the bucket chain conveyor includes: horizontal transport frame (9) and swing hoisting frame (6), chain (3), iron fill (2) and sprocket, the sprocket includes: a driving chain wheel (11), a return chain wheel (1), a guide chain wheel (7) and a supporting chain wheel (8); the chain (3) is engaged on each chain wheel; the iron bucket (2) is used for loading a recovered fastener;
the horizontal conveying frame (9) and the swinging lifting frame (6) are both in a square frame shape, and the swinging lifting frame (6) is hinged with the horizontal conveying frame (9) through a hinge lug; the lower part of the swing lifting frame (6) is supported by a supporting roller (4) in a sliding way, and a supporting wheel (14) is arranged at the lower part of the rear end of the swing lifting frame (6);
the horizontal conveying frame (9) is horizontally arranged, a rear supporting leg (10) and a front supporting leg (10.1) are arranged below the horizontal conveying frame (9), a driving wheel (10.3) is arranged below the rear supporting leg (10), a roller is arranged at the lower part of the front supporting leg (10.1), and the driving wheel (10.3) is used for indexing the horizontal conveying frame (9) to move back and forth along a wide guide rail arranged on a bottom plate of the flat car (13); when the fasteners are recovered, the horizontal conveying frame (9) moves backwards, so that the rear end of the swing lifting frame (6) is guided to incline downwards until the supporting wheels (14) are borne on the rail;
the driving chain wheel (11) is positioned at the right end of the horizontal conveying frame (9), the guide chain wheel (7) is positioned at the rear end of the horizontal conveying frame (9), the supporting chain wheel (8) is positioned at the lower part of the guide chain wheel (7), and the return chain wheel (1) is positioned at the rear end of the swinging lifting frame (6);
the iron bucket (2) is in a triangular bucket shape, a hanging lug is arranged at the upper end of the iron bucket (2), the hanging lug is installed on the chain (3), and when the chain (3) travels clockwise under the driving of the chain wheel, the iron bucket (2) also travels synchronously along with the chain (3).
