本发明涉及一种建筑防水涂料。
背景技术
建筑物的防水问题不仅关系到人们的工作、生活环境,而且也影响到建筑物的使用寿命。随着国家经济的高速发展,我国的工程建设也在蓬勃发展,尤其是住房、体育设施、道路交通等各项工程的建设,为改善人民生活水平提供了物质条件,如何做好各项工程建设的防水和耐腐蚀问题,是工程建设方最为关心的问题。
早期人们用油毛毡、沥青作防水材料,使用这种材料不仅施工时能耗高,环境污染严重,附着力差,而且其耐候性差,冬天容易发硬和发脆,夏天容易发粘熔化;该防水材料存在施工困难、使用寿命短和防水性能差的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种建筑防水涂料。
本发明提供一种建筑防水涂料,所述建筑防水涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯40-45份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯20-30份、水性聚氨酯15-20份、二甲苯3-5份、环氧树脂18-22份、醋酸乙烯树脂5-10份、丙烯酸5-8份、异丙醇铝0.2-0.4份、引发剂0.2-0.4份。
作为优选,所述建筑防水涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯42份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯25份、水性聚氨酯18份、二甲苯4份、环氧树脂20份、醋酸乙烯树脂8份、丙烯酸6份、异丙醇铝0.3份、引发剂0.3份。
作为优选,所述引发剂为过氧化二叔丁基。
本发明还提供上述建筑防水涂料的制备方法,将配方量的各组分混合,以1℃/分钟的速率升温至58-62℃,在搅拌状态下保温5-6小时,搅拌速度为360-450转/分钟,降温至室温,即得。
本申请所选用的原料在上述方法下,获得的产品的防水性好。
本发明的防水涂料不容易开裂或剥落,适于室外墙体使用。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的试验涂料,如无特殊说明,均为市售。
实施例1
本发明的建筑防水涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:
甲基丙烯酸甲酯42份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯25份、水性聚氨酯18份、二甲苯4份、环氧树脂20份、醋酸乙烯树脂8份、丙烯酸6份、异丙醇铝0.3份、引发剂0.3份。
本发明的建筑防水涂料的制备方法为:
将配方量的各组分混合,以1℃/分钟的速率升温至60℃,在搅拌状态下保温5.5小时,搅拌速度为400转/分钟,降温至室温,即得。
实施例2
本发明的建筑防水涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:
甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯30份、水性聚氨酯15份、二甲苯5份、环氧树脂22份、醋酸乙烯树脂5份、丙烯酸5份、异丙醇铝0.4份、引发剂0.4份。
本发明的建筑防水涂料的制备方法为:
将配方量的各组分混合,以1℃/分钟的速率升温至62℃,在搅拌状态下保温5小时,搅拌速度为450转/分钟,降温至室温,即得。
实施例3
本发明的建筑防水涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:
甲基丙烯酸甲酯45份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯20份、水性聚氨酯20份、二甲苯3份、环氧树脂18份、醋酸乙烯树脂10份、丙烯酸8份、异丙醇铝0.2份、引发剂0.2份。
本发明的建筑防水涂料的制备方法为:
将配方量的各组分混合,以1℃/分钟的速率升温至58℃,在搅拌状态下保温6小时,搅拌速度为360转/分钟,降温至室温,即得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑防水涂料,其特征在于:所述建筑防水涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯42份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯25份、水性聚氨酯18份、二甲苯4份、环氧树脂20份、醋酸乙烯树脂8份、丙烯酸6份、异丙醇铝0.3份、引发剂0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑防水涂料,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过氧化二叔丁基。
4.权利要求1-3任一所述的建筑防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:将配方量的各组分混合,以1℃/分的速率升温至58-62℃,在搅拌状态下保温5-6小时,搅拌速度为360-450转/分钟,降温至室温,即得。
