Abstract
本发明提供一种单层高度透明的纸盖,包括:环形PET胶片和纸盖圈,环形PET胶片边缘设置有环形凹槽,环形凹槽的外边沿向上延伸,纸盖圈上沿设置有向内卷绕的卷边,环形凹槽的外边沿粘结在卷边内,且纸盖圈上设置有与其同轴心的内凸的环形滚筋。本发明提供的单层高度透明的纸盖,用一层厚度适当、强度不低于原纸盖强度的透明的材料代替原有的纸盖片,就可以保留原纸盖的强度的同时增加对纸碗内的内容物可视的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纸盖技术领域,特别是涉及一种单层高度透明的纸盖。
背景技术
目前,现有的纸盖无法直观地观察到纸碗内的内容物,不能有效引起顾客的购买欲望,这给利用该纸盖和配套的容器本体装的物品的销售,带来了不利因素。
因此,需要提供一种单层高度透明的纸盖以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种单层高度透明的纸盖,用一层厚度适当、强度不低于原纸盖强度的透明的材料代替原有的纸盖片,就可以保留原纸盖的强度的同时增加对纸碗内的内容物可视的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种单层高度透明的纸盖,包括:环形PET胶片1和纸盖圈2,环形PET胶片1边缘设置有环形凹槽11,环形凹槽11的外边沿向上延伸,纸盖圈2上沿设置有向内卷绕的卷边21,环形凹槽11的外边沿粘结在卷边21内,且纸盖圈2上设置有与其同轴心的内凸的环形滚筋22。
优选,所述纸盖的外径为97.5mm、高度为17.5mm,卷边21的直径为3.9mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种单层高度透明的纸盖,用一层厚度适当、强度不低于原纸盖强度的透明的材料代替原有的纸盖片,就可以保留原纸盖的强度的同时增加对纸碗内的内容物可视的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合图示对本发明的技术方案进行详述。
请参见图1-图5所示,本实施例的单层高度透明的纸盖,包括:环形PET胶片1和纸盖圈2,环形PET胶片1边缘设置有环形凹槽11,环形凹槽11的外边沿向上延伸,纸盖圈2上沿设置有向内卷绕的卷边21,环形凹槽11的外边沿粘结在卷边21(如图3和图4所示)内,从而保证纸盖圈2和环形PET胶片1不会脱离,且纸盖圈2上设置有与其同轴心的内凸的环形滚筋22(如图3和图5所示)。
本实施例的原理在于:利用PET材料的高透明性、良好的韧性及强度代替纸质材料,来达到保证纸盖强度的同时兼具透明性的功能。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述纸盖的外径为97.5mm、高度为17.5mm,卷边21的直径为3.9mm。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,所述纸盖的尺寸不限于此,且卷边21的尺寸也可以适当的增加或者减小,这些都在本发明的保护范围之内,对此不作限制。
本发明的单层高度透明的纸盖,用一层厚度适当、强度不低于原纸盖强度的透明的材料代替原有的纸盖片,就可以保留原纸盖的强度的同时增加对纸碗内的内容物可视的效果,从而可以引起购买者的购买欲望,这给内容物的销售带来了很大的便利性。

1.一种单层高度透明的纸盖,其特征在于,包括:环形PET胶片(1)和纸盖圈(2),环形PET胶片(1)边缘设置有环形凹槽(11),环形凹槽(11)的外边沿向上延伸,纸盖圈(2)上沿设置有向内卷绕的卷边(21),环形凹槽(11)的外边沿粘结在卷边(21)内,且纸盖圈(2)上设置有与其同轴心的内凸的环形滚筋(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单层高度透明的纸盖,其特征在于,所述纸盖的外径为97.5mm、高度为17.5mm,卷边(21)的直径为3.9mm。
