本发明公开了一种防腐蚀阻根防水涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂34-40、聚氯乙烯塑溶胶18-24、甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂5-7、环氧大豆油2-3、对甲苯磺酸0.2-0.3、分散剂EFKA50650.2-0.4、消泡剂BYK-0520.2-0.3、微粉蜡1-2、RC-高效抗腐蚀剂3-4、锶珞璜2-3、邻二苯甲酸二丁酯3-4、滑石粉2-3、硫酸铜1-2、碳酸钙5-7、阻根助剂5-7、醋酸丁酯8-12、乙二醇丁醚5-7、s-1006-8;本发明的卷材面漆附着力好,实用性强,耐候性和防锈能力突出,添加的RC-高效抗腐蚀剂具有优良的抗腐蚀能力,能够延长漆膜的使用寿命,添加的阻根助剂具有阻根效果好,不伤植物根系,本发明所采用的原料合理,制备工序简单,成本低,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料及其制备方法,特别是一种防腐蚀阻根防水涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。防水材料主要包括防水涂层和防水卷材。其中,防水卷材主要有沥青防水卷材、改性沥青防水卷材、高分子聚合物防水卷材等,防水卷材施工工艺复杂,且对施工人员要求较高,故应用范围较窄,现采用的防水材料多为防水涂层。防水涂层是由防水涂料进行涂装制成的。使用防水涂料进行涂装的施工工艺较为简单,只需将防水涂料涂覆于基材表面,防水涂料被涂覆在基材表面后固化形成防水层,进而使被涂覆对象与水环境相隔离,起到防护作用。
随着经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的逐渐提高,能源危机和环境危机越来越严峻,对环境影响十分严重。随着人们环保意识的逐渐提高,绿化种植工程逐渐成为城市建设的主要内容,而建筑物是社会最大的自然资源消耗者,所以人们通常会在建筑的屋顶或地下室顶板等部位覆盖绿色植被、假山、水池等景观,营造出令人赏心悦目、美化环境的生态体系。而建筑绿化一般由所种的植物、防水阻根层、排蓄水装置、保温隔热层等组成,其中防水阻根层尤为重要。任何绿化种植工程都会面临防水渗漏的问题,因为种植的植物拥有发达的根系,它们能够穿透屋面结构层而造成严重的渗漏水现象。本发明针对这一情况制备的阻根助剂,作为助剂添加到涂料中,具有生产成本低,对植物根系几乎没有影响,起到很好的防植物根系穿刺的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防腐蚀阻根防水涂料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种防腐蚀阻根防水涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂34-40、聚氯乙烯塑溶胶18-24、甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂5-7、环氧大豆油2-3、对甲苯磺酸0.2-0.3、分散剂EFKA50650.2-0.4、消泡剂BYK-0520.2-0.3、微粉蜡1-2、RC-高效抗腐蚀剂3-4、锶珞璜2-3、邻二苯甲酸二丁酯3-4、滑石粉2-3、硫酸铜1-2、碳酸钙5-7、阻根助剂5-7、醋酸丁酯8-12、乙二醇丁醚5-7、s-1006-8;
所述纳米阻根助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:阻根剂B23-5、石油沥青AH-8030-34、石油树脂13-16、脂松香4-6、纳米二氧化钛2-3、松节油12-14、乙酸乙酯6-8、环氧大豆油2-3、纳米铜粉5-8、煅烧高岭土粉15-17、煅烧方解石粉14-16、碳化硅晶须粉末6-8、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.5-1.0、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯1-2、二月桂酸酯二丁基锡0.4-0.8;制备方法是将硅烷偶联剂KH560、煅烧高岭土粉、煅烧方解石粉、纳米铜粉和碳化硅晶须粉末混合研磨分散均匀形成混合粉体备用,再将石油沥青AH-80加热至120-130°C,将十二烷基硫酸钠加水溶解制成0.5-1.5%的溶液加热至60-80°C形成乳化液,将乳化液加到石油沥青AH-80中进行高速剪切搅拌30-45分钟,将温度控制在70-90°C后加入石油树脂、脂松香、松节油、乙酸乙酯和环氧大豆油混合搅拌均匀,与此同时再加入阻根剂B2、混合粉体、二月桂酸酯二丁基锡和二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯搅拌均匀即可。
本发明所述一种防腐蚀阻根防水涂料,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将醋酸丁酯、乙二醇丁醚、s-100混合,加入RC-高效抗腐蚀剂、锶珞璜、滑石粉、碳酸钙超声分散10-20分钟,控制温度在20-50°C时将阻根助剂、环氧大豆油和分散剂EFKA5065加到砂磨机中研磨均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料转移到带有搅拌桨的反应釜内,在2000-4000转/分下加入消泡剂BYK-052、微粉蜡、对甲苯磺酸、醇酸树脂和聚氯乙烯塑溶胶搅拌1-2小时;
(3)将其余剩余物质混合均匀,加入步骤(2)中的物料,以1200-1500转/分下搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的卷材面漆附着力好,实用性强,耐候性和防锈能力突出,添加的RC-高效抗腐蚀剂具有优良的抗腐蚀能力,能够延长漆膜的使用寿命,添加的阻根助剂具有阻根效果好,不伤植物根系,本发明所采用的原料合理,制备工序简单,成本低,生产效率高。
具体实施方案  
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
 一种防腐蚀阻根防水涂料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:醇酸树脂38、聚氯乙烯塑溶胶21、甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂6、环氧大豆油3、对甲苯磺酸0.2、分散剂EFKA50650.4、消泡剂BYK-0520.2、微粉蜡1、RC-高效抗腐蚀剂3、锶珞璜3、邻二苯甲酸二丁酯3、滑石粉3、硫酸铜1、碳酸钙6、阻根助剂5、醋酸丁酯10、乙二醇丁醚5、s-1007;
所述纳米阻根助剂是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:阻根剂B24、石油沥青AH-8033、石油树脂14、脂松香5、纳米二氧化钛3、松节油12、乙酸乙酯7、环氧大豆油3、纳米铜粉7、煅烧高岭土粉16、煅烧方解石粉15、碳化硅晶须粉末7、十二烷基硫酸钠1、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.9、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯1、二月桂酸酯二丁基锡0.6;制备方法是将硅烷偶联剂KH560、煅烧高岭土粉、煅烧方解石粉、纳米铜粉和碳化硅晶须粉末混合研磨分散均匀形成混合粉体备用,再将石油沥青AH-80加热至120-130°C,将十二烷基硫酸钠加水溶解制成0.5-1.5%的溶液加热至60-80°C形成乳化液,将乳化液加到石油沥青AH-80中进行高速剪切搅拌30-45分钟,将温度控制在70-90°C后加入石油树脂、脂松香、松节油、乙酸乙酯和环氧大豆油混合搅拌均匀,与此同时再加入阻根剂B2、混合粉体、二月桂酸酯二丁基锡和二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯搅拌均匀即可。
本发明所述一种防腐蚀阻根防水涂料,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将醋酸丁酯、乙二醇丁醚、s-100混合,加入RC-高效抗腐蚀剂、锶珞璜、滑石粉、碳酸钙超声分散10-20分钟,控制温度在20-50°C时将阻根助剂、环氧大豆油和分散剂EFKA5065加到砂磨机中研磨均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料转移到带有搅拌桨的反应釜内,在2000-4000转/分下加入消泡剂BYK-052、微粉蜡、对甲苯磺酸、醇酸树脂和聚氯乙烯塑溶胶搅拌1-2小时;
(3)将其余剩余物质混合均匀,加入步骤(2)中的物料,以1200-1500转/分下搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的涂料附着力实验(划格法):1级,硬度实验:1H,T弯实验:2T,抗冲击强度实验:7J,耐人工老化实验(2000H):涂膜无变化,耐沸水实验(2H):无变化,抗根穿刺能力实验:无穿透现象。

1.一种防腐蚀阻根防水涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂34-40、聚氯乙烯塑溶胶18-24、甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂5-7、环氧大豆油2-3、对甲苯磺酸0.2-0.3、分散剂EFKA50650.2-0.4、消泡剂BYK-0520.2-0.3、微粉蜡1-2、RC-高效抗腐蚀剂3-4、锶珞璜2-3、邻二苯甲酸二丁酯3-4、滑石粉2-3、硫酸铜1-2、碳酸钙5-7、阻根助剂5-7、醋酸丁酯8-12、乙二醇丁醚5-7、s-1006-8;
所述纳米阻根助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:阻根剂B23-5、石油沥青AH-8030-34、石油树脂13-16、脂松香4-6、纳米二氧化钛2-3、松节油12-14、乙酸乙酯6-8、环氧大豆油2-3、纳米铜粉5-8、煅烧高岭土粉15-17、煅烧方解石粉14-16、碳化硅晶须粉末6-8、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.5-1.0、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯1-2、二月桂酸酯二丁基锡0.4-0.8;制备方法是将硅烷偶联剂KH560、煅烧高岭土粉、煅烧方解石粉、纳米铜粉和碳化硅晶须粉末混合研磨分散均匀形成混合粉体备用,再将石油沥青AH-80加热至120-130°C,将十二烷基硫酸钠加水溶解制成0.5-1.5%的溶液加热至60-80°C形成乳化液,将乳化液加到石油沥青AH-80中进行高速剪切搅拌30-45分钟,将温度控制在70-90°C后加入石油树脂、脂松香、松节油、乙酸乙酯和环氧大豆油混合搅拌均匀,与此同时再加入阻根剂B2、混合粉体、二月桂酸酯二丁基锡和二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯搅拌均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求书1所述一种防腐蚀阻根防水涂料,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将醋酸丁酯、乙二醇丁醚、s-100混合,加入RC-高效抗腐蚀剂、锶珞璜、滑石粉、碳酸钙超声分散10-20分钟,控制温度在20-50°C时将阻根助剂、环氧大豆油和分散剂EFKA5065加到砂磨机中研磨均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料转移到带有搅拌桨的反应釜内,在2000-4000转/分下加入消泡剂BYK-052、微粉蜡、对甲苯磺酸、醇酸树脂和聚氯乙烯塑溶胶搅拌1-2小时;
(3)将其余剩余物质混合均匀,加入步骤(2)中的物料,以1200-1500转/分下搅拌均匀即可。
