本发明提出的是一种负离子质感漆的制备方法。基础漆料的制备:以丙烯酸乳液为成膜物和胶结剂,在丙烯酸乳液中,加入增稠剂、流平剂、防老剂和颜料,通过搅拌分散成为基础漆料。砂质原料制备:选择天然石材,经过破碎,而后过50目筛,获得砂质原料。制漆:在100公斤基础漆料中,加入60‑80公斤砂质原料,搅拌分散,均质,成为质感漆。采用发明方法制备的质感漆具有质感效果,并且装饰性独特,应用广泛。适宜作为墙体装饰材料的制备的方法应用。

一种负离子质感漆的制备方法
技术领域
本发明提出的是涂料领域的漆,具体地说是一种负离子质感漆的制备方法。
背景技术
普通的漆没有质感效果,因此装饰性单一。
发明内容
为了使漆面具有质感效果,本发明提出了一种负离子质感漆的制备方法。该方法通过在基础漆料中加入砂质填料和电气石负离子粉,解决漆膜质感效果和释放负离子的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
基础漆料的制备:以丙烯酸乳液为成膜物和胶结剂,在丙烯酸乳液中,加入增稠剂、流平剂、防老剂和颜料,通过搅拌分散成为基础漆料。
砂质原料制备:选择天然石材,经过破碎,而后过50目筛,获得砂质原料。
制漆:在100公斤基础漆料中,加入60-80公斤砂质原料,电气石负离子粉2公斤,搅拌分散,均质,成为质感漆。
对于要求白色的质感漆,使用石英砂或白云石砂作为砂质原料。
对于要求绿色质感效果的质感漆,所使用的砂质原料采用玉石或绿色蛇纹岩以及氧化铬绿胶结颗粒。
对于要求红色质感效果的质感漆,所使用的砂质原料采用锰铁矿石粉。
对于要求黄色质感效果的质感漆,所使用的砂质原材采用氧化铁黄胶结颗粒。
对于要求蓝色质感效果的质感漆,所使用的砂质原料采用氧化铁蓝胶结颗粒。
所述胶结颗粒为用无机胶胶结的金属或非金属氧化物颜料,经过造粒、干燥,经筛分获得的颗粒体。
积极效果,采用本发明方法制备的质感漆具有质感效果,并且装饰性独特,应用广泛。适宜作为墙体装饰材料的制备方法应用。
具体实施方式

1.一种负离子质感漆的制备方法,其特征是:基础漆料的制备:以丙烯酸乳液为成膜物和胶结剂,在丙烯酸乳液中,加入增稠剂、流平剂、防老剂和颜料,通过搅拌分散成为基础漆料;
砂质原料制备:选择天然石材,经过破碎,而后过50目筛,获得砂质原料;
制漆:在100公斤基础漆料中,加入60-80公斤砂质原料,2公斤电气石负离子粉,搅拌分散,均质,成为质感漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种质感漆的制备方法,其特征是:对于要求白色的质感漆,使用石英砂作为砂质原料。
