技术领域
本发明属于鞋子技术领域,特别涉及一种防滑抗静电鞋子。
背景技术
高分子材料具有绝缘性,当其表面受到摩擦时,处于静止状态的电荷积聚而形成静电。当电荷积累到一定数量时,会造成电击甚至引起火灾,为了保障人身财产安全,存在静电危害的场所必须穿着能清除静电的抗静电鞋,特别是石油、化工、煤矿等行业的作业场所,防止因人体带有静电而可能引起燃烧、爆炸等,避免由于250V以下电气设备所偶然引起的对人体的电击和火灾。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,抗静电效果持久稳定的防滑抗静电鞋子。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种防滑抗静电鞋子,包括鞋底,所述鞋底由上至下依次设有上底、EVA中底和橡胶大底,所述上底的上表面上印刷有上导静电漆层,上底的下表面上印刷有下导静电漆层,上导静电漆层与下导静电漆层的位置相对应,上导静电漆层与下导静电漆层之间穿设有导静电线,位于上静电漆层和下静电漆层表面处的导静电线均呈现为闭合环状;所述EVA中底上至少设有两个缠绕孔,所述缠绕孔穿透所述EVA中底的上下表面,所述缠绕孔之间穿设缠绕设有导静电布;所述橡胶大底上设有凹槽孔,所述凹槽孔穿透所述橡胶大底的上下表面,所述凹槽孔内填充设有抗静电橡胶片,所述抗静电橡胶片与所述橡胶大底一体硫化成型;所述上底的下导静电漆层、EVA中底的导静电布、橡胶大底的抗静电橡胶片之间位置相互对应并用导电胶水进行贴合连接。
进一步的是,位于闭合环状的导静电线内部设有相互交叉分布的导静电线分支。
进一步的是,位于闭合环状的导静电线内部设有相互平行分布的导静电线分支。
进一步的是,所述抗静电橡胶片由天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、有机抗静电剂、防老剂、聚乙二醇、硅烷偶联剂、聚乙烯蜡、硫磺和硫化促进剂制备而成。
进一步的是,所述上导静电漆层、下导静电漆层设于上底的跖骨区的位置;所述导静电布设于EVA中底的跖骨区的位置;所述抗静电橡胶片设于橡胶大底的跖骨区的位置。
进一步的是,所述橡胶大底的下表面上设有多个三角棱形突起,所述三角棱形突起的三个棱边上均开设有棱边开槽,三个棱边开槽在所述三角棱形突起的顶点相交连通;相邻的三角棱形突起之间相互契合拼接。
通过采取前述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:所述防滑抗静电鞋子,在上底上通过导静电漆层加大了上底与人体脚部的接触面积,通过闭合环状分布的导静电线提升电荷的流动路径,中底的导静电布作为导静电漆层与橡胶大底的抗静电橡胶片之间的连接介质,通过导静电布的表面摩擦咬合性、吸水性再导电胶水的辅助作用下,有效的提升了导静电漆层和橡胶大底的连接有效性,实现导静电效应,抗静电效果优异。进一步的,橡胶大底的下表面设有三角棱形突起,同时由于三角棱形凸起的三个棱边上均开设有棱边开槽,三个棱边开槽在所述三角棱形突起的顶点相交连通,则橡胶大底在湿滑地面行走时,三角棱形突起的棱边开槽由顶点处张开贴紧地面,有效的提升橡胶大底的抓地能力;相邻间相互契合拼接的三角棱形突起能够相互补偿缺失的表面积,保持橡胶大底最大的接触表面积,提升橡胶大底的防滑性能,实用性强。

1.一种防滑抗静电鞋子,包括鞋底,所述鞋底由上至下依次设有上底、EVA中底和橡胶大底,其特征在于:所述上底的上表面上印刷有上导静电漆层,上底的下表面上印刷有下导静电漆层,上导静电漆层与下导静电漆层的位置相对应,上导静电漆层与下导静电漆层之间穿设有导静电线,位于上静电漆层和下静电漆层表面处的导静电线均呈现为闭合环状;所述EVA中底上至少设有两个缠绕孔,所述缠绕孔穿透所述EVA中底的上下表面,所述缠绕孔之间穿设缠绕设有导静电布;所述橡胶大底上设有凹槽孔,所述凹槽孔穿透所述橡胶大底的上下表面,所述凹槽孔内填充设有抗静电橡胶片,所述抗静电橡胶片与所述橡胶大底一体硫化成型;所述上底的下导静电漆层、EVA中底的导静电布、橡胶大底的抗静电橡胶片之间位置相互对应并用导电胶水进行贴合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防滑抗静电鞋子,其特征在于:位于闭合环状的导静电线内部设有相互交叉分布的导静电线分支。
