本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀耐高温人防门涂料,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:环氧树脂30‑35份、有机膨润土12‑14份、粘土2‑8份、硼砂25‑50份、二氧化硅空心微球5‑15份、硅烷偶联剂5‑15份、防闪锈剂5‑15份、防沉剂5‑15份、固化剂纤维1‑3份、乳浊剂5‑15份、密着剂4‑10份。本发明人防门涂层耐潮能力强,既耐磨,又不怕水浸泡,适合在高温潮湿的地下室使用;同时本发明的涂覆方法操作简单,涂覆后的涂层坚固耐用,美观大方,而且不易剥落。

技术领域
本发明涉及人防门技术领域,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀耐高温人防门涂料及其涂覆方法。
背景技术
人防门包括防护门、密闭门、地铁区间隔断门、防爆波胶管活门、悬板活门、防护密闭屏蔽门、密闭屏蔽门、密闭(屏蔽)观察窗、防护防火密闭门、防火密闭门、电控防护密闭门和电控密闭门等。现在的钢筋混凝土的人防门均用传统工艺刮塑材料进行装饰。由于南方的气候比较潮湿,而且地下室的高温潮湿并不通风,传统工艺刮塑材料进行装饰的人防门没有防水防潮的功能,不到半年钢筋混凝土制成的人防门的表面装饰就会出现发黄、生锈等现象,影响了人防门外观质量。同时现有的人防门由于用途,有时需要置于耐高温的环境中。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀耐高温人防门涂料及其涂覆方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐腐蚀耐高温人防门涂料,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:环氧树脂30-35份、有机膨润土12-14份、粘土2-8份、硼砂25-50份、二氧化硅空心微球5-15份、硅烷偶联剂5-15份、防闪锈剂5-15份、防沉剂5-15份、固化剂纤维1-3份、乳浊剂5-15份、密着剂4-10份。
一种耐腐蚀耐高温人防门涂料的涂覆方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将按组分比例称量的环氧树脂、有机膨润土、粘土、硼砂、二氧化硅空心微球、硅烷偶联剂、防闪锈剂、防沉剂、固化剂纤维、乳浊剂、密着剂置于混料机中充分混合得到浆状涂料,备用;
(2)将人防门的表面用纱布打磨干净,去除铁锈和氧化皮,清洗干净后烘干;
(3)用弹性刮板将步骤(1)中涂料刮涂到经步骤(2)处理后的人防门表面,待涂料彻底干燥后,再把涂料第二遍刮涂到人防门的表面;
(4)在上述第二遍刮涂未完全干燥时,对涂覆的涂料面进行至少一次压光,用湿度计对人防门的表面进行湿度测量确保其含水量≤8%,当含水率>8%时,需对所述人防门进行除湿;
(5)将上述步骤中被均匀涂覆的人防门置于90-130℃下烘干2-3h,再在常温下冷却即得。
所述乳浊剂为氟石、二氧化锆、氧化钛、氧化锡中的一种或几种。
所述二氧化硅空心微球的直径为200n-400nm。
所述步骤(2)中采用电动钢丝刷对所述人防门的表面进行打磨。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本发明人防门涂层耐潮能力强,既耐磨,又不怕水浸泡,适合在高温潮湿的地下室使用;同时本发明的涂覆方法操作简单,涂覆后的涂层坚固耐用,美观大方,而且不易剥落。
