本发明涉及一种环保型改性树脂双头瓶及其材料制备方法,针对现有同类产品中走珠或真空喷头使用方式单一,以及部件和结构设计欠佳的技术问题而设计。该双头瓶的瓶体一端瓶口设有喷头组立,瓶体的另一端瓶口设有走珠组立;其要点是所述瓶体的内瓶腔内通过镂空隔层分为喷头腔和走珠腔,瓶体的走珠腔侧瓶口内径依次设有内止圈和内瓶圈,一侧的内止圈设有止转槽,瓶体的走珠腔侧内设有内瓶,内瓶的瓶口外径依次设有外螺纹、止转纹、扣筋槽和扣筋圈;瓶体的喷头腔侧内设有大活塞,喷头组立的内扣圈与瓶体的内圈口密封过盈配合,喷头组立的外扣圈与瓶体的外口圈扣位配合;所述螺纹外盖内径的内螺纹与内瓶的外螺纹连接,瓶体采用环保型改性树脂材料制成。

技术领域
本发明涉及走珠瓶和真空喷头瓶,是一种环保型改性树脂双头瓶及其材料制备方法。
背景技术
走珠瓶,或称滚珠瓶,是一种常见的包装瓶,被人们广泛使用;通常用做化妆品眼霜、唇膏、儿童用品的包装上。滚珠瓶通常容量不大,在瓶头安装滚珠,使人们可以均匀涂抹,防止液体遗漏,并且还具有按摩效果。目前,市场上滚珠瓶的瓶身有玻璃或者是塑料材质构成,滚珠瓶头部的滚珠有塑料和钢珠两种。如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201320205029.4,授权公告日2013.08.28,实用新型名称“压喷式走珠瓶”;该走珠瓶由瓶体、压喷装置、瓶体密封盖、喷头、滚珠和滚珠凹形卡槽组成,其中压喷装置固定在瓶体密封盖上,压喷装置的下端连接有导管,压喷装置的上端连接喷头,喷头固定在喷头外壳的内部空间,喷头的喷嘴的前方安装有滚珠,并且,喷头的喷嘴与滚珠之间存在有距离空间,滚珠安装在滚珠凹形卡槽中,滚珠上还套有滚珠盖。但上述滚珠瓶的使用方式安全性较差,现有同类产品较少通过按压方式直接使用。同时,真空瓶是指一种能使气体与外界温度隔绝的容器或隔绝外部细菌的容器,真空喷头瓶是指一种结合真空瓶技术用于润肤乳液喷出使用的瓶子,此类瓶子的瓶体和瓶盖一般采用塑料制作,喷头为揿压式喷雾结构。现有产品中结合走珠和真空喷头结构的同类产品较少。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明的目的是向本领域提供一种环保型改性树脂双头瓶及其材料制备方法,使其解决现有同类产品中走珠或真空喷头使用方式单一,以及部件和结构设计欠佳的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种环保型改性树脂双头瓶,该双头瓶的瓶体一端瓶口设有喷头组立,瓶体的另一端瓶口设有走珠组立,所述喷头组立的喷头大圈内设有泵芯组件,喷头盖与泵芯组件的阀杆连接,喷头盖帽的外径设有喷头外盖,喷头外盖与喷头大圈的一侧圈口扣合;其结构设计要点是所述瓶体的内瓶腔内通过镂空隔层分为喷头腔和走珠腔,瓶体的走珠腔侧瓶口内径依次设有内止圈和内瓶圈,一侧的内止圈设有止转槽,瓶体的走珠腔侧内设有内瓶,内瓶的瓶口外径依次设有外螺纹、止转纹、扣筋槽和扣筋圈,内瓶的止转纹与瓶体的内止圈啮合,内瓶的扣筋槽与瓶体的内瓶圈扣合;瓶体的喷头腔侧内设有大活塞,瓶体的喷头腔侧瓶口外径设有外口圈,内径设有内圈口,所述喷头组立的喷头大圈设有槽口圈,槽口圈内的外壁设有外扣圈,槽口圈内的内壁设有内扣圈,喷头组立的内扣圈与瓶体的内圈口密封过盈配合,喷头组立的外扣圈与瓶体的外口圈扣位配合;所述螺纹外盖内径的内螺纹与内瓶的外螺纹连接。从而真空喷头瓶和走珠乳液瓶的结构在一个产品中同时体现和使用,即瓶体的一端为真空喷头瓶,装配大活塞、真空喷头,瓶体的另一端为走珠乳液瓶,装配内瓶、走珠组立及螺纹外盖,使瓶体内的两端分别配合内瓶和大活塞,灌装不同料体,并配合使用。
所述走珠组立的走珠座一端中孔设有珠槽,走珠座另一端的中心孔套入走珠塞内横向通孔处的圈筋,走珠塞内的走珠座外径设有限位筋,走珠塞的一端塞口内径设有内塞筋,走珠塞的另一端设有横向通孔,横向通孔上方的走珠塞内径设有内圈筋,走珠座通过限位筋过盈套入走珠塞的内塞筋,走珠弹簧的两端分别与走珠座的限位筋、走珠塞的内圈筋相抵。上述为一种走珠组立的结构形式,其亦可采用以下的走珠组立结构形式。
所述内瓶的底部和底部的一侧瓶体分别设有气孔,内瓶内设有内瓶活塞,走珠组立的大圈,头帽、内塞、连接杆、泵芯组件、大圈依次套合,大圈、泵芯组件、连接杆、头帽的出液孔位于同一中心孔,连接杆的两端分别与泵芯组件、头帽连接,头帽的顶部帽面设有钢珠,以及出液孔和滚珠点;头帽内设有套筒式的磁铁,钢珠与磁铁吸合,内塞的一端插入大圈内,另一端靠凸起的圈筋与大圈顶部顶住,内塞与磁铁相抵,磁铁与头帽内顶面相抵;连接杆呈“十”字形,连接杆的短孔端与泵芯组件的阀杆连接,连接杆的长孔端和杆柄套入头帽内的中心孔套,连接杆的两侧圆柱限位于大圈一端的大圈U型槽和内塞一端的内塞U型槽内,即内塞的一端套入大圈的上圈口内,大圈与内塞过盈配合,内塞的另一端通过泵芯组件内的弹簧作用与头帽内相抵。上述为另一种走珠组立的结构形式,按压头帽,头帽通过连接杆带动泵芯组件的阀杆运动,外瓶内的液体即可依次通过泵芯组件、连接杆、头帽流出,同时滚动钢珠,液体即可通过滚珠进行涂抹。
所述头帽与内瓶之间的大圈外径设有中圈,连接杆的两侧圆柱依次伸出内塞的内塞U型槽和大圈的大圈U型槽,并限位于中圈一端圈口内壁的斜道槽,斜道槽的斜面两侧设有竖直面,中圈另一端圈口内壁的中圈内扣圈与大圈一侧外径的上外扣圈扣合。从而连接杆的上下运动通过转动中圈带动,只需要通过旋转中圈实现,无需通过按压头帽实现;即连接杆通过中圈内的斜面在旋转时上下运动的同时,阻挡连接杆左右运动,中圈旋转时连接杆的两侧圆柱在中圈的斜面上滑动,斜道槽两侧竖直面起限位作用。
所述泵芯组件包括泵体、阀杆、阀针、弹簧、泵芯活塞、泵塞和弹片,弹片设置于泵体内的进水口,阀针、泵芯活塞、阀杆依次套合,泵芯活塞夹持固定于阀针的外径,及阀针与泵塞之间,阀针设有进水孔,阀杆上的阀针和泵芯活塞通过泵塞固定于泵体内,伸出泵塞的阀杆外径设有弹簧,弹簧两端分别与泵芯泵塞,以及阀杆出水口外径的圈筋相抵。上述为泵芯组件的一种实施例,其亦可采用现有同类泵芯结构。
所述螺纹外盖的内径顶壁设有内顶槽,走珠组立的滚珠或钢珠与螺纹外盖的内顶槽相抵。螺纹外盖中内顶槽的内柱与走珠组立的滚珠或钢珠配合,螺纹外盖旋紧并锁紧时压住滚珠或钢珠,防止其转动。
所述瓶体采用环保型改性树脂材料制成,即在装有混合搅拌和冷却系统的配料釜中,加入PVC糊树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂和降粘剂,在300-425℃温度下熔融,再经过冷却、抽粒和切断过程,搅拌混合均匀制得塑胶浆料,在250-300℃温度下注塑成型;所述增塑剂加入量为PVC糊树脂质量的75%-85%;热稳定剂加入量为PVC糊树脂质量的0.7%-0.8%;降粘剂加入量为PVC糊树脂质量的25%-32%;并加入3%-5%的石墨烯;所述增塑剂为乙酰化柠檬酸三丁酯为80%;乙酰化柠檬酸三丁酯70%和环氧脂肪酸甲酯10%复配;或对苯二甲酸二辛酯40%和偏苯三酸三辛酯40%复配;所述稳定剂为钙/锌热稳定剂;所述降粘剂为脱芳烃溶剂。石墨烯是一种透明性,电阻率极低,强度大,导电性好,是作为改性剂的新型材料,能降低瓶体内乳液、液体的沉积和堵塞,以及内壁的附着。
本发明结构设计合理,使用、装配方便,各部件装配紧密、稳定,密封性、稳定性好,出液稳定,制备材料性能好,生产方法可行;其适合作为带走珠瓶和真空喷头瓶的双头瓶使用,及其同类产品的结构改进。

现结合附图,对本发明结构作进一步描述。如图1~图6所示实施例一,该双头瓶的瓶体3一端瓶口设有喷头组立1,瓶体的另一端瓶口设有走珠组立5。其具体结构如下:喷头组立的喷头大圈内设有泵芯组件,喷头盖与泵芯组件的阀杆连接,喷头盖帽的外径设有喷头外盖,喷头外盖与喷头大圈的一侧圈口扣合;瓶体的内瓶腔303内通过镂空隔层307分为喷头腔和走珠腔,瓶体的走珠腔侧瓶口内径依次设有内止圈301和内瓶圈302,一侧的内止圈设有止转槽306,瓶体的走珠腔侧内设有内瓶4,内瓶的瓶口外径依次设有外螺纹404、止转纹401、扣筋槽403和扣筋圈402,内瓶的止转纹与瓶体的内止圈啮合,内瓶的扣筋槽与瓶体的内瓶圈扣合。瓶体的喷头腔侧内设有大活塞2,瓶体的喷头腔侧瓶口外径设有外口圈304,内径设有内圈口305,喷头组立的喷头大圈设有槽口圈,槽口圈内的外壁设有外扣圈101,槽口圈内的内壁设有内扣圈102,喷头组立的内扣圈与瓶体的内圈口密封过盈配合,喷头组立的外扣圈与瓶体的外口圈扣位配合。螺纹外盖6内径的内螺纹602与内瓶的外螺纹连接,螺纹外盖的内径顶壁设有内顶槽601,走珠组立的滚珠501与螺纹外盖的内顶槽相抵。
上述泵芯组件的具体结构如下:泵芯组件包括泵体、阀杆、阀针、弹簧、泵芯活塞、泵塞和弹片,弹片设置于泵体内的进水口,阀针、泵芯活塞、阀杆依次套合,泵芯活塞夹持固定于阀针的外径,及阀针与泵塞之间,阀针设有进水孔,阀杆上的阀针和泵芯活塞通过泵塞固定于泵体内,伸出泵塞的阀杆外径设有弹簧,弹簧两端分别与泵芯泵塞,以及阀杆出水口外径的圈筋相抵。
上述走珠组立的具体结构如下:走珠组立的走珠座一端中孔设有珠槽,走珠座另一端的中心孔套入走珠塞内横向通孔处的圈筋,走珠塞内的走珠座外径设有限位筋,走珠塞的一端塞口内径设有内塞筋,走珠塞的另一端设有横向通孔,横向通孔上方的走珠塞内径设有内圈筋,走珠座通过限位筋过盈套入走珠塞的内塞筋,走珠弹簧的两端分别与走珠座的限位筋、走珠塞的内圈筋相抵。
使用时,打开喷头组立的喷头外盖,按压喷头盖,瓶体内的乳液即可喷出;打开走珠组立的螺纹外盖,按压并滚动滚珠,瓶体内的液体即可流出。

上述实施例二的喷头组立端与实施例一的使用方式相同,而走珠组立在下压状态时:单手握持外瓶,手指握住中圈,顺时针旋转90°,连接杆的两侧圆柱在大圈的大圈U型槽左右固定的情况下,在中圈的斜面上向下滑动,完成泵芯组件的按压并出液。完成按压后,利用泵芯组件中的弹簧回弹力,中圈自动逆时针回旋90°,喷头恢复静止状态。

1.一种环保型改性树脂双头瓶,该双头瓶的瓶体(3)一端瓶口设有喷头组立(1),瓶体的另一端瓶口设有走珠组立(5),所述喷头组立的喷头大圈内设有泵芯组件,喷头盖与泵芯组件的阀杆连接,喷头盖帽的外径设有喷头外盖,喷头外盖与喷头大圈的一侧圈口扣合;其特征在于所述瓶体(3)的内瓶腔(303)内通过镂空隔层(307)分为喷头腔和走珠腔,瓶体的走珠腔侧瓶口内径依次设有内止圈(301)和内瓶圈(302),一侧的内止圈设有止转槽(306),瓶体的走珠腔侧内设有内瓶(4),内瓶的瓶口外径依次设有外螺纹(404)、止转纹(401)、扣筋槽(403)和扣筋圈(402),内瓶的止转纹与瓶体的内止圈啮合,内瓶的扣筋槽与瓶体的内瓶圈扣合;瓶体的喷头腔侧内设有大活塞(2),瓶体的喷头腔侧瓶口外径设有外口圈(304),内径设有内圈口(305),所述喷头组立(1)的喷头大圈设有槽口圈,槽口圈内的外壁设有外扣圈(101),槽口圈内的内壁设有内扣圈(102),喷头组立的内扣圈与瓶体的内圈口密封过盈配合,喷头组立的外扣圈与瓶体的外口圈扣位配合;螺纹外盖(6)内径的内螺纹(602)与内瓶的外螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型改性树脂双头瓶,其特征在于所述走珠组立(5)的走珠座一端中孔设有珠槽,走珠座另一端的中心孔套入走珠塞内横向通孔处的圈筋,走珠塞内的走珠座外径设有限位筋,走珠塞的一端塞口内径设有内塞筋,走珠塞的另一端设有横向通孔,横向通孔上方的走珠塞内径设有内圈筋,走珠座通过限位筋过盈套入走珠塞的内塞筋,走珠弹簧的两端分别与走珠座的限位筋、走珠塞的内圈筋相抵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型改性树脂双头瓶,其特征在于所述内瓶(4)的底部和底部的一侧瓶体(3)分别设有气孔,内瓶内设有内瓶活塞,走珠组立(5)的大圈,头帽、内塞、连接杆、泵芯组件、大圈依次套合,大圈、泵芯组件、连接杆、头帽的出液孔位于同一中心孔,连接杆的两端分别与泵芯组件、头帽连接,头帽的顶部帽面设有钢珠,以及出液孔和滚珠点;头帽内设有套筒式的磁铁,钢珠与磁铁吸合,内塞的一端插入大圈内,另一端靠凸起的圈筋与大圈顶部顶住,内塞与磁铁相抵,磁铁与头帽内顶面相抵;连接杆呈“十”字形,连接杆的短孔端与泵芯组件的阀杆连接,连接杆的长孔端和杆柄套入头帽内的中心孔套,连接杆的两侧圆柱限位于大圈一端的大圈U型槽和内塞一端的内塞U型槽内,即内塞的一端套入大圈的上圈口内,大圈与内塞过盈配合,内塞的另一端通过泵芯组件内的弹簧作用与头帽内相抵。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保型改性树脂双头瓶,其特征在于所述头帽与内瓶之间的大圈外径设有中圈,连接杆的两侧圆柱依次伸出内塞的内塞U型槽和大圈的大圈U型槽,并限位于中圈一端圈口内壁的斜道槽,斜道槽的斜面两侧设有竖直面,中圈另一端圈口内壁的中圈内扣圈与大圈一侧外径的上外扣圈扣合。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的环保型改性树脂双头瓶,其特征在于所述泵芯组件包括泵体、阀杆、阀针、弹簧、泵芯活塞、泵塞和弹片,弹片设置于泵体内的进水口,阀针、泵芯活塞、阀杆依次套合,泵芯活塞夹持固定于阀针的外径,及阀针与泵塞之间,阀针设有进水孔,阀杆上的阀针和泵芯活塞通过泵塞固定于泵体内,伸出泵塞的阀杆外径设有弹簧,弹簧两端分别与泵芯泵塞,以及阀杆出水口外径的圈筋相抵。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的环保型改性树脂双头瓶,其特征在于所述螺纹外盖(6)的内径顶壁设有内顶槽(601),走珠组立(5)的滚珠(501)或钢珠与螺纹外盖的内顶槽相抵。
