本发明公开一种抗菌涂料,属于涂料技术领域,纳米银抗菌剂5份~8份,2‑(4‑噻唑)苯并咪唑1~1.2份,分子量为200~250的环氧树脂15份~35份,分子量为450~500的环氧树脂28份~45份,滑石粉15份~20份,纤维素醚8份~12份,重质碳酸钙5份~8份,竹炭纤维8份~15份,硅油1份~5份,去离子水50份~60份,与现有技术相比,本发明的抗菌持久性好,抗菌性能稳定,抗菌率达到99%以上,抗细菌耐久性能≥99。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌涂料。
背景技术
近些年,人们的环保意识和对健康的追求明显增强,对居住环境的安全环保性的要求也越来越高。建筑内墙面在温度为23℃~38℃、相对湿度为85%~100%的条件下,容易滋生和繁衍霉菌,受霉菌腐蚀以后的涂层会褪色、沾污、以致脱落。在南方地区和潮湿地方,建筑内墙一般都会采用抗菌涂料涂刷墙壁,来实现杀菌和抑菌。现有的抗菌涂料主要是添加了无机抗菌剂的涂料,排出含汞、铅等毒性强的无菌抗菌剂外,比较常用的是含铜元素或者阴离子的无机抗菌剂,含铜元素的抗菌剂颜色较深,颜色较难调配,而阴离子无机抗菌剂因其无毒、无色、抑菌能力强等优点,被广泛应用于抗菌涂料中,但是这种抗菌涂料遇水时,其中的银离子容易析出,从而缩短抗菌的有效期限;另外,市场上的涂料产品也普遍存在着凝固时间较长的缺陷,因此,在应用于度差较大、天气较复杂等地区的房屋墙面进行粉刷,往往会由于涂料产品普遍存在凝固、干燥时间较长而导致涂料粉刷失败。为此,需求一种凝固、干燥时间短且防菌效果好的涂料是本领域技术人员目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种抗菌涂料,它可以解决现有涂料存在抗菌持久性差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份数的原料制成:
纳米银抗菌剂5份~8份,2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑1~1.2份,分子量为200~250的环氧树脂15份~35份,分子量为450~500的环氧树脂28份~45份,滑石粉15份~20份,纤维素醚8份~12份,重质碳酸钙5份~8份,竹炭纤维8份~15份,硅油1份~5份,去离子水50份~60份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所采用的原料的重量份为:
纳米银抗菌剂5份,2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑1.2份,分子量为200的环氧树脂35份,分子量为500的环氧树脂45份,滑石粉15份,纤维素醚8份,重质碳酸钙8份,竹炭纤维8份,硅油5份,去离子水60份。
进一步的:所采用的原料的重量份为:
纳米银抗菌剂8份,2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑1份,分子量为250的环氧树脂15份,分子量为450的环氧树脂28份,滑石粉20份,纤维素醚12份,重质碳酸钙5份,竹炭纤维15份,硅油1份,去离子水50份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用纳米银抗菌剂,纳米银抗菌剂对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,而且不会产生耐药性;2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑的抗霉菌性能很好,且安全性高、热稳定性好;其产品的抗菌持久性好,抗菌性能稳定,抗菌率达到99%以上,抗细菌耐久性能≥99%。
2、本发明通过将中低分子量大小的环氧树脂按一定比例组合,从而综合了二者与其它组分之间的相容互补性,从而加快其凝固过程,缩短其凝固干燥时间。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1 :
其原料为:纳米银抗菌剂5份,2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑1.2份,分子量为200的环氧树脂35份,分子量为500的环氧树脂45份,滑石粉15份,纤维素醚8份,重质碳酸钙8份,竹炭纤维8份,硅油5份,去离子水60份。
制备时,将分子量为200的环氧树脂、分子量为500的环氧树脂混合,加入滑石粉、重质碳酸钙,混合均匀,砂磨至一定细度,出料;加入纤维素醚、竹炭纤维、硅油,搅拌混合;向去离子水中加入纳米银抗菌剂、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑,超声波震荡2小时后,将震荡溶液加入混合料中搅拌均匀,过滤出料。
本实施例所得涂料在墙面粉刷涂抹后,5小时即完全凝固干燥。
实施例2:
其原料为:纳米银抗菌剂8份,2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑1份,分子量为250的环氧树脂15份,分子量为450的环氧树脂28份,滑石粉20份,纤维素醚12份,重质碳酸钙5份,竹炭纤维15份,硅油1份,去离子水50份。
其制备方法与实施例1相同。
本实施例所得涂料在墙面粉刷涂抹后,5.2小时即完全凝固干燥。

1.一种抗菌涂料,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:
纳米银抗菌剂5份~8份,2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑1~1.2份,分子量为200~250的环氧树脂15份~35份,分子量为450~500的环氧树脂28份~45份,滑石粉15份~20份,纤维素醚8份~12份,重质碳酸钙5份~8份,竹炭纤维8份~15份,硅油1份~5份,去离子水50份~60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌涂料,其特征在于:所采用的原料的重量份为:
纳米银抗菌剂5份,2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑1.2份,分子量为200的环氧树脂35份,分子量为500的环氧树脂45份,滑石粉15份,纤维素醚8份,重质碳酸钙8份,竹炭纤维8份,硅油5份,去离子水60份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌涂料,其特征在于:所采用的原料的重量份为:
