剂4~6%、成膜助剂0~5%、润湿剂0.5~1%、消泡剂0.5~1%、去离子水10~15%、增稠剂1~3%和氨水0.1~0.3%。本发明结合了水性涂料与UV涂料的优点,既解决了UV涂料使用时污染环境并影响人体健康的缺点,还解决了水性涂料使用性能差的缺点。

水性真空电镀UV涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别是涉及一种水性真空电镀UV涂料。
背景技术
目前市场上电镀涂料(底漆)主要是两种,一种是热固化溶剂型,其中含有大量溶剂,同时该种涂料固化时间久,产率不高且污染严重;另一种是uv固化型,其固化速度快,产率高 ,但需要大量单体来稀释,在使用过程中会挥发出多种有机污染物,对人体和周围的环境危害较大。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种水性真空电镀涂料,结合了水性涂料与UV涂料的优点,既解决了UV涂料使用时污染环境并影响人体健康的缺点,还解决了水性涂料使用性能差的缺点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种水性真空电镀涂料,是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液20~40%、UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液10~20%、UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液20~30%、光引发剂4~6%、成膜助剂0~5%、润湿剂0.5~1%、消泡剂0.5~1%、去离子水10~15%、增稠剂1~3%和氨水0.1~0.3%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液为二官能度脂肪族聚氨酯乳液。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液为两个官能度度的环氧聚氨酯树脂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液为具有四个官能度团的聚氨酯乳液。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯甲酮。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇单异丁酸脂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述润湿剂为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷聚醚共聚物乳液。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述增稠剂为疏水改性非离子聚醚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,水性真空电镀涂料,是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液36%、UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液17%、UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液25%、光引发剂5%、成膜助剂2.5%、润湿剂0.5%、消泡剂1%、去离子水10%、增稠剂2.8%和氨水0.2%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明水性真空电镀涂料,可以完全替换市场上传统的溶剂型和UV型真空电镀涂料,为无污染、零VOC涂料。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:水性真空电镀涂料,是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液36%、UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液17%、UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液25%、光引发剂5%、成膜助剂2.5%、润湿剂0.5%、消泡剂1%、去离子水10%、增稠剂2.8%和氨水0.2%。
实施例2:水性真空电镀涂料,是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液27%、UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液20%、UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液25%、光引发剂6%、成膜助剂3%、润湿剂0.8%、消泡剂0.5%、去离子水15%、增稠剂2.5%和氨水0.2%。
实施例3:水性真空电镀涂料,是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液32%、UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液12%、UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液28%、光引发剂6%、成膜助剂5%、润湿剂1%、消泡剂0.9%、去离子水12%、增稠剂3%和氨水0.1%。
上述任一实施例中,UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液为二官能度脂肪族聚氨酯乳液,其具有一定拉伸强度(200%),粘度为2000-4000CPS,给整个体系提供了可上镀性和抗油性;UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液为两个官能度度的环氧聚氨酯树脂,能够强化整个漆膜的干燥速度和交联密度,提高了漆膜的耐水性,防止漆膜产生发彩发雾现象;UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液为具有四个官能度团的聚氨酯乳液,进一步强化了漆膜的抗油性、干燥性和上镀性;光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯甲酮,强化了漆膜的干燥性;成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇单异丁酸脂,强化了漆膜的附着力及干燥性;润湿剂为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,消泡剂为聚硅氧烷聚醚共聚物乳液,这两种成分共同完善了漆膜的外观;增稠剂为疏水改性非离子聚醚,强化了涂料的施工性能,氨水强化了涂料的存储稳定性。
上述任一实施例种的水性真空电镀涂料,是由下述制备步骤制备而成的:
(1)称量,按照配方称量相应质量的物料;
(2)分散,按配方重量分别投入UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液、UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液和UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液,在300-500r/min的转速下低速分散15~20min,再投入光引发剂、成膜助剂、润湿剂和消泡剂,继续在同样的转速下低速分散20~30min,后投入去离子水和增稠剂,继续分散20~30min;
(3)调节pH值,添加氨水到微碱性后分散均匀后过滤包装。

1.一种水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液20~40%、UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液10~20%、UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液20~30%、光引发剂4~6%、成膜助剂0~5%、润湿剂0.5~1%、消泡剂0.5~1%、去离子水10~15%、增稠剂1~3%和氨水0.1~0.3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,所述UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液为二官能度脂肪族聚氨酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,所述UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液为两个官能度度的环氧聚氨酯树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,所述UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液为具有四个官能度团的聚氨酯乳液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,所述光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯甲酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇单异丁酸脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷聚醚共聚物乳液。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为疏水改性非离子聚醚。
10.根据权利要求1~9之一所述的水性真空电镀UV涂料,其特征在于,是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:UV丙烯聚氨酯酸乳液36%、UV环氧聚氨酯酸乳液17%、UV聚酯聚氨酯乳液25%、光引发剂5%、成膜助剂2.5%、润湿剂0.5%、消泡剂1%、去离子水10%、增稠剂2.8%和氨水0.2%。
