技术领域
本发明涉及的是医药生产领域,具体涉及的是一种PVC药用硬片配方。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC(Polyvinyl chloride),是氯乙烯单体(vinyl chloridemonomer, 简称VCM)在过氧化物、偶氮化合物等引发剂;或在光、热作用下按自由基聚合反应机理聚合而成的聚合物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称之为氯乙烯树脂。
PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小,相对密度1.4左右,玻璃化温度77~90℃,170℃左右开始分解[1],对光和热的稳定性差,在100℃以上或经长时间阳光曝晒,就会分解而产生氯化氢,并进一步自动催化分解,引起变色,物理机械性能也迅速下降,在实际应用中必须加入稳定剂以提高对热和光的稳定性。
工业生产的PVC分子量一般在5万~11万范围内,具有较大的多分散性,分子量随聚合温度的降低而增加;无固定熔点,80~85℃开始软化,130℃变为粘弹态,160~180℃开始转变为粘流态;有较好的机械性能,抗张强度60MPa左右,冲击强度5~10kJ/m2;有优异的介电性能。
PVC曾是世界上产量最大的通用塑料,应用非常广泛。在建筑材料、工业制品、日用品、地板革、地板砖、人造革、管材、电线电缆、包装膜、瓶、发泡材料、密封材料、纤维等方面均有广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PVC药用硬片配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种PVC药用硬片配方,组分重量比为: PVC树脂:100kg;有机锡:1.3-1.5kg;内滑剂:0.4-0.6kg ;外滑剂:0.4-0.6kg;ACR:1.2-1.5kg;MBS:3-9kg;CaSt2:0.14-0.20kg;HSt:0.16-0.20kg;PE-wax:0.03-0.05kg;氯醋树脂:1.2-3kg;色母料:0.018-0.03kg。
优选的,优选组分重量比为: 有机锡:1.4kg;内滑剂:0.5kg ;外滑剂:00.5kg;ACR:1.35kg;MBS:6kg;CaSt2:0.17kg;HSt:0.18kg;PE-wax:0.04kg;氯醋树脂:2.1kg;色母料:0.024kg。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1 所示的一种PVC药用硬片配方,其特征在组分重量比为: PVC树脂:100kg;有机锡:1.3-1.5kg;内滑剂:0.4-0.6kg ;外滑剂:0.4-0.6kg;ACR:1.2-1.5kg;MBS:3-9kg;CaSt2:0.14-0.20kg;HSt:0.16-0.20kg;PE-wax:0.03-0.05kg;氯醋树脂:1.2-3kg;色母料:0.018-0.03kg。
进一步地,其特征在于优选组分重量比为:
有机锡:1.4kg;内滑剂:0.5kg ;外滑剂:00.5kg;ACR:1.35kg;MBS:6kg;CaSt2:0.17kg;HSt:0.18kg;PE-wax:0.04kg;氯醋树脂:2.1kg;色母料:0.024kg。
一种PVC药用硬片生产工艺,其步骤如下:
(1).按批生产指令和配方单准确称取定量的聚氯乙烯、稳定剂、内滑剂、外滑剂、PEWaX、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、氯醋树脂、ACR、MBS,并将稳定剂、内滑剂混合搅拌均匀,每方按要求如实做好记录;
(2).将聚氯乙烯加入到高速捏合机中搅拌使其混合预热35~55℃,然后将制备好的浆料加入到捏合机中,同时打开电加热开关,当温度升至60-70℃之间,加入外滑剂、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、PE WaX、色母料混合80-95℃后再加入量的ACR、MBS、氯醋树脂搅拌使物料温度达100~115℃之间,同时启动冷搅拌,打开出料阀出料,当物料在冷搅拌机中冷却至40℃~60℃时出料,每方按要求如实做好记录;
(3).将搅拌好的细粉加入到加料器的料斗中,启动加料器,当细粉到达挤出机时,同时启动挤出机和压延机,将挤出机的温度控制在规定温度范围(出料段160-175℃,中心螺杆160-170℃,进料段150-160℃),压延机的温度控制在规定范围(1#、2#:188-195℃,3#:190-195℃,4#:190-195℃,5#:195-200℃,6#:185-195℃),观察挤出料的透明塑化程度,控制挤出机的电流(一般在90~125A),挤出机转速(25-50Hz),喂料转速(9-32Hz),将挤出的塑化料加入到压延机中,通过调整辊间距和辊筒的温度梯度,一般辊筒的温差在5~10度之间;将片材的厚度控制在允许的误差范围以内(±0.02mm),按要求每1小记录一次相关参数;
(4)、出片经剥离辊、冷却辊、牵引辊将片材进行定向和逐渐冷却可以进行卷取,至卷取机卷取。剥离辊一般也有温度的控制(90-95℃),因片材从六辊出片辊出片温度较高,剥离辊的温度会对剥离的性能有一些影响。按要求每卷记录一次相关参数,并做好母卷标签;
(5)、分切:根据规格进行分切。收卷张力控制在2-8kg,张力递减5-6%,分切速度控制在30-100m/分,分切刀使用30天后必须更换,分切后必须根据母卷标注子卷;
(6)、根据各种规格或客户要求准确称重,加内包装袋;
(7)、根据产品规格加塑料袋包装,每箱外贴一张合格证,成品入库待验。
根据权利要求3所述的一种PVC药用硬片生产工艺,其特征在于步骤如下:步骤(2)中优选混合预热温度45℃

1.一种PVC药用硬片配方,其特征在组分重量比为: PVC树脂:100kg;有机锡:1.3-1.5kg;内滑剂:0.4-0.6kg ;外滑剂:0.4-0.6kg;ACR:1.2-1.5kg;MBS:3-9kg;CaSt2:0.14-0.20kg;HSt:0.16-0.20kg;PE-wax:0.03-0.05kg;氯醋树脂:1.2-3kg;色母料:0.018-0.03kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC药用硬片配方,其特征在于优选组分重量比为:
有机锡:1.4kg;内滑剂:0.5kg ;外滑剂:00.5kg;ACR:1.35kg;MBS:6kg;CaSt2:0.17kg;HSt:0.18kg;PE-wax:0.04kg;氯醋树脂:2.1kg;色母料:0.024kg。
