本发明涉及一种具有阻尼作用的汽车零部件涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:水70‑80份、丁基橡胶12‑16份、丙烯酸酯16‑18份、聚硫8‑10份、丁腈6‑8份、硅橡胶20‑24份、聚氨酯20‑22份、聚氯乙烯树脂24‑30份、环氧树脂32‑36份、炭黑6‑12份、硫酸钡10‑15份和青石棉纤维24‑28份。本发明具有良好的阻尼作用,喷涂在汽车零部件或者汽车外表面,可提高密闭性、降低震动、减少噪音、提高汽车的舒适性和车身缝隙间的耐腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料,具体说是一种具有阻尼作用的汽车零部件涂料。
背景技术
汽车涂料就是指涂装在轿车、吉普车、大客车、大卡车等各种类型的汽车车身及零部件上的涂料,有时也包括一些农机产品如拖拉机、联合收割机和摩托车用涂料,一般系指制造新汽车用的涂料及辅助材料和车辆修补用涂料,汽车作为户外交通工具,有其特殊的使用条件,另外,随着近年来汽车工业的飞速发展,汽车的生产量越来越大,这就使汽车的涂装工艺完全转向高速率和现代化的流水作业;随着我国汽车、特别是旅行车及轿车向高档化发展,对保温、防震、消音涂料的性能提出了更高的要求。鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有阻尼作用的汽车零部件涂料。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种具有阻尼作用的汽车零部件涂料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有阻尼作用的汽车零部件涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:水70-80份、丁基橡胶12-16份、丙烯酸酯16-18份、聚硫8-10份、丁腈6-8份、硅橡胶20-24份、聚氨酯20-22份、聚氯乙烯树脂24-30份、环氧树脂32-36份、炭黑6-12份、硫酸钡10-15份和青石棉纤维24-28份。
作为本发明进一步优选方案,该涂料最佳重量份的组分组成为:水75份、丁基橡胶14份、丙烯酸酯17份、聚硫9份、丁腈7份、硅橡胶22份、聚氨酯201份、聚氯乙烯树脂26份、环氧树脂34份、炭黑9份、硫酸钡12.5份和青石棉纤维26份。
进一步,所述的水为去离子水。
本发明的有益效果是:相比现有技术,本发明具有良好的阻尼作用,喷涂在汽车零部件或者汽车外表面,可提高密闭性、降低震动、减少噪音、提高汽车的舒适性和车身缝隙间的耐腐蚀性。

实施例一:
一种具有阻尼作用的汽车零部件涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:水70份、丁基橡胶12份、丙烯酸酯16份、聚硫8份、丁腈6份、硅橡胶20份、聚氨酯20份、聚氯乙烯树脂24份、环氧树脂32份、炭黑6份、硫酸钡10-15份和青石棉纤维24份。
所述的水为去离子水。
实施例二:
一种具有阻尼作用的汽车零部件涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:水75份、丁基橡胶14份、丙烯酸酯17份、聚硫9份、丁腈7份、硅橡胶22份、聚氨酯201份、聚氯乙烯树脂26份、环氧树脂34份、炭黑9份、硫酸钡12.5份和青石棉纤维26份。
所述的水为去离子水。
实施例三:
一种具有阻尼作用的汽车零部件涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:水80份、丁基橡胶16份、丙烯酸酯18份、聚硫10份、丁腈8份、硅橡胶24份、聚氨酯22份、聚氯乙烯树脂30份、环氧树脂36份、炭黑12份、硫酸钡15份和青石棉纤维28份。
所述的水为去离子水。
通过实施一、实施二和实施三各成分制备得到的涂料,相比现有技术中的普通涂料,本发明具有良好的阻尼作用,喷涂在汽车零部件或者汽车外表面,可提高密闭性、降低震动、减少噪音、提高汽车的舒适性和车身缝隙间的耐腐蚀性。
